Good morning everyone! I am up for another challenge by @meitanteikudo promptfactory. (Thank you sir for letting me enter with this challenge.) I have words here generated by the randomwordgenerator.com and I will be writing about birthday using this five words. Are you ready? I am ready. Let's get started.

Here are the five words I will be using. I don't know how would I do it because it feels very hard. This will be very challenging. I guess it is because in the first place this is a challenge. Common sense Grace, come on self lol. Sorry 'bout that. So, the words are sugar, bread, village, daughter and tycoon.
Sugar
Sugar is sweet and we all wanted some sweets in our birthday. Who doesn't right? But you know what since time i celebrated birthday, cakes are not present because we couldn't afford to buy. Before, having cake in the table is a sign of richness and luxurys that only rich people can afford and we are not. That is why having something sweet for the birthday had been always my dream. Not until I had my first job. When I got my job I always wanted to buy a birthday cake to my family members' birthday. Though doesn't having one is not new to us because we already used to it. But I know whenever we had one we are so happy. But for my own birthday, I am thinking of not having one because I don't have budget for it. But I wanted to have something sweet though. Maybe some affordable homemade sweets is good.
Bread
This one is my favorite thus papa always gave me bread on my birthday before. As what I told you earlier, cakes is not a thing in our birthday before and bread has been always present, slice bread to be specific. We pair it with pansit or spaghetti, you know like making a sandwich but with pansit or spaghetti in the middle. If I have it in my birthday before I am so much happy. Even now it would still make me happy. I love bread and pansit especially if Papa is the one who made it. It's his specialty. Much more if it is slice bread with spaghetti. It's so delicious. Yum ! Yum! My birthday would happened with just bread.
Village
During my birthday I don't invite the whole village not because I don't like them but because I can't afford to feed them all. But you know sometimes being a Filipino there's this attitude that the one you invite would invite the others that would end having all the people in the village in your house. It is so frustrating, I mean you would not enjoy anymore because you will be of so much worries that the food would not fit them all. That would end into you borrowing money to someone.
This attitude also of inviting all the people in the village and preparing lavishly without thinking it made them borrowed a lot that would become a problem in the future. Having birthday is not necessarily mean you should invite all the people. Birthday could be celebrated with just the few people in your life and this is more wise decision. We should think as well if the cost of the celebration would fit our living.
Daughter
It's nice to see this word in my random word because it is me. So, I am the youngest daughter and whenever I celebrated my birthday it means I am no longer getting young. Being the youngest daughter means a lot, I mean a whole lot of responsibility towards my parents. For those who don't know yet I am the only sibling who is not married and this means I am the hope of the parents to at least elevate them from this hard situation in life that we are in right now. That is why I am hesitant to spend some money for my upcoming birthday because I have saved this money for the family. If ever I have the chance , a wish to be granted as a birthday celebrant I guess, which is to be someone instead of a daughter and the youngest one of this family, I would still choose to be me. Whatever and whoever I am today. Because I am happy that's I am sure maybe not always but I am happy of having such purpose in the family, having that role, and being their hope is so much to me. It means a lot.
Tycoon
Such a big word but you know what as woman of my age and in a day time will be added another year, I admit I am dreaming to become a business tycoon someday. But that's a difficult dream that needs much hardwork. So, I guess I would say. I am a tycoon for a day in every birthday that I have in my life. I am the star of the day and they celebrate with me, my day. It may be indeed the next day but at least I get to be and I will be in the future. Maybe that's not what I wish for my birthday right now but I will work for it with the wish if having good health and having another year of my life.
I realized one thing in this challenge that eventhough the five words is meant for me but, "I am not alone. Whenever and whatever aspect it may be. I have people with me. May it be family friends and neighbors." And for that I am grateful.
The birthday celebration is not just meant for yourself alone but it is meant to celebrate as well the people that is journeying with you in that year and still with you for another years to come.

Amazing! Thank you for this. In our house, we make sure that everyone has a cake for their birthday, it's not just complete without it. I would buy the cake even if I had to borrow the money for it, it is just once in every year, so why not. And as you say, birthday's aren't for the celebrant alone, it's for everyone who share the sentiments of the occasion with him or her.
