Those are three or four basic things you need to begin jogging.

Early morning is the best time to take a jog or a run. There's something about the early morning hours that just makes it the perfect time to go for a jog or a run

Maybe it's the peace and quiet, or the way the world is just starting to wake up or the refreshing morning air and scents. All are great reasons to enjoy a morning jog.

wow, I just hope that I have a jogging buddy to go to jog with. I've always love jogging since before be it in the subdivision or in the sports complex. I like the sweat much more it helps me improve mental focus and I have a light energy in my work.

You are always welcomed dear friend. I know there are good results for jogging but I like to walk more than jog. I almost forgot when I last had a run. Well you are right that the jog in the early morning helps a lot and also makes ready a body to pass the day healthily and with strength. Before I often to jog with my friend at dawn. We make this to enhance our stamina cause we play volleyball. We want also to make our vertical jump high so we can hit and slap the ball at the highest peak. I noticed that my stamina is getting stronger and I can feel when I jump that I was just like a weight of cotton. Hehe indeed friend jogging is the best exercise we could ever do.
