Let your Toddlers Grow in accordance with Their Milestones
*****“Dad, use this”***** with strong conviction! A statement of our baby amused me to the hilt thinking that those tiny screwdrivers were not meant for the truck nor for his motorbike to be fixed.
He has the guts to give it to his dad with intensity that he would surely needed it. The way he handed him the tiny screwdriver gave an impression to me that Sage knew exactly what was needed to be done for his motorbike.
*****Sage’s Messy Mechanical Skill with his Father: Those Motorbike and Truck Moments*****
His innocent gestures of checking on the brake and other parts of the motorbike, stepping on it to make sure it worked well with the aid of his dad were just so fun to look at. He's just always on the go. Sage has a lot of surprises for us. We loved how bubbly, inquisitive, and remodeling everything he’d seen at 29 months old
*******Toddlers are Great Copycats***** https://3speak.tv/watch?v=patjules83/djnrrwgi
It's just so entertaining to see that our baby copied and followed things we would say. Things that he's still figuring out by himself, led him to duplicate what has been said.
For example, when I say, "***good night baby, I love you or mommy loves you!***" he would reply with the same phrase, "***goodnight***" with the word "***baby***" on it where the first time he heard me saying it. He couldn't identify just yet that he has to say "***mommy instead of baby***!" His reply was exactly my statement!
But now at least he can say, "***good night mommy, I love you***!" there's now a distinction and identification between a mommy and a baby!
T*hese phrases are so essential to be inculcated in our babies' brain and they need to hear these often. It boosts their self-confidence, securing self-esteem. Repetitive and daily affirmations are so crucial in their growth.*
*Remember that before they would have acquired any self-knowledge, PARENTS play a pivotal role into their well-being.*
This is our good night statement before dozing off to sleep and "bonjour" greeting as soon as he woke up.
His morning routine with us in the toilet, like brushing his teeth, taking a quick shower is now in order as well as his potty training. Sage knew what to do when he wanted to use his potty.
On the weekdays as he goes off to the Childminding, he would choose what shirts to put on while on the weekend as our bonding moment if not chillin at the beach, Sage would grab my hand and vehemently say, "mommy, come baby works!"
We gave him that old laptop to play or mess up around with.
*****Toddlers Loved to Play! Should Parents be Always on Guard?*****
*As a general rule, toddlers shouldn't be inactive for more than 1 hour at a time, except for sleeping. That's a lot of work for parents and caregivers, but a lot of much-needed activity for toddlers. (Source* *here**)* https://kidshealth.org/en/parents/reading-toddler.html
I want to keep this statement as it is implying that some parents are so on guard towards their children to the point of not letting them get hurt ( physically though not drastically).
Sage at 29 months old always has more freedom to do what makes him happy as he has a lot of choices to play around with. His favorite word at all times is "***taye! taye...which means "run! run!"***
He has all the energies in the world running to and fro and his dad sometimes was so worried that he might fell. I have to remind Patrick that older Toddlers are more active as they are now entering an independent zone of their milestone. So let them be but GUIDE them thoroughly!
*****What's the Rationale?*****
It is always important to take down key points about your toddler's behavior and how actively engaging they are to everyone surrounding them. It is necessary to give them FREEDOM to explore the world the way they have seen it, only when they're a bit unsure that you would GUIDE them to their direct path.
As a first-time mom, I wanted my baby to be more "self-reliant", self-supporting, and self-discipline. I had so many anxieties before when Sage had his first day at the childminding, and I called it "separation anxiety" to the point that I had to check on him around lunch break to see whether he's been taken care of properly.
Fast forward, it was the best decision my hubby and I took because Sage learned how to socialize in a good and healthy way. Keeping him at home with a nanny might not be that pleasant knowing that his interaction is limited to one or us at home.
To all the first-time moms and dads out there, whenever you have "anxieties or worries" when it comes to your baby's independence. let them grow and let them explore how vast the world could be.

Professionalism Over Perfectionism: (That Script Reading Thing) Which Would You Prefer?
***What if you were given a script to be read in front of your class yet you know there would be unforeseen scenarios in the classroom hence reading the script would end up exhausting yourself?*
Consider a ***band B student***s in a state school wherein managing them would be so challenging hence reading a Listening Assessment is not an option at all.
Let me just share a bit that here in Seychelles, as one of the ex-pat teachers, RESPECT takes time to be given to us. We need to work our best to show that we deserved to be respected regardless of our nationality.
*****Crazy Shifting of Students' Attendance at School which lead to Script Reading of Listening Assessment!*****
Secondary 1 to Secondary 5 students have shifting schedules when they come to school due to the pandemic so for this week we have to cater "Listening Assessment" to our S2 students from band A (set 1-3, they are called the Academic Class) - to band B ( set 4-5, the not-so-academic class).
It has been a rough ride for our Department knowing that we had LIMITED availability of resources when it comes to Listening Assessment. We usually received a sample of CDs from the Ministry of Education as per IGCSE for s4-5 yet for lower-level s1-3 we can make an arrangement and be more innovative however we needed to prepare the students the way Listening Assessment has to be taken in place.
So my colleague who was in charge of the ***S2 Listening Assessment*** gave a sample *****SCRIPT*****!
*****A SCRIPT for goodness sake! we're in for more surprises!*****
*****We were advised to read it in front of the class.*****
***I had tried reading it before but this time around, I wouldn't want to make the same mistake again. I had to make a way! Some classes were heterogeneous which meant some students could cope up easily while others would had hard time getting along, leaving the teacher draining herself, therefore the best option was* ***to record it.***
But how can we do it given the LIMITED time to prepare? I knew the capability of my students thus I have to be strategic to save myself from the further misfortune of repetitive reading multiple times.
For *****band A***** classes it would be possible but never for *****band B***** classes as per experienced before. I won't read the script to the students because I knew they won't pay much attention, how much more if you have 4-5 classes in a row? It would be punishing your pharynx right?
