Cancer is a deadly disease. According to the World Health Organization, 9.6 million people died of cancer in 2017. Three lakh people are getting new cancer every year.

But if you can make some changes in your daily life, cancer can be kept away.

Let's take a look at some of the fruits and vegetables that can help keep our overall well-being, including cancer prevention.

However, it is not necessary to eat these vegetables and fruits every day according to the rules, try to keep seasonal vegetables and fruits in the daily food list.

E.g.

bananas:Available all year round. Bananas can be eaten every day if there are no other physical problems. This fruit is a powerful source of active compounds of selenium. It can strengthen the immune system as well as destroy cancer cells.

Apple:

Although the price is high, this fruit will be available in the market throughout the year. It contains procyanidins, which are effective in preventing cancer.

Pomegranate or Vedana: This fruit contains a compound called folifenol, which can play a significant role in destroying cancer cells.

Black grapes:

It contains resveratrol, which helps reduce the risk of cancer and stay healthy overall.

Oranges:

This is a much needed cancer fighter. The 2_hydroxyflavonoids (2_HF) present in orange peel have been shown to be effective in destroying breast and lung cancer cells.

2_hydroxyflavonoids can be obtained only by chewing lemon juice, not orange juice. Oranges and lemons are not available all year round. So any lemon, be it batabi lemon or patilebu, strengthens the overall immunity.

Tomatoes:

It contains an antioxidant called lycopene, which is a major enemy of cancer. So don’t forget to put tomatoes on your daily food list.

Broccoli:

In fact, these British vegetables are now available in our country. This green vegetable is one of the rich stores of phytochemicals called indole-3 carbinol. This ingredient can destroy cancer cells.

Bits:

It contains adequate amounts of beta cyanin, which plays a significant role in building resistance against cancer.

Nut vegetables:

Whose scientific name is Amaranthus viridi: very important anti-cancer.

Even if you don't get beets or broccoli, you can get red or green spinach in the market. Eating this vegetable 3/4 days a week will strengthen the immune system against cancer.

However, not only eating anti-cancer food, cigarettes and tobacco should be said goodbye to life. It is important to exercise regularly to keep the weight right. It is also important to keep a good mind. Because stress increases the risk of cancer.

My mother in law passed away due to lung cancer. We never expected that she had a cancer because she lives a helathy life. No vices, eats vegetables and fruits daily. She really suffered a lot during her medication. And after 3 months, she died.
