There are days where you really can't defy and change the direction of the wind.
Even when they do not admit it, there are people who have experienced once in their life the feeling of being worthless. Not that they are not worthy at all, but what they feel based on what other people are saying.
Sometimes, they also feel it inside their house, and they just can't help but feel the same feeling that has always been causing pain inside and make the mind loaded with uncertainties, which could lead to asking themselves what they have gone and done wrong.
Well, that is life. When the wind comes and passes over you, you can do nothing but let it give and leave you with a cold feeling. We are human, after all.
You know the feeling where you have many achievements in life, but still, there is a feeling of emptiness within you, and that you don't feel your worth to others?
Sometimes, you just have to go with the flow. You talk to others and interact with them with a smile on your face as if you really feel good inside you. Eccedentesiast? You could be that.
There are two varieties of pain - physical pain and emotional pain. According to previous studies, emotional pain is caused by emotional discomfort that can last longer, more profoundly felt, and much painful than physical pain. While the pain caused by physical is suffering or distress that a person feels from injury or sickness.

Now, let us proceed reviewing some articles related to the topic. Stay calm and relax as I share them to you one by one.
Situation 1:
Being Abandoned is more painful than the cut of blade written by @Ruffa
Why there's a people like that no? Because their oldies is giving them a hard time they will just leave them and will stop taking care of them. They can't take cleaning the poop of their parents while when they are still a child they never felt disgusted on taking care of them. Isn't it only natural to give them back the care that they have given to you with that simple thing?
It is not about feeling worthless, but the topic revolves around the pain of being abandoned by someone who has played a significant role in our life. In this case, it is her grandpa whom she misses a lot. The memories of the past are really hard to forget. They have been inculcated in our mind and heart, especially those memories which have impacted us significantly.
Situation 2:
It seems like every feeling is self-inflicted. Sometimes we feel like we are superior from others and we expect them to see and act based on how we view certain things.... and that's where our frustrations in life usually come from. Whenever I feel frustrated and unmotivated because of my personal growth, I turn to these two parables from the Bible and the enlightenment is just what I needed. Also, it takes all courage to admit that we are not as perfect and knowledgeable as we probably thought we are. It may be very difficult but even the best people has failed countless times and it took them a while to master their craft and we are not to judge.
Once we feel something deep within us and we let ourselves be controlled by these feelings, we just can help but go with the flow. Like he said, It seems like every feeling is self-inflicted. Enlightenment is what we need before doing something that may cause regret on our part in the end.
