Author: SequoiaIsn’t it funny how a single sip of coffee brighten up our day and provides energy that we need in order to start the day and accomplish all the tasks that we are supposed to do? I am certain that the entire coffee lovers can relate, am I right?
But why am I even talking about coffee at this very hour? It’s already evening and we should be drinking milk to make us relax and fall asleep faster. Be that as it may, since I have already discussed about the importance of having something that fuels us to perform our day to day grind, might as well relate it with our lives.
Coffee is for our physical body, but, how about our emotional aspect? What drives us to forcefully wake up every morning just to do our responsibilities despite of being indescribably exhausted the other day? If I am going to ask you, what pushes you to do more and be more, in this unending cycle of life?
I am confident that most of the people will reason out their families, dreams, friends, and the people that surround them. Well, I won’t be arguing with that since I, myself, have the same reason as well. Howbeit, what is the main thing that all these factors or reasons have in common?
Why do you make your families your inspiration?
Why do you strive hard for your dreams?
Well, it is just all because of one thing,
and that is no other than LOVE.
Love is the most underrated thing nowadays. Compared to how people treasured it back then is a complete opposite of how it is being understood by now.
In today’s generation, people used to perceive love as sign of weakness. When you love with all your heart, it makes you ill and incapable of doing wise decisions. Love became the least option of most of the human being in this world. But I am not denying the fact that there are still people who view love as the greatest thing of all.
Despite of the continuous looking down on love, we still can’t deny the reality that most of our actions are done out of love, even if we keep on declining it.
Just what I have said, love plays a very vital role in our lives. Back to what I am saying a while ago, we choose to make our families, dreams and the people around us as our fuel to strive hard in life because we love them.
Seeing them with joyful faces and in a well condition give us the satisfaction that our hearts is looking for. That is how love works.
Being selfless and not self-centered.
Sacrificing your won happiness for the sake of other people.
Giving all your best without asking for any return.
Many people attempted to define love.
However, no one can really fathom the true meaning of it.
The scripture itself, define love as the greatest thing of all. We can have the talents, the skills and everything. But if we have no love in our hearts, then all of those things are just rugs.
So many forms of love but as for me, the greatest of them all is the Agape Love.
The divine love.
The unconditional one.
And the best example of this is God’s love.
May we all find and be able to express this form of love to the people around us and of course, to ourselves as well.

Always bear in mind that Valentine’s Day is not just all about the girlfriend/boyfriend and husband/wife relationship. Everyone can celebrate with the people that matters to them.
You delivered it so clearly and I understand you. We still have some people who value love and took it to be the greatest thing in their lives with the way they relate and express themselves with people. When we know the value of love, we won't see reasons destroying and ruining people's lives.