*****IDEA over IDEOLOGY! The Rule of the Thumb*****
Given the limited time and going to an audio-visual room (just imagined we had as such) for our recording wouldn't allow the situation thus I did the unthinkable.** ***with the aid of my mobile audio recorder, I read the script in the pantry, closed the door, and started recording.***
The tone of my voice, the frequency, and even the rhythm were far from the standard Cambridge recording yet left without an option, I managed to finish the it in *****1:26:07 time frame*****. Quite faster than expected.
***LOCALS' Expertise and TONE is an Advantage:***
https://www.pexels.com/photo/multiracial-young-women-using-tablet-and-writing-in-notebook-5965895/
Ms. Vicky has a great modulation of her voice, a Seychellois and a singer while I'm an ex-pat. When I say I'm an ex-pat it has a lot to do with how I said the words which were essential for the outcome. Regardless of our accents, the whole point of the recording was to convey the Listening Assessment. We had to choose the best alternative.
As for my colleagues, my voice sounds more "*****professional*****", has a good tone and a bit of modulation yet Ms. Vicky's recording was "*****perfect*****" to our ears. Even I had goosebumps when I heard her voice. She's the perfect voice-over persona for the Listening Assessment and saved us all from multiple readings of Scripts.
*We had a good laugh at the staff room despite the limited time of preparation and unprepared recording was all I could think of.*
*****SEEK FOR THE SOLUTION of the Problem then Shine Through IT!*****
Reading a Script during assessment (as per Listening) if not given an audio recording would always be a mess and so exhausting on the teacher's part. So the idea of RECORDING came abruptly and needed to execute it even if it's not done professionally. Remember to always see the ***silver lining in the situation and seek for solution.***
https://www.pexels.com/photo/multiethnic-women-talking-in-broadcasting-studio-6953672/
When I shared with Ms. Vicky the recording she eventually did just the same. Equipped with a *****booming, silvery voice and proper timing*****, we all decided to use her recording and suggested that for further script reading to come, she would do the honor for the whole department.
It was an OPPORTUNITY from my end to SOLVE that particular problem on the other hand Ms. Vicky seized the moment.
It was such a great reflection knowing that before leaving the Language Department, I managed to leave a footprint from an audio-recording capitalizing our mobile phones.
*****What's the Rationale?*****
Create more Impact in your work place and allow a harmonious relationship with your workmates! ***It's not about who is more intelligent, who is better than who but it's about accepting your differences and seeing things in a proper perspective.*** For a record, I'm the only Filipina in the group!
Likewise, in every area of your life, if you want to succeed especially working overseas as you dealt with people from all walks of life, you have to keep on creating an impact.
I felt so humbled when my colleagues said that I sound so professional but I knew "professionalism" was out of the context because we were looking for "perfectionism" in a good manner.
We have to give the best to our students and when you're in a situation where your IDEAS were being executed, you felt you had done something for the whole Department!
*****It's your masterpiece! It's your identity!***
*There's CLARITY when we decided as a group and there's more* ***HARMONY*** *with our relationship towards one another working for the betterment of our students.*
*****Questions:*****
*What are the challenges you have encountered in your work place?*
*How did you deal with it? Especially if you're working overseas?*
*Do you offer solution instead of fretting over things you have no control of?*

*****if we can print our money, the better for the economy!*****
Do You Have a Healthy Relationship with Money?
There are so many things in life where we have different thoughts about money. It allows us to bring an impact to the world. It gives more opportunity of Financial FREEDOM wherein going into the rat race of working overseas may not be an option for so many overseas workers, however, despite the idea of earning and having money, it would still boil down to not having enough and they are experiencing scarcity.
Let me tell you that some of my colleagues here in Seychelles thought that money is so hard to keep yet so easy to spend. When payday comes, you would see how they have new fashion, new gadgets, and many other things. *They love to squander!*
I have seen this many times in my life working abroad and I could only sigh for them. I could not contain to hear their stories of not having enough at the end of the month however when I asked, if they ever had 5% of their salary set aside for investment, they would tell me often, they don't have enough.
*****Mindset and Money Making Machine!*****
How's your wallet when payday comes? Are you able to set aside for savings? How do you manage your finances?
I was listening to one of the top-notch Financial Experts in my country through our webinar session and one question raised by a call-center agent who was earning around 25000 php monthly asked how could he start saving when his salary was just enough for his expenses?
Sir Rex simplified his explanation by saying, *it's not how much you earn but on how much you set aside for your investment.*
He's the CEO of Rampver Financials and shared that even their drivers managed to invest even when they only have 1000 to set aside every month.
They also had security guards who can set aside 1500 for their investment wherein if you would compare the salary of the two workers compared to that of the call center agent, obviously the latter earned more than they did however the one who earned more doesn't have any investment at all.
You know what was very clear on the scenario,...
****MINDSET when it comes to money and how we have the HABIT of paying ourselves first must be our priority.*
If you're familiar on the Latte Factor of Tony Robbins? that call-center agent needed to overhaul his mindset when it comes to his relationship with money. https://www.thelattefactor.com/
I was once part of the Human Resource Personnel in one of the call center companies in Davao and we always provide "free coffee" to all employees yet most of them do not like the 3n1 rather "Starbucks" was always the trend.
*****Practice Delayed Gratification*****
I set my priorities when it comes to my finances. I have read books on Personal Finance/ Financial planning, attended webinars, looked for my mentors and believed me it has a great impact to how I see my salary and my other income streams either offline or online.
One of the most common advise they would always shared with us is to practice delayed gratification. Technically it shaped my mentality into prioritizing from the least to the most important things.
I followed a simple formula of my financial success which is 10-30-70.
10% to my tithes, 30% to my investments and 70% to my lifestyle ( although this part I cheated as I set aside 20% for emergency fund).
I was asked by Ms. Salve Duplito when she came here in Seychelles during our passport renewal when we had a financial check up whether I could live for 30000 php a month and I told her I could even live with 20000 or even half of the amount. On top of it all, I don't have Debts to pay after all.
