Both Mental health and emotional well-being goes hand in hand in our daily activities. Human beings center around psychological instability when they examine emotional wellness. Our emotional wellness is very important and should be considered most crucial in our day to day activities.
Mental health just as what W.H.O said, "It is the state of well being of an individual"
This definition by W.H.O is much concerned with the way people behave, how they attend to activities in a productive way, how a person cope with stress, how he or she contributes to his or her community etc.
Emotional Well-being is how people think, feel and act within their surroundings. This is how a person can adjust to his or her life in a most positive way. There will be a maladjustment if an individual do not function well emotionally and mentally, it affects him or her Psychologically. This is why we are advised to take care of our Well-being so it won't alter our activities or movement with our social interaction with others around us. Much of time, positive emotional wellness factors like versatility, interest and self-esteem can assist us with adapting to psycholgical maladjustment.
Just as the way we attend to our actual wellbeing continuously, our emotional well-being also requires much and consistent consideration. At the point when we support our psychological well-being, we handle all sorts of stress outside life, in our social interaction to earn money, the problem we try to solve which is leading to depression, trying to recuperate or recover from mishaps, where we rest better etc, same way we try to live a happy life.
Ways to maintain our mental health and emotional well-being

But as a matter of fact, it's also a very hard thing to do, especially when you don't have any help. The only way you'll succeed at it is by doing it alone. And that's not easy, either. You'll have to make time for it. Being sound genuinely can advance your life a lot, but it also comes with a risk.
Express your emotions, be positive and optimistic, listen to your intuition, believe in yourself, keep going, do not get lost in thoughts, avoid panic, not trust your judgments, etc. If you do all of this, you can even make yourself feel a little better about yourself. It will help you develop a confident mind.
Put down stopping points: It doesn't mean that you have a big problem. That's the point. We're all human. To get to the bottom of the matter, you need to be honest with yourself and with others. At the same time, don't forget that the human body is like a computer, with many chips in it, so you may not be able to control everything. Don't trust yourself because you are afraid of making mistakes. Trust that there are many things that can be done, even if you're not sure which direction is the right one. Get the feeling that everything is going to work out well.
Deal with your actual wellbeing; be in a healthy, constructive, positive frame of mind. Be calm, relaxed, happy, optimistic. Identify a way of dealing with stress for you, which will be a better way for your body to deal. Take time to rest and enjoy yourself when possible. Rest is essential for a strong body.
