How do you see yourself?
Personally, I see myself through my very own subjective lens. As I grow older, I am learning every single day, like most of us do that mirror is a special object that could monitor our physical appearance through the lens.
Through the mirror, we could just easily judge inner self such as beauty, flaws, and imperfection.
Growing up being an introvert, made me experience an often glimpse of my self through reflection. I spend so much time with my very own self than with anyone, and it is a real happiness to get along with me as I always find inner peace.
I love myself not in a selfish way that creates an indulgent lifestyle, but in a balanced way where I could connect faithfully with God. I admit that I have many flaws and imperfections but still believe that I am worthy even if there are really those days when I feel so bad and thinking the other way of being worthless and as good as nothing.
Consequently, I see myself through my very own lens while accepting myself as what I am right now. I never let myself reflect to another reflection's flaws yet I always yearn for self-improvement.
I began to see my reflection on my subjective lens in the mirror. Mirror may relate vanity and narcissism but it is reflective in nature.
But whether you like it or not, mirror could always contribute a reflection that could develop a sense of self while allowing self to change own perspective in life for the better.
It is only in the mirror where I could see myself as I see my own appearance but it is not a practice of adoration to myself but just a time for reflection and meditation without other people's affirmation.
The mirror has ben my subjective lens to reflect on my physical appearance, emotions, and dramas in my humble life. Over time, I was able to manage distractions, pressures, and stresses through self reflection, as it evokes emotional resilience changing my life perspective.
Whenever I felt bad and whenever I do not want to talk to anyone, the mirror has been my comfort without relying from others or any approval or validation from others as I self meditate on my own reflection, bringing a positive impact to my life.
Perhaps I could say that he mirror could really be a special tool that could reflect any judgement and criticism toward myself through reflection and meditation.
When I learned how to accept myself from the inside and outside, it is a matter of self-awareness that I am perfectly imperfect. Although there are really those times that I could look after another person's reflection, but I just use it as a motivation that could influence my well-being.
Somewhat it is a positive influence by allowing others' reflection to be my source of inspiration to achieve success. And that it is only through reflection wherein anybody could meditate as it builds confidence and resilience.
However, take to time to clean your own mirror so you could always see a true reflection of your very own self. Even if you have a lot of flaws and imperfections, never ever try to imitate other's reflection just to please anyone.
Remember that how you see yourself through your very own subjective lens is much more significant than how others see you on their standard lens. Make sense.
In conclusion, you could always reflect and meditate through a mirror as it develops a sense of self while allowing self to change for the better. You could always have time to embrace change if necessary, but never ever be a reflection of another reflection's flaws. Instead, strive for self-improvement despite being perfectly imperfect. Learn the art of self reflection where you could often meditate through your very own subjective lens.

A very powerful piece for today, my dear Talecharm. Some people are too afraid to look at themselves in the mirror because they are afraid to accept their faults and their mistakes. If only people know how powerful they can become when they master themselves, they'd be looking at the mirror most of the time.
