1. Grilled oysters
Recipe for grilled oysters! A unique recipe for grilled oysters that will make you forget about any other way to eat oysters! You've never had oysters so rich in flavor!
Ingredients
10 oysters
250 g. unsalted butter
3 large cloves of garlic
1/2 tsp dehydrated garlic powder
100 g. grated parmesan
1/4 bunch parsley
Step by step cooking recipe
While we wait for the coals to cook, open the oysters, remove their lids and place them upright, being careful not to spill their water. When we open the oyster with a sharp knife, carefully cut the muscle from the cap.
Heat the butter in a small saucepan over low frame heat. We don't want it to burn, just melt. Then add the dehydrated garlic powder and the garlic cloves cut into strips and remove from the heat.
In a small bowl prepare the parsley by chopping its leaves, while in another bowl put the grated parmesan.
After the coals are made, put the grill on our grill and carefully place the oysters on top. Be careful not to spill their water. If a little spills, it doesn't matter, but if a lot of water spills from one oyster, then we supplement it with some others that have a lot.
As soon as the water inside the oysters begins to burn, use a large spoon to put the melted butter with the garlic, making sure to put a clove or two of garlic in each oyster. If an oyster spills, fill it up. Leave them for another 5 minutes on the coals and then take them out.
Sprinkle some parsley and some grated parmesan inside each oyster.
2. Shrimp pasta
With whole wheat spaghetti
Servings : 2 Degree of difficulty : Moderate
Ingredients:
100 gr. whole wheat spaghetti
10 large whole shrimps
300 g. water
10 gr. olive oil
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1 medium onion
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tbsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp oregano
50 gr. white wine
Total final weight: 600 g. Total calories: 680 Total servings: 2 Calories per serving: 340
Step by step cooking recipe
Put the shrimps in a large pan and add water until they are covered. Then we boil them for about 15 minutes and then take the shrimps out of the pan and keep their water after straining it into a saucepan.
Put the spaghetti into the pot with the water and bring it to a boil. While the spaghetti is being made, put the olive oil in the pan together with the chopped onion, the peppers that we have cut into pieces, the salt, the pepper, the garlic and the oregano and fry them for about 15 minutes.
Cut the shrimps into cubes after cleaning them first and add them to the pan. Add the macaroni along with their water and mix them all together until they drink the water. Then add the white wine and stir until it evaporates and everything binds together.