Through this formula I managed to enjoyed the simplicity of life and still it's possible to travel overseas with my family. We discipline ourselves to live the 70% or even less because we set our *PRIORITIES first!*
*****What's the Rationale?*****
Your relationship with money has a lot to do on how you see it as a medium of communication to your priorities, how it can convey for your advantage. The more you understand how money is just a mind game and you establish a good rapport with it, the more you can succeed.
Money is abundant. It is everywhere especially here in the crypto sphere. Make most of it by starting to make it as your ally. The more you realize how money allows you make a difference in the world, the greater your ability to make more of it.
*****INVEST it for your advantage and PAY YOURSELF FIRST!*****
***Questions:***
*Do you have a long or short term goal?*
*What are your strategies in order to succeed with your goal in terms of finances?*
*Is it important to have a retirement plan? What about emergency? Is it necessary?*

Weekend Getaway: Spending More Time Together as a Family (But it Doesn't have to be Costly!)
*Do you like to predict the unpredictable? Or do you like to emerge yourself on an island living wherein beach partying is so common during the weekend? Or if not, you simply want to savour the beauty of nature?*
When I first came to Seychelles I have observed how the weather changed so fast.
One time we left our place with a very good sunny morning on a weekend to check for fresh organic products on the other side of Mahe, surprised that when we reached the place, we were greeted with rain instead.
The weather here is a great factor to enjoy outdoor!
****Chillin at the Beach in the early morning on a Saturday in Mahe (*******It was cloudy, rainy and sunny all at once in a span of an hour and half)***
"Beach parties” are part of the Seychelloise's lifestyle and leisure! You could witness that the main shops in town are closed because people are already heading towards the shoreline spending family time on the beach. I have described it as the “***Ghost Town Effect***” on a weekend basis and if you're new here taking in comparison perhaps to how your weekend back in your country, Seychelles is the exact opposite! It took me 6 months to adjust! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tEGWd0vzKLc
I called it their ***sacred weekend get-together with friends and families drinking on the side of the beach adjacent to the road with their favorite SeyBrew.***
It was very casual to see people parked their cars on the side of the road at a nearby shoreline with their loud music accompanied by their drinking buddies.
Beach culture as a way to enjoy an island living is a relaxing way rather than spending so much time at the mall wherein you will be tempted to buy items you don't truly need, so in a way or another, I preferred chillin at the beach! It doesn't have to be an expensive family date!
However on the other side of it...
If you dreamt of a solemn beach moment on a weekend as I do, it was best to go in the early hours.
We checked for a good parking area and took the spot further to Au Cap where it’s 10 minute- drive from where we were staying in Anse Aux Pins.
Sage on the other hand was a bit hesitant to take a dip because the weather was not that good as it was ***cloudy*** followed by ***rain*** for about 20 minutes. The ***sun*** had shown up thereafter so we still managed to enjoy for a while.
**Here's the catch!**
I *told my husband that cloudy day was the best time to go to the beach in my country because Filipinos, in general, have always had a penchant for fair skin hence putting all the sunscreen cream before swimming must be done*, funny as it may sound but when I lived here in Seychelles, I realized it is nicer to see my sunkissed-tan skin.
***I felt and looked healthier! I couldn't be more grateful to achieve my real tan!***
On the other hand...
Sage started to enjoy the water, splashing here and everywhere as I was just dipping myself enjoying the calmness of the ocean.
While Patrick took his time making boats out of the coconut leaves, let it sunk so that Sage would come after it, and giggled to his heart’s content. It was a blast for the three of us. We felt more connected to one another, enjoying the water and closed to nature as well.
***It's more of a sanctuary for me!***
*****Family Walks at Roche Caiman on a Sunday Afternoon!*****
Such a nature's haven indeed when you can have an afternoon walk at Roche Caiman, a nature's park here in Mahe whereby people were doing their exercise and others were playing their favorite sports.
Usually, on a Sunday afternoon around 4 pm, we would bring our baby out for a road trip but at this juncture, we decided to hang around at Roche Caiman. Sage loved running on the grass, enjoyed the freedom of being out in the afternoon where the sun was not too hot.
We started walking from the swimming pool area going towards the fitness trail. Along the way was the calmness of the ocean-facing Eden Island where you could see the boats rented by the tourists for an island-hopping with loud music on.
What a good and relaxing way to unwind right? A brisk walk was a good exercise if you were not the kind of person whose into rigid athletic training.
*****Does it have to be Costly to go out as a Family?*****
I have to share this in a way that some of the families I have encountered here in Seychelles compensated material things in exchange for authentic family time together.
One of my students shared that on a weekend basis before the pandemic they usually booked a trip bound for Abu Dhabi, spent a relaxing time in a five-star hotel, went around shopping in the malls, and gone home exhausted. Her mom and dad bought her expensive things but told me that she still felt like her parents do not care for her wellbeing because during the weekdays, they're both late from work and she's under the supervision of her grandma if not her nanny.
Materially well off but emotionally, she felt so neglected. I have heard this many times yet when a student confessed out of the blue, there was never a doubt that the most valuable thing we could give to our loved ones is our ***TIME, so the question is how do you spend time together?***
***Sage knew how to steal my time despite how busy I am at work online/offline, and he's just as stubborn as me when he wanted something. He's very strategic as he would grasped my wrist and won't stop until I would go with him, saying his firm statement of "mommy come, show you!". He doesn't care whether I'm busy as long as he wanted me to come along with him to wherever he wished to go!*
*****What's the Rationale?*****
There were times that we don't hang out as a family of three because we were so grounded with work that we failed to see the beauty outside the comfort of our home. It is very crucial to spend real QUALITY time with your family especially that you have a new member who would be looking up to how your baby is being taken care of.
