Are you set?
You might begin to wonder why I need to start a post or make the title a question, well it is a rhetorical question which I will need to answer by myself but before I do, I will like to introduce a short storyline which will give a clearer perspective view of the meaning of the question which I asked above "are you ready?"
Oh no! Don't conclude that it will be boring yet, it's not along stoey but just a short one. I don't like long story either but I do read short stories. Thank you for your consideration.
There was a man who is aspiring a very high position in his place of work and claims to be fit enough for the position without lacking any quality or having any problem for which he will not be selected for the post of the DM (directing manager).
There are two different people who are people contesting for the post and both of them are qualified for the post of Directing manager of the company but the question is are the both of them ready for the post?

The CEO of the organisation arranged a summit for all the staff of the company and they were all there, after the summit the CEO briefly talked about his retirement and be handling over all the responsibilities of the CEO to his son. he informed them about the date which he will be appointing a new DM because the position is vacant. The summit ended and days passed by gradually.
The appointed day for the selection came and the two of it was another summit. They began to present, talked about their past experiences and each of them talked about why they think that they are worthy for the post individually.
We have to be well prepared for any post that we are vying for in life and be mindful to always do something new and bring about a new strategy for progress. We need to add value to the company which we work for or represent whether big firm or a small firm.
They two of them presented well, according to the CEO. He was happy for them and the other staffs as well. But then he asked them a simple question which was "if you have a young man who you are training about marketing and for the first time that he traded without your consent, he lost fifty percent (50%) of your capital what will you do?
The two personnel replied and their response were very cogent that the CEO was compelled to consider some other factors before taking the final decision. Their response is not the emphasis because he is also concerned about their personal affairs. He did considered their health status to judge them. The individual which responded as though, he was going to commit suicide if such happened an incident. He is hypertension and considering that, he wont be able to handle the post as expected because, in business, there is always ups and downs.
If the requirements is taken beyond time (your age) and the experience has been considered and yet thereis still a need for more to be considered. The question still remains, that job your are applying for and vying for, if you consider your health status, are you set for it? Do you care about your health. Otherwise, you will not care for the workers that works for you.
