Since I don't like to eat industrially produced salami and sausages, I decided to show you how I make homemade sausage.


Ingredients you need

3.50 kg of meat

garlic 10 piece


onion 1. piece

salt 2. spoon

pepper corns


lover

Put all the ingredients in a pot and cook for 4 hours

Chop the cooked meat as desired

Add garlic and pour the liquid in which the meat was cooked

Take one plastic bottle and fill it with some meat



Leave in the fridge for 6 h

Try it is very tasty