For parents who were so caught up with daily routines, it's best to go out together, likewise it doesn't have to be costly because apart from the thought that it's ***FREE***, most of the time when we were with our loved ones, *****it's the presence of each one which was more important.*****
*****Questions:*****
*When was the last time you went out together as a family?*
*Does going out on a date with your kid (s) nurture your relationship? Is it necessary to go out on a weekend basis? does it have to be costly?*
*Some kids love the material things that their parents gave them and I have seen the effect of it on the child. Giving them everything they wanted when they're out shopping and throwing tantrums if not granted with what they wanted was not a good emotional quotient. What's your view?*
*If there's a thing that you would like to bargain just to be with your loved ones, what would it be and why?*

*if we can print our money, the better for the economy!*
What's Your Belief about Money?
There is so much to educate when it comes to money. For many people, this is their end goal. Accumulation of it for their attributes and for whatever purpose it may serve them so much so that it is a driving force of many on why we would want to have more money.
Roger Ver in one of his interviews said ***money is not everything but it can definitely give you a lot of OPTIONS***, so in line with his wisdom if you would ask yourself, what option do you have given the abundance of money? https://twitter.com/rogerkver?lang=en
Some of the things that I found disconcerting are the following.
*****Self-Sabotage about One's Belief on Money!*****
From the documentary film entitled, "***The Millionaire Project; New Documentary about Achieving Financial Freedom***", ***Dr. Joe Vital,*** ***Best Selling Author, Speaker, and Success Coach*** said that sharing what is most comfortable for you and where you take inspiration from GIVING opens the window of ***abundance*** and not from a scarcity mindset. He mentioned how an ACT of Giving even before if you're not ready to give as he shared his experience being homeless once in his life, reinforced your mindset into more wealth. His emphasis on giving money to be able to receive money from the abundance mindset is so empowering ***if*** ***we don't hold back subconsciously, if we don't have conflicting ideas.*** https://www.instagram.com/drjoevitale/?hl=en
*I knew of a friend back in Doha and even from my country who always has the habit of saying she doesn't have money especially when it comes to investing more in her Personal Growth needless to say an investment for a good business venture, takes an excuse most of the time, only to find out that she managed to buy the latest gadgets.*
Another instance of ***self-sabotaging on our beliefs about mone***y and when it comes to our Personal Finances is the idea of buying health insurance. The book,
"*The Secret to Saving and Building Your Future ( Become Your Own Financial Advisor)* accentuated more on how important to secure our health care, as much as possible make it our topmost ***priority***. ***We have no right to invest should we failed to set aside an amount of money for our healthcare*** per se.
*Had I not mentioned many times from my posts that hospitalization bills could kill? Daily hospital costs would range 10k or more back when my papa was hospitalized. Considered Health Insurance as protection or an umbrella to safeguard your investments when health issues are recurring, so whenever you have a stable and good source of income, buy your family health insurance. The more you would have peace of mind when the time comes.*
So what I can suggest is, *****Transform into Self-Care instead!*****
From a general perspective, ***Tom Corley,*** *a Best Selling Author, Speaker, and Media Contributor* of the aforementioned documentary film, shared that the *****healthier a person is, the more productive one can become*****. https://grow.acorns.com/habits-millionaires-have-in-common/
Based on his studies, engaging daily for self-improvement was very critical as much as 88% of self-made millionaires engaged in self-education by reading and learning new things much more in becoming themselves HEALTHY as they could ever be.
The significance of being healthy is next to being wealthy hence we read many times that "health is wealth!
I have learned from my experiences with money that the more I share it to those who inspired me and gave to whom I think needed it the most, in the first place, *****I felt good,***** and subconsciously I opened up more opportunities to create more Wealth Abundance.
*First and foremost *****FEEL GOOD about it and Be Inspired!*****
*****Self-Doubt on the Authentic Cause of Bitcoin Cash and not merely being Hyped*****!
***Money is everywhere in the crypto sphere!***. This is a fact! There is so much money involved when we deal with cryptocurrency that the whales are the ones playing the games mostly, however, if we truly practice authenticity on the Cause of the Coin, we would never have fraction and division.
One of the most promising features of Bitcoin Cash that everybody could relate despite the trend of the market is its easier conversion to fiat should you blog here on ReadCash for example. Apart from the transaction fees that we mostly have nightmares when sending money unlike other cryptocurrencies, Bitcoin Cash, on the other hand, makes it so handy and affordable to do so. When I say "easier conversion" I meant to say sending it to your wallet without the need to send it first to other exchanges to avoid higher transaction fees. So simple and easy that even newbies would understand how to do the transaction even if they're not much into crypto.
Hence take into account the thought of *****transforming unto Self- Confidence***** ***somehow!***
Based on my further readings and research on the authenticity of BCH's cause, ***Generosity plays a pivotal role***. Microtipping back at ***Memo*** and at ***Noisecash*** are an edge over other cryptocurrencies that my friends found it so amazing at how crypto changed their mindset especially Bitcoin Cash thinking it is real money that they used as a mode of payment for online purchases.
Their initial belief that crypto is a scam is swapped for more possibilities of growing their income especially so that they are mostly merchants.
The Entrepreneurial effect of this pandemic creates more opportunities to those who are opt for the challenge.
*****Self-Deficient on One's perspective about Money!*****
Some people who are not in tune on how to grow their finances would end up having a ***deficiency*** in it. Are you familiar with the rat race of working overseas? You earn good enough money yet at the end of the month, still, it's not sufficient for your needs? *****Worst case scenario you are in debt!*****
*I have met so many of my fellow Filipino Overseas Workers who always borrowed money because the amount they have sent was not enough for their families.*
***There's so much to overhaul with their finances. So why not transform into Self-Sufficient, be more abreast, be more resourceful to learn how to be financially literate?***
**What's the Rationale?**
I have been living and working overseas for nine years now and the cultures (Arabian Peninsula vs. Island Living) that I had been exposed to are extreme. There was a point that I thought money grew on trees for as long as I am working, I am assured of my future, yet it occurred to me that there's no such thing as lifetime employment.
The good thing before it's too late, I had changed my belief towards money into a more meaningful way. Reading books about Personal Finance, investing for my retirement at least the *****rule of the thumb is to put 10% of it on a vehicle that would give me 13% annual rate of dividends for example*****, (*referred to my cash dividend for an instance back in 2019 on my shares from Metrobank*).
