Typhoon Odette caused serious damage in several provinces of the Philippines. This includes the renowned surfing capital of the country that made a lot of people feel sad and devastated. Seeing how this typhoon created havoc to Surigao del norte, Bohol , Cebu, Leyte, Dinagat, Siargao and some other places in visayas and mindanao broke my heart into pieces. Who would have imagine that such destructions will happen few days before Christmas?
I wanted to extend help to the most affected areas and people but I just don't have any means to do it. These are the moments where I hope that I have the wealth and capacity to help. However, help isn't just all about financial. A genuine and heartfelt prayer is much appreciated as well. Let us all pray for healing, comfort , joy and peace. May the Lord covered them with His holy and precious blood.
Aside from that, we can also volunteer ourselves to any activities of our municipalities or cities to help the victims of the said typhoon.
What concerns me the most is our co- users who resides in the said places. I hope and pray for their safety.
I've seen a post in facebook about a father who lost his family because of the typhoon Odette. I couldn't find it anymore tho. However, it is just so heartbreaking that in just a blink of an eye, you will lost your loved ones and celebrate christmas alone. We really can't predict what tomorrow holds, that's why we should learn to cherish every moment with our treasured people.
Last week, we received a very devastating news. We lost a friend, a former classmate, high school batchmate, a relative. She died because of pneumonia and no one expected it. It was so sudden and we were only informed through a facebook post from her boyfriend. She was already experiencing cough for almost 2 weeks but she didn't mind it and continued working in a hardware. Before she leave this world, she even throw a joke to her bestfriend saying that she wants to have a slide show of her pictures during her wake. Little did we know that it will really come to reality.
Life is uncertain, full of unexpected turn of events. Sometimes the favor will be in your side and sometimes, it won't. Be that as it may, we should never stop living the life that we want and desires. As long as we are still breathing, we have to keep moving forward. We will all surely reached the red line in our own individual timeline. But for now, as long as the sun is still shining, there will always be hope.

My boyfriend asked me if I wanted to have a stroll in our municipal plaza and see the gigantic Christmas trees. I said yes and so I have to paused writing this. Now that we are finally home, I can finally share with you the things that I've seen in there.
There are approximately 10 tall Christmas trees in front of our Municipal office that the people in our community can view. Aside from that, the mayor also invited a band to perform everynight to entertain the people till December 25. We have a lot of photos but I will only put two pictures, the one above and this one.

I am wrapping myself with my blanket while writing this one because of the cold breeze. Brrrrrrrrr.
P.S: I lost all of my hamsters and no one survives.
