I hate how they overdo the camera of the phone and make us look like a ghost. Every time I take a selfie with my front cam and the light is on, I automatically look like a flawless version of me. So had a bad dream and it was about this boss baby beside me. In my dream, he fell into a drainage and no one even bothered to help me find him. Glad I got to wake up on time. I slept early (before 10) last night. Woke up around 5 and I kinda felt good after that sleep. Now, I'm about to get ready for my 2nd day of doing some basic exercises just to get sweat. Just only had water for the past 14 hours. I can't wait to eat something after this. Will drink turmeric tea first then real food in 10 mins later. Yesterday, I only did 13 hours fast but leveled up to 16 hours today. My longest fasting I did by the way was almost 3 days. It was challenging, but I didn't make it to my goal of 3-5 days. At least, I tried.

Lazy day. I'm not in the mood to get up. I just want to sleep to forget about my period. If only I could just sleep until 5 days though. I also didn't get to sleep early last night. Headache due to sleeping fncking late. So i was supposed to sleep early but client messaged me on Skype to do something. Unfortunately, I had to stay very late. I have not used my ANLAN blackhead remover for a long while now and decided to do it today. It's very satisfying to see the dirt and excess oil from these suction heads. Now, I feel like my face is all clean. Time to relax my face for 15 mins. Then cleanse my face with cold water to close the pores and the Breylee Facial Cleanser. Later, will also apply the Pore Minimizer Serum afterwards as well as the other Breylee products.

I am just curious about my BP after almost a week of fasting, no rice, no coffee 😓 and daily exercises, and here's the result. Yehey! Also, I checked my weight, from 62kg down to 60kg. Char. Happiness. 😁 Goal next week is to do 1 hour of exercise. I already did 40 mins for 2 days and so far, I have no problem with it. Hopefully, I can do the 1 hour next week.

1 hour of workout done! I found 3 easy videos last night that focus on arms, waist, and back. Each vid is only 8 mins long but really makes you sweat a lot. Now, I feel so tired and might need a nap first before going to a shower. I'm also thinking of doing those 3 vids + the tummy exercise, which is about 34 mins long, before I eat my second and last meal later. Yay!