I am more in tune with my core belief of money when used wisely would save me from further financial mishaps in the long run.
If you have a wrong belief about money which goes with the cliche, that it is the root of all evil, then perhaps you need to check the voice within your *****WHY'*****s of earning
***Is it to give to the foundation which inspired you to earn more so you could help more?***
***or...***
***Is it for your immediate family which depicts your generosity as the saying goes, "charity begins at home"?***

***if we could print our own money, the better for the economy!***
The Paradigm of Success for Financial and Personal Growth!
My work experience in the ***Middle East*** gave me an edge to establish myself financially when I managed to achieve the basic goal for my family. 70% of my income has been invested in my country and the rest is set aside for the basic need intended for my baby and for our family getaway once in a while.
This has given me an idea of how I can create more wealth not only for myself but definitely for the self-actualization that could sustain my personal well-being so I can share more to the ***Bukas Palad Foundatio***n which is closer to my heart. Seeing how the kids enjoyed our small gifts for them made me the happiest.
*****Our Mental and Metaphysical State about Finances*****
Before I reached the point of being able to set aside my source of income for my investments, savings, emergency funds, I had a very difficult mental consciousness about my finances.
There was a point where I could not even pay my bills because of the meager amount of money I had despite having a job. I had a source of income yet I was still wondering why at the end of the month I feel still it's not enough? What am I doing with my salary then?
I made sure I lived just within my means however I still felt there was lacking. ***I had to overhaul my financial state*** or else I would keep on going the rat race. So I started ***EDUCATING*** myself on how I can grow my income and from then things became clear to me that what was missing was the ***Mental State*** **of my Finances**.
I always had this thought before of not having enough! it seemed that whatever I was earning, would just come and go despite the effort to keep it as my savings. *Brian Tracy* in the documentary about *The Millionaire Project: New Documentary About Achieving Financial Freedom* said that, https://www.briantracy.com/blog/financial-success/look-rich-or-be-rich-develop-a-millionaire-mindset-to-achieve-financial-independence-wealthy-people/
***"the way we think about money would determine how much of it we would make!"***
Surely you have heard this many times when you stumbled into money-making machine' documentaries but only when I felt so miserable with my way of earning that I needed to make a sturdy act in order to materialize what's my metaphysical state on my finances.
Mind you there was a point wherein, earning nearly 6-figures was more than enough for me however with the increasing need of the people around and being able to extend more financial assistance gave me more determination to create wealth abundance.
In the documentary film, it was stated "*HAVING*" wealth can be taken from us primarily if we're still not able to figure out between asset and liabilities yet "***BEING***" the wealth can not be taken away.
Creating money is just a mind game that we played in ourselves just like for instance monetizing our skills through blogging and earning ***Bitcoin Cash***, as another form of money, a digital asset is an edge so that we could accumulate more wealth.
"***Having***" the knowledge on how to write is a good way to sell our expertise hence we could earn money from blogging per se however "***being***" *****able to write out of passion***** is something that is innate which can bring and create more impact to those whoever will read your/our content.
So ask yourself, are you writing or blogging just to make money out of it, or do you write because you are giving more *****value***** to others?
*****Experience Prosperity and Abundance but never practice Scarcity!*****
Have you ever experienced wherein you don't have enough money yet when you saw that there's a need to give whatever amount you have, there's a compulsive force to GIVE it away?
My holiday experience in my country was something I would always treasure not because we managed to roam around but it was a turning point of what it means when I experienced ABUNDANCE and Prosperity not with money per se moreover being able to feel Good when I extended that remaining food we bought from the restaurant.
We went out for dinner at a nearby shopping mall in Davao and decided to buy extra food for emergency cases. As we went out to cross where the hotel we stayed was 10 minutes walk, my heart broke to see a very young boy asked for food. I could see how hungry he was and without hesitation, I told my hubby to give him the extra food we bought. We asked where he lived and why he's still out, and told him to go home because it's not safe for him to be out on the street. I could not do anything more than giving him the food and some extras we had but I was praying that he would be home safe while my husband asked how come he's out at night alone?
I told him we were lucky we have a roof to sleep and our baby has to see the other realities of the world so he would grow up with a concrete experience of ***what it means to have nothing to be able value something.***
*****Prosperity and Abundance entail GIVING.*****
Sharing a PERCENTAGE of what you have regardless if it's your last amount of money. There is a law of the universe that would nurture your practice of giving which indirectly gave you more ABUNDANCE than you can imagine.
I could not emphasize enough how I felt more at peace with money through a prosperity and abundance mindset when there was a point that I had to send money almost every week to sustain the medication bill of my father when he was hospitalized and the more I practiced giving on what I have, the more I felt good eventually the flow of money was smooth enough likewise affirming myself that I would be prospered in all of what I need for my papa's hospitalization.
There was a point when papa said, "****anak,*** *why would you be wasting money for my hospitalization if, in the end, I won't have any assurance to live long?*" This conversation took place when we discussed his chemotherapy which cost ***600,00php*** per session.
And I simply told my papa, "***God will provide pa***. *Be well and entrust everything to Him. HE has all the wealth in the world.*" Papa did not reach 6 months as per the doctor's diagnosis but we knew in our hearts he's home with our Father in Heaven. The ***money spent for his medication sustain his two months' life on earth before his last breath.***
*****What's the Rationale?*****
With my experiences on money, I came to realize it's on the "HOW" to create more wealth abundance by simply reaffirming myself on a daily basis that I have what I need when it comes to my finances.
