Happy 25th Monthsary! Date: February 26,2022 Author: Sequoia Holaaaaaa readstars! I just finished my laundry and cooked our lunch as well. I am a bit tired but I still have to write and grind for the economy. Lol. How's your morning so far? I hope that you got to do all your tasks and responsibilities. As usual, this article would consist my personal life and happenings. Howbeit, this will be a bit special since today is a special day, not just for me but for my beloved fiance as well. But first, let me ask for an apology because of my boring and nonsense articles. I know that you are so fed with all of these repetitive type of write-ups. Therefore, you are free to skip this one and read other articles that are more informative and interesting than this. Enough with all the intros and dramas and let's move forward. As what I have said, today's a very special day for the both of us since it is our 25th monthsary. I never imagined that we would last this long and even getting stronger every single day. Well, of course, we do fight and argue most of the time but it's part of being in a relationship right? Besides, the common reason of our arguments are not that big deal, but we just choose to make it a big deal. Lol. Duh, I don't want peace. I want war, always. But not war against nation to nation, okay? Lol. Kidding aside. Reaching 25 months of being together isn't easy at all. We've gone through a lot of things. We have moments were all we just wanted is to not see each other anymore. Personally, I've come to the point of our relationship where all I wish is just to end everything between us. This relationship tested our patience, understanding, loyalty, trust and the love that we have for each other. We have a lot of differences. We disagree in most of the things. However, we always choose to stay with each other and fixed everything. As the time passes by, we have seen the importance of meeting halfway to avoid misunderstandings whenever our views toward something contradict. It's so crucial to have a common ground despite of having different perspectives.

During the first 5 months of our relationship, it wasn't a piece of cake. We have undergone criticism and judgment from my own aunts and uncles. Let's just say that they didn't like him because he isn't a wealthy man or government employee. He is a glass installer and they didn't like that idea. But, my mom loves him and even gave us her blessings because she saw how sincere and kindhearted my boyfriend is. However, my aunts and uncles want someone that can give them liquors or money whenever they ask for it. They broke my heart by belittling the person I love. I don't need a rich man, I need someone who can give me assurance that I am the only one for him and make me feel safe as well. Beyond those material possessions, a man with a kind heart and can make me laugh whenever I am in the peak of my anger is one of a kind. I will never exchange that man for someone who only have money. I can earn money. We can both earn money and work together to be successful in life. That's why, I hate it whenever he ask for an apology because of his job and not having a degree. I hate it whenever he look down on himself. I hate it when he choose to listen to whatever people is saying more than me. I know, we should be practical and wise nowadays. However, I'd rather settle with an average yet hardworking, a dreamer , and kindhearted person, than be with someone who only have money, but poor character. We can all reach our dreams and live the life that we want as long as both of you work hand in hand.
