The mind has always been termed as stronger than the body though both of them are equally important to still the things you can do with your mind is immeasurable. We take good care of our physical health in case we fall sick after that we become extra health conscious but we rarely look into our mental health or even try to cure it.
Most of the time stress and depression can be dealt with by following some disciplinary measures which just include some small habits and activities and if that doesn't work, professional help is also there. But we underrate it a lot and don't take it seriously.
How To Know Your Mental Health Is Not Good?
One or two days of stress is normal in anyone's life but if it continues for weeks and then months, making you impatient, depressed, arrogant, etc then definitely you are not well mentally. Naturally, you can't be stress-free every time, even if I feel stressed every day but I have some activities and measures which I take that let me forget about the stress of life completely and I achieve a peaceful state.

Disconnect yourself from your work, phone, etc which keeps you busy all day long. The always-on culture makes us feel tired due to running after our targets every day. Our brain can't focus on a point for more than 8 minutes while we are using it for hours so it's obvious we will feel stressed and lost. Disconnect it for some hours or even a day and you will feel at peace. Making it a daily habit will greatly balance your mental health condition. Also, don't die lol that's not the solution.
A Support Network
Very few people can cure their problems alone. I am among those ones who try to do it by myself. But I am also aware that a support network of friends, and family is very impactful to have a good mental condition. Also, these people should be the most trusted ones with whom you can share anything except your wallet keys, lmao. Sharing your problems and thoughts with them and getting some reassurance and advice from them will definitely kill the stress and will let you feel brave and confident. When you are surrounded and supported by people you will automatically feel strong, both virtually and in reality. As even the most introverted ones feel mighty on social media with a big number of positive supporters.
Choosing Hobbies And Healthy Habits
Choosing something interesting which is interesting to you other than watching shows, a physical activity which can be reading, gardening, exercising, a sport, walking, etc. Anything which will use different resources from your work and phone. Those activities automatically increase the happy hormones inside you.
Why More People Are Facing Mental Issues nowadays?
It's because of their lifestyle. Either most of them are students or workers. They follow a lifestyle in which early morning they go to work or study and then after coming back stick with phones watching entertainment mostly. No other things are involved. You will see those who have some hobbies are on the less stressful side. Everyone feels stressed but the activities and lifestyle minimize their effects. That's the only way to have good mental health. By involving yourself in those activities that act as stress killers.
