Changing your Habit to a Positive One can Give You a Better Result
So after months of always bathing and all I finally decided not to take a bath today! Hahahahahahaha - I tell you guys, way 2017 until 2018 I am really lazy when it comes to taking a bath. Sometimes I don't take a bath for 2 days, lol. Aside from I am too lazy to do that I also hate cold bath.
I hate cold and I easily get cold. Because of that I created a lot of reasons why I don't want to take a bath. One of them is taking a bath everyday is also not good. Well I made a research for that and it is real. It it said there that bathing everyday can removes some healthy oils and bacteria in out body.
But later on, when I gain a little weight and easily feel hot all over my body because the weather is really hot - I change my mindset and now I take a bath everyday and if ever I missed a day of not taking a bath I feel so sticky and so sweaty all over my body.
And I overthink too a lot like what if I encounter some Oppa or AFAM on my way or whatever and they smell my kaasiman like pwd ng ilahok sa paksiw sa super sour - how I can seduce them diba? Lol. But kidding aside I am conscious now on my smell like I am just starting to bloom like of a teenager, lelelele charrr.
Before I don't really care if my smell is not nice. So what it's my body so I will do what I want with it. And I don't stink that much naman duhhh, lol. I mean, I don't really care that much and to be honest I don't go outside in the house even before so no one can really smell me.
And that is also one of the reason why I don't take a bath. I also hate pumping the water before because I easily get tired. I know this is my fault for not working out to strengthen my stamina. I'm just lazy, huehue. And aside from I can conserve water I can also save myself from too much work, tho it's really not that much
Mangalay sya sa braso ko dzaii, I don't want to have a muscles, hahaha. But I'm just kidding on that. It's just that I also pump water to wash the dishes so I feel like it's too extreme for me already for my fragile body, hahahahaha. I'm over reacting I know that, lol. Just can't help it. I am really weak before.
But since I already change, I can now last for 1 round. I can't even finish that before ee, haha. Kidding again - I mean I don't run out of breath easily like before that I really look like someone who has a super serious illness. I look weak, I am too thin and ack, I don't look okay talaga before.
I'm not sure what happened but aside from I take a bath na everyday, I also drink a lot of water na din which I don't do that much before. I can count on my fingers on how many glasses I drank water before. But now, I love water now. Tho I still don't drink cold water but I take a bath now with cold water. I can take that now, which I can't before.
I just love how big my improvement is. But I still need to workout yes. To get a healthier body. I am so jealous to those who do this thinking for their health. While here I am still slacking. So yeah, I still need to work a lot on myself. Not just this. I wamt to last for 7 round so I really need to run a miles everyday to achieve that, hahahahaha.
But seriously no, if we want to change something in us we should really work on it now. We can't make a progress is we didn't move and just let destiny do its thing. We can also do something about it. Actually, we are the only one who can change it. Changing for good and for the better version of ourself
I am actually convincing myself so that I can finally push to work out, lol. Hope masapian na ako ng kasipagan, y'know! Teheeeee
