Orange Sauce and Orange Cake Recipes
1. Orange sauce

Ingredients
Orange (juicy) - 2 pieces
Wine (white) - 120 ml
Butter - 25 g

Cumin - to taste

Scald the orange with boiling water, peel, white films and seeds.
Grind the pulp of an orange in a blender and pour into a small saucepan.
Add sugar and simmer for 5-7 minutes over low heat.
Add cumin, cloves, salt and wine. Simmer the sauce over low heat for 2-3 minutes.
Pour in the lemon zest, add the oil, stir and remove from heat.
2. Orange cake
Fragrant dessert will appeal not only to citrus lovers. The cake for him is prepared according to the principle of a cake: in butter and kefir. Top the cake with orange icing. You can also add your favorite cream or chocolate topping.

Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
Sugar - 200 g
Butter - 120 g
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Kefir - 120 ml
Flour - 300 g
Ground cinnamon - 0.5 tsp
Orange peel - 0.5 tsp
For caramel:
Orange (medium) - 3 pieces
Sugar - 300 g
Step by step cooking recipe
Beat eggs with sugar until fluffy.
Add warm kefir, soft butter and continue beating for 2-3 minutes.
Add the sifted flour, baking powder, zest and ground cinnamon. Stir until smooth.
Cover the form with baking paper, lay out the dough and bake for 35-40 minutes in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees. Check readiness by piercing the cake with a wooden skewer.
Peel oranges, white film and chop in a blender.
Mix the orange mass with sugar and put in a saucepan with a thick bottom. Boil over low heat until desired thickness.
Put the finished cake on a plate, pour over with orange glaze and decorate with orange slices.