In the book, ***The Power of Your Subconscious Mind, page 157***, on the topic, ***"Your Constant Supply of Money"*** I was struck at how strong the message it was to my journey towards prosperity with a powerful statement that "***we are here to lead a BALANCED LIFE (Financial and Personal Growth) which includes acquiring all the money we need.***
***Our exposure to cryptocurrency as another form of money and holding digital assets, buying shares of stocks and equities, bonds, even mutual funds can create more wealth should we learn how to manage them properly.*** *Remember that it's not about how much we keep but on HOW MUCH we set aside for our advantage, so invest not only in our Financial growth but mainly for our Personal Success.*
May those who read this be blessed an OVERFLOWING ABUNDANCE
Sharing your thoughts is greatly appreciated.
*Questions:*
***Are you grounded with the statement of "money *the love* is the root of all evil?***
***How would you reconcile the thought on "HAVING" the wealth vs. "BEING" the wealth?***
***Do you think Financial and Personal Growth should go together in order to acquire success?***
***If one is taken for granted, would it be tantamount to failure? Why or why not?***

***My First Bitcoin Cash PrintOuts! If we can print our MONEY, the better it is for the economy!***
Do You Build a Solid Foundation in Growing Your Finances?
Learning how money works for you is an advantage if you have a stable source of income. Working for your money until you reach 60 or retirement age can be so exhausting and disheartening thinking that at this age, you are supposed to enjoy life to the fullest.
Old age is something that we have to put into consideration because it was so heart breaking seeing old people who were still working at Singapore airport for an instance. I was traveling back in Seychelles around 2017 and I could not take it when an old lady, almost like my granny's age told me to clean my table which I meekly replied,
"*no, please I will do it myself*". She was one of the food crew and other travellers were also vocal about what they had seen.
I was not quite sure whether it's the culture of the Singaporeans to let their elders work until they're able to do so however I could not imagine letting my mom work until retirement age. She's supposed to enjoy life because she deserved it for the long years of working for the whole family. This is the least we could do for our parents, giving them comfort in their retirement years. Although my father's demise brought so much hope that he could survive on his illness, the thought of being HOME to our eternal place was comforting anyhow.
*****Will You Be Working Until your Retirement Age?*****
While I was reflecting on how important it is, and I have to emphasize this enough that preparation is the Key to enjoy our retirement age, the scenario I have seen back at Changi Airport was a real deal of preparing for my old age too which has great relevance to these questions that were addressed in the book entitled, ***The Secret to Saving and Building your Future,***
*Who will take care of your family if you die too soon?*
*Who will take care of you if you live too long?*
Quite an impact should we put into consideration which these questions can be a turning point on how we see money and personal finances in general perspective, knowingly that Financial Literacy can be an advantage for our future and our retirement.
These questions are my foundation for why I wanted my money to work for me, why I am always passionate about learning ways how I can grow my finances. The biggest blew when it comes to expenses was the hospitalization of my father wherein medical and hospitalization bills skyrocketed. I have to share this over and over again with high hopes that it would open the minds of others especially for Filipinos Overseas Workers on the reality of hospitalization in the country could kill.
***Some patients were dying not merely because of their illness but because they were not able to pay for the medication costs.*** This is so true for what happened to my uncle who passed away upon hearing the news of his death three years back when he was diagnosed with a terminal illness and his medication cost was more than the family's capacity to sustain his daily hospital allowance.
To take into account, both of my auntie and uncle were public servants and during their 45 years of service, earned a good amount of money monthly however due to the lack of ***Financial Education*** especially health care has been taken for granted, their passing took a great impact to my cousin. We help in our small ways but as far as greater expenses in terms of hospitalization, for example, it must be our topmost priority considering that in my country, this brought bankruptcy not only financial but also emotional and mental misery.
*****Do You Spend Time Reading Books for Personal or Self-Help Growth?*****
Reading this book is like talking to the author himself for he had just answered my question when it comes to making most on how our subconscious mind can bring an impact into our existence.
In the book, it was stated that "***Wealth is in the Mind***", (***page 136 Chapter Nine on the topic: How To Use the Power of Your Subconscious Mind for Wealth)*** and not unless you truly practice your thinking faculty can you comprehend how powerful it is into our wellbeing.
It is such a gem to know that ***wealth is hidden in our subconscious mind and only when we learned how to delegate our subconscious mind for what we wanted to achieve, there's so much power in it.***
When we claimed first hand that ***WEALTH*** is synonymous with ***SUCCES***S, regardless of what's going on in the stock market, the sideways, the uptrend, and the downtrend movements of cryptocurrencies, its volatility and so many other factors to consider, remember that our ***MIND*** has a lot to do with our ***EMOTIONS*** towards the fluctuations of the market. The book helps me open to another dimension in terms of dealing with my financial journey towards financial freedom. I know I am reaching the part wherein I could say to myself, "*Well done Pat! Now, time to sit back and relax!"* tapping my shoulder reaping on what I had sown.
At the end of the day, it is the "HOW" of our mindset and not just on the "what". Likewise, whoever reads this book can share his/her insights on how it transforms one's mindset into wealth hence as I was saying redundantly, THINK ABUNDANCE and ABUNDANCE shall be yours! This has been my solid foundation when it comes to growing my wealth. This may be so hard to fathom for others whose mindset is not inclined towards abundance.
*****How's Your Visualization?*****
Olympic Game 2020 is currently held in Japan and while I was internalizing how each athlete stayed ***FOCUS*** on their specific sports/games, it is no wonder that those who have strong stamina can win the race. Cycling which was my topmost favourite is the epitome of a real battle of physical and mental strength. They have clear visualizations of the triumph they wanted to achieve not only for themselves but for the country they have represented.
How is this related to your finances?
Simple actually, by staying focused and able to ***Visualize*** the potential growth of your finances is an edge as you know where your money can go.
Remember that it's not about how much money you have in your bank account but it's how you manage to set aside a portion for your retirement and for your investments.
**********Take note that saving alone can not beat inflation!**
*****What's the Rationale?*****
Building a solid foundation in our finances takes a lot of self-discipline and practice DELAYED GRATIFICATION always however everything boils down to the RIGHT MINDSET.
