Have you ever go through a situation when you don’t know what to do first?Maybe you’re buried by work and feel like you can’t breathe anymore, or maybe you’re stuck between two choices and don’t know which one to take. Sometimes our minds get filled up with a lot of worries and thoughts.
The truth is, we all have moments like this. It’s hard to keep positive and move forward when we feel overwhelmed by the things that are going on in our life.
Thing is, if you don’t move forward, it will catch up with you, the Fear of not getting things done, the Dread of not being happy with yourself, the Anger of not being able to achieve more. We all worry about different things. The difference is how we handle it.
We all have that one place we go to when it feels like the weight of the world is upon us. For some people, it’s a quiet place; for others, it’s the gym; for others, it’s in their own bed.
No matter where you prefer to seek solace, one thing in common that we all do is that we try to free our minds from all the worries that bother us which I refer as decluttering
Decluttering your mind is paramount to making sure you have a sane mind and a clear thought. When one's mind is cluttered with a lot of thought and worries one finds it difficult to be able to focus on the task at hand.
Mental clutter is a serious epidemic. It’s the constant pressure that distracts us from enjoying life in the present moment. It’s the never-ending thoughts of ‘what if’ and ‘why not’ that get us nowhere.
When a person realizes that his or her life is not going according to plan, one needs to be in a calm frame of mind to be able to come up with solutions to the problems at hand. When one is not in a calm frame of mind, it can be very easy to make rash decisions. These decisions may affect the person for a long time or even negatively impact others around them.
There are many things or situations that may contribute to one's life not going according to plan. A lot of the times, these reasons may be out of the individual's control, but there are ways to control and be able to avoid this problem in the future. Undeniably staying organised is an essential step towards staying on top of your game.
Decluttering your mind isn't as easy as simply getting rid of items in your home. Your mind is a lot like a desk. Just as you might keep important papers and pictures at your desk, your mind has memories, ideas and emotions. These memories, ideas and emotions are what help shape who you are and determine how you see the world.
Chaotic classrooms, messy offices and even more chaotic mindsets can have a significant impact on our productivity, creativity, and decision making skills.
For example staying on various social media for hours most times doesn't leave one with much mental space to think about anything else. When you are surrounded by too many things, it is hard to focus on what's important.
It’s important to take 15-30 minutes of your day to reflect on what’s most important. Staying away from social medias once in a while help to also declutter the mind

our mental health should be most paramount to us... If it is not in good conditioning, we couldn't be able to concentrate and focus on even oh body or any task we have to overcome. It is very important to shed the mental burdenning from time to time.
