Both Mental health and emotional well-being goes hand in hand in our daily activities. Human beings center around psychological instability when they examine emotional wellness. Our emotional wellness is very important and should be considered most crucial in our day to day activities.

Mental health just as what W.H.O said, "It is the state of well being of an individual"

This definition by W.H.O is much concerned with the way people behave, how they attend to activities in a productive way, how a person cope with stress, how he or she contributes to his or her community etc.


Emotional Well-being is how people think, feel and act within their surroundings. This is how a person can adjust to his or her life in a most positive way. There will be a maladjustment if an individual do not function well emotionally and mentally, it affects him or her Psychologically. This is why we are advised to take care of our Well-being so it won't alter our activities or movement with our social interaction with others around us. Much of time, positive emotional wellness factors like versatility, interest and self-esteem can assist us with adapting to psycholgical maladjustment.


Just as the way we attend to our actual wellbeing continuously, our emotional well-being also requires much and consistent consideration. At the point when we support our psychological well-being, we handle all sorts of stress outside life, in our social interaction to earn money, the problem we try to solve which is leading to depression, trying to recuperate or recover from mishaps, where we rest better etc, same way we try to live a happy life.


Ways to maintain our mental health and emotional well-being

Enthusiastic and psychological well-being is significant . It's a great way to keep your self-esteem and sense of self worth up, and it can make you feel better. But as a matter of fact, it's also a very hard thing to do, especially when you don't have any help. The only way you'll succeed at it is by doing it alone. And that's not easy, either. You'll have to make time for it. Being sound genuinely can advance your life a lot, but it also comes with a risk.


Express your emotions, be positive and optimistic, listen to your intuition, believe in yourself, keep going, do not get lost in thoughts, avoid panic, not trust your judgments, etc. If you do all of this, you can even make yourself feel a little better about yourself. It will help you develop a confident mind.


Put down stopping points: It doesn't mean that you have a big problem. That's the point. We're all human. To get to the bottom of the matter, you need to be honest with yourself and with others. At the same time, don't forget that the human body is like a computer, with many chips in it, so you may not be able to control everything. Don't trust yourself because you are afraid of making mistakes. Trust that there are many things that can be done, even if you're not sure which direction is the right one. Get the feeling that everything is going to work out well.


Deal with your actual wellbeing; be in a healthy, constructive, positive frame of mind. Be calm, relaxed, happy, optimistic. This is a positive way of life, a way that gives you a chance to avoid the negative emotions. So try to change the way your mind works. Stop thinking about negative things. See it as positive thinking. Instead, think about things in terms of positive possibilities. Make positive things happen. Feel good about it. Eating refreshingly, getting sufficient rest, and practicing routinely are a couple of ways you can deal with your actual wellbeing.


Identify a way of dealing with stress for you, which will be a better way for your body to deal. Take time to rest and enjoy yourself when possible. Rest is essential for a strong body.


Request help in the event that you need it, but try to take rest at the right times. Relaxing in your own company, taking time for yourself and having a comfortable space to be alone with yourself is the best way for your body to recharge. And relax your mind and body together. Avoid stressful situations, always take time when needed, seek support in all possible ways. It's true that a lot of people don't have the time or the energy to spend on themselves and you can't help it. So, let's take the necessary time and make sure that we spend it in good ways, without neglecting our own needs. There are psychological well-being experts and health coaches who can help you make sense and develop a well thought-out plan.


Accomplish a goal you have always wanted to work on: It doesn't matter if you haven't worked out in many years or if your goal is to lose weight, to feel good, or to change something about your life. You can work out, exercise, eat right and feel great. Just do it!

Try to find time, perhaps few minutes to do the things you derive Joy in it . If you don't have enough time to do everything, you won't get anything done. Let's set the example and try it with your life. Feel your power, take your time. Set a goal for a new habit, make a time out to yourself to relax.


Associate with others and be free with them. Do not associate with a bad person, associate only with those that are good. We are all connected in this world, even if we can not see it with our physical eyes. Join a club and start to connect with other like minded people. Socialize with your friends and have fun. Don't become depressed, there is always the chance that there will be a crisis, you just need to see how to deal with it and that will happen in time if you don't lose your composure and your motivation. That's what it means to live in a human way.


Give an helping hand to People. Helping people doesn't benefits them alone, but it benefits you too because you will feel at ease seeing someone you are rendering help to being happy.


CLOSING THOUGHT

Make sure to be conscious of your mental health and emotional well-being, because a breakdown of both can deter your psychological mindset and make you feel unhappy about yourself. Do not stress yourself too much.

I think I should work on more on expressing my emotions. I am person who's so reserved that I seldom let the people around me know what I truly feel. I don't want them to see as weak and so I pretend to be strong all the time. Little did I knew that those contribute to my anxiety.

Our being healthy has got a lot to do with our being healthy emotionally which directly related to being socially well.
