Needed:
1kg of white grapes
200 g of hot peppers
2 teaspoons salt
4 tablespoons sugar
600 ml of alcoholic vinegar
water as needed
Preparation:
Wash the grapes, separate them from the stalks so that each grape remains whole.
Also, wash the hot peppers, cut off their stalks and keep them whole.
Arrange grapes and peppers alternately. Fill the jars to the brim. Pour 1 teaspoon of salt, 2 tablespoons of sugar, and 30 ml of vinegar into each jar.
Fill the jars with cold water to cover the grapes. Close with a metal cap and pasteurize.
You can pasteurize in the classic way in a pot. Place a kitchen cloth on the bottom of the pot and arrange the jars.
Pour cold water to the lid and let it boil for a maximum of 5 minutes from the beginning of boiling. Leave to cool in the pot. Wipe the cold jars and store in a cool place.
SOUR, SPICY, SWEET AT THE SAME TIME. MADNESS!