Should we ***fed our Minds with proper and healthy ideas where the fountain of wealth truly resides,*** then we can be assured that whatever happens in our economy we would stay rooted in creating good ideas to produce wealth abundance and an income-generating project regardless of how others may see
it gave me a ***decent return with these accessories I once had that I do not find any more use for me and the best strategy is to sell them o***ut! Entrepreneurship is not just about service but building good relationship.
Our mentors at the *International Marketing Group* equipped us with the proper tools on how to be ***Financially Educated*** and the importance of financial concepts so we could be a blessing to others, likewise, it is the same as building our house where a solid foundation is as important as building for our future.
***Questions:***
***1. Do you believe that building a solid foundation in growing your finances has a lot to do with the right mindset towards money?***
***2. What are the three bold steps you took in order to grow your wealth?***
***3. Can you say you are successful? Why or why not?***

Why I love Bitcoin Cash?
Independence of your Toddler? Are You Ready to Handle?
An attribute of early signs of “independence” that I still find amusing yet a bit anxious as a first-time mom is a thought that my baby at 27 months old can do things he wanted without asking for my help. Although I have taught him to be independent however at times I feel that I wanted him to ask for my assistance, letting him know that mommy is still around.
**Be-Worry Free when your baby is showing independence! this is a sign of growth!*
*Think of it as his learning curve to explore the world at an early stage. Independence has nothing to be scared about but to prepare for a wider horizon.*
One time as he had his sets of Lego’s at home, he’d shown me the “***cubic***” he made out of it, so proud of his accomplishments, eventually said with pride, "***Sage did this***!" pointed at himself, all the while I thought it was Hailey who put the lego together.
Every time he did something that he felt accomplished, he would grab my wrist, eventually guide me to where he wanted to show me something by saying, "
*"mommy come! come mommy! Sage did..!'*
he won't stop unless I have to leave everything behind and would come over, surprised at what he had done with those Legos and many other things he managed to do by himself.
I have to reinforce by saying,
*"oh wow! good job on this lego cubic baby. So what colour is this?"*
and I started pointing out the different colours that he put together to see whether he could identify them as he would have an assessment in a month regarding colours.
*****Are Early Assessments Required for Toddler's Growth?*****
At first, I was always hesitant to put my baby into this ordeal of ***"assessment"*** at an early age because I feel that each baby has his/her growth milestone. I mean I don't want to force my baby to learn "colours" and set aside time for his study hour because at 27 months old I can see his retention is so short and he doesn't like repetitive lessons eventually he remembered them by heart which amazed me that it has retained in his memory.
I wanted him to grasp things based on his ***WILL*** and ***INTEREST*** not because I have told him to do so indirectly obliging him to learn since he's been told to identify for his upcoming assessment. This is their system here to figure out at an early stage regarding the development of the babies whether it is by their milestones especially when it comes to identification of objects, height, weight, speech, and many other vital signs of development. We have an appointment set every 6 months now unlike the monthly from his first years and everything was recorded to track down his growth, as per future reference as to what it would be for, still unsure off.
As a mom, of course, I wanted my baby to learn things however I don't want Sage to miss his babyhood/childhood just so because he has to be assessed primarily. ***His growth and learning must be from his "free will" because it would be easier to study or acquired those skills if it's an intrinsic motivation on the outset!***
Anyhow he could identify primary colours like ***blue, gray, red, yellow, green, brown, white, orange, black, pin***k, (still, a bit confused with purple, violet) and he's very transparent when he doesn't know or when he is not sure of his answer.
He would momentarily just open his mouth wide and it's time to reinforce his confusion. Here's our **FB live** moment with colours and messing up with the colouring book and you could figure out easily he's not that sure of "purple" as said it's pink! hence I had to correct him. https://m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=177064804441154&id=748206030
*****Age Alone Does not Qualify acquired Knowledge and Intelligence*****
*I heard this many times that we can not refute the knowledge acquired by someone older than us. It has a greater impact in our adult years but how are we going to reconcile it among toddlers?*
*Hailey is Sage's playmate at home and I considered her my baby girl. She is a year older and there are things I observed that Sage Alexander at 27 months old could do that Hailey can't. Of course we have to put into consideration that they are different and the way they were brought up was totally different, speech and language per se were considerable factors in their engagements.
This is an indication that ***age technically is not a justification that you know better than the other***. I mean age does not qualify wisdom though I am aware that babies have different developmental milestones depending on their upbringing.
For example, Sage initiated the "*sand time*" wherein he covered his left hand with it so Hailey simply followed what he did. I went around to check what they were doing and my baby said, "***retirer momm***y!" Lol that was new to me and I asked my baby what it meant, eventually he said, "***remove***!"
Of course I don't believe him at once thinking that he just murmured some words out of the blue, I asked his dad what on earth is "***retire***r" (pronounced as re-che-re).
My big question was that, ***how on earth did Sage manage to translate the correct term for "retirer"(French) to "remove" (English?) as I haven't taught the word? are babies' brained wired to where they were born? I mean language per se?***
Another instance at home was the simple ***cubic out of lego*** wherein my baby excitedly had shown me and asked him who did it. To reinforce their learning, I asked the different colours. Sage excitedly answered while Hailey just followed after him. I told my baby to keep quiet and let Hailey answered on her own. Jesus I don't want my baby to be mean but he said,
"*no Hailey, not green! white..."*
***I hugged them both***. Hailey learned differently from Sage and her intelligence is incomparable as she's more prim while my baby's hyper attitude could lead to impatience at times. This is not to compare their growth but the way I have realized and observed things, each has his or her milestones depending on how parental guidance is exercised for their full potential. Although I am amused that my baby can correct someone whom he thought is not saying the "right" thing, still Sage has a long way to go in terms of learning.
Likewise, the same incident as how it went at the Childminding when they were playing ***football*** and one kid took the ball with him, running around with it.
Sage ran after and told him to put the ball down because they were playing football. Not giving emphasis somehow that it was meant to be kicked because it's football game.
When I learned about it as we took him that day, I just told them to be patient with him, yet they were smiling because he's advanced for his age, talkative and he preferred to work things based on his terms, jeez!
