Starting and ending each day the same is reliving the previous day over and over again. This can be fun for a while, but then it will be boring. Changing some of our habits in our daily routines can positively affect our ordinary life.

Every day has a beginning and an end. How it begins and how it ends is in most cases up to us, and we reserve the right to make changes at any time. The probability of a positive starting day to end negative is very low. Or vice versa, it is a low probability that a day that starts negative will end positive. Although most people know this, they do not want to change their habits upon the beginning and end of the day.

Saying good morning to someone isn't just about wishing them a good morning. It is to wish well for a good day after a good morning. Morning is already the beginning of the day and it will probably continue as the day started.

It cannot be expected from someone who sleeps until late every day, adopts a sedentary life, and does not get enough fresh air, to radiate positive energy into his own life and surroundings. At the very least, a small change in lifestyle or a small change in habits will turn the story upside down.

The first thing a person who is locked to the phone screen until late at night wakes up in the morning is to look at the phone screen. It starts again where it ended the day.

Waking up at a time when everyone is asleep, feeling the first rays of the sun, having a good breakfast after a morning run; It will turn the unfavorable situation in life in favor. Starting the day with good habits like these provides enough motivation and vitality to have a good day and end it.

Good habits that will replace bad habits that will be changed affect not only our quality of life, but also the quality of life of those around us. The difference between the energy emitted by a tired body and the energy emitted by a fit body is the factor that directly affects the quality of life.

This means that as changes in such habits continue, new habits acquired redesign and form our lives. In every changing life, it contributes to the change of the lives around it as a chain.

Intelligent people are people with high foresight. They can see the future impact of a change made today. Most successful people consist of people who maintain the habits in their daily lifestyle and can change them when necessary.

Our habits are within the sphere of influence not only of us but also of the people we are responsible for. For this reason; Don't think, just do!