*****What's the Rationale?*****
https://lbry.tv/$/embed/johnnypapa/4f5a630f9f2693771559911c14220f918735f30e?
***Sharing how our bedtime routine could take an hour before Sage would dozed off and timestamp at :29 got me crackin the most as we had this "Johnny, Johnny, yes Papa" epic song!*
PARENTING is a vocation, a gift, a way of life. The young generation of today has something to do with how they were being GUIDED at HOME and the way they were brought up will bring an impact on their adult life in later years. The reality of basic parenting nowadays has been neglected. I have seen in my eyes how kids here in Seychelles were abandoned because their parents DO NOT KNOW their responsibilities.
They just made babies and forgotten how to take care of them. It BREAKS my HEART big time! That's why it took me 35 years before I conceived a child and I was so scared I might not be able to fulfill spontaneously. Having a child is not like, "let us cross the bridge when we get there" but it's like a plant or a flower that will only bloom once you watered it. The way we would raise our kids and taught them the proper way especially when they are showing off "INDEPENDENCE" early reflects how we are as a mom or dad or as a parent in general perspective.
*Remember that family is the basic unit in the society hence everything starts from home and how parents have guided their offspring in becoming more responsible in their obligations.*
***Questions:***
***How do you think being a parent plays a pivotal role in the society?***
***In what way we can say that parental guidance has been neglected nowadays?***
***If we are held responsible for our children's growth, then why are some parents failed to fulfill such duty?***
***What are your views about*** ***child labour******?*** https://www.theguardian.com/global-development/2020/dec/16/child-labour-is-exploitation-theres-no-such-thing-as-good-and-bad-work

3 Essential Factors to Consider on How to Have a Successful Online Relationship
Back when I was still single and not even ready to mingle because I dedicated most of my time to achieve my goal for my family back in my country, it was never an intention to work in the Middle East and found "love" instead. It was destiny that brought me into the path of matrimony.
When the pandemic hits the world, Long Distance Relationship, technically Online Dating has been the trend. I have seen many stories online wherein the guy was from the other side of the world while the girl was the exact opposite. The distance was never a problem for them at all. Online dating has its pros and cons, it is a matter of consistency and commitment that takes for a relationship to work.
This post has the goal to *inspire those who are in online dating as well and that if there's a reason to fight for your love, then just hang on and keep the sparks alive no matter what circumstances you both are in. Remember what* *Leonardo Da Vinci* *said, "Life without LOVE is not a life at all.!"* https://www.goodreads.com/quotes/353831-life-without-love-is-no-life-at-all
***An excerpt of my previous post-******Doha: My Adventure of Work and Love*** wherein hubby and I met online, it was merely out of curiosity that I checked into that dating site a friend of mine signed up for me. It was an insane idea that I told her not to mess up with my profile. I was not looking for anybody but a mere acquaintance. https://read.cash/@PatsKy8135/doha-my-adventure-of-work-and-love-d9e4d0a1
You have to consider working in the Middle East was not at all a bed of roses and having at least a sensible conversation with someone from a robust working environment was a good start.
***“Whoah, what was that all about?”*** *I was stunned. Personally, that was sort of like an A++ point for a grade. It was a plain and simple act of reaching out on the first-ever Skype turned into a phone call initially. Did I primarily mention I was not really into him as I have told myself it was the usual cyber set-up?*
*This scenario was our first ever Skype video call wherein hubby took an extra mile to call me on my phone as he asked for my number and thinking there's nothing wrong with it because I did a bit of background checked, and TRUST was an issue for me, he eventually called me despite talking over a video call.*
**Well, the rest was history then...**
*****I was told to be a Spinster! but I was actually working on my self-growth!***
Before meeting my husband, upon checking the innermost reason also why I wanted to work overseas, went out from my comfort zone in the Philippines and definitely be away seven seas apart from everyone moreover signed up to an ***online dating site*** through my friend’s recommendation per se, it was because I *was confronted with an uncomfortable, too awkward and bitter state of running away from harsh reality during a gathering or a reunion and someone would ask,*
“***So what about you?***
Or worst when they knew for a fact that I don’t even have a boyfriend and yet they had the nerve to ask,
***“When are you getting married?*** You’re 29 and you’re not getting any younger et cetera convincing myself to be better off alone, smiling at them saying,
***“Oh no worries, our roads will cross in God’s perfect time.”***
And true enough after my successful interview bound for Doha, I had never thought of getting married in a pristine garden wedding in Seychelles however our so-called matrimonial consummation has to be filled with jam-packed preparation as it was our trip back to Qatar the next day, January 11, 2015, and we needed to be in the airport at 4 am to catch our flight at around 6 in the morning. It was extremely frantic and I was dozing off in the plane not to mention that upon arrival at ***Hamad International Airport*** we had to go on our separate ways. I had to go home straight to the villa where I’m staying and he had to go directly to his flat. How’s that for a newlywed huh? *Might as well let sleeping dogs lie!*
*******Being in a Relationship while in the Middle East was a Test of Endurance, Patience, Self-Control, and Discipline!***
Being in a relationship especially when both of you are working in the ***Middle East was not at all a bed of roses.*** Mind you guys during the whole getting to know stage, going out on a date mode for two years and seeing each other at least once a week, although in between we checked how each one was doing during the day, dinner together online. Lucky enough when he’s off during the weekdays, figuratively speaking it was ridiculously annoying at times.
Like there was one instant we went to ***Souq Waqif.***
It was winter, as you can’t roam around Souq when it’s summer or else you will be roasted! Kidding aside, after an early dinner at one of the restaurants we decided to walk a bit going to the Corniche area. As it was a bit chilly, we opted to gaze at the skyscrapers where the colourful lights captured our attention.
The setting might be a bit romantic but be careful with the distance as there’s a huge as in a gigantic sign of ***“NO- H_H_W_W”, public display*** of affection and be lovey-dovey were technically prohibited. I was literally ***“not-that-freezing-mode” yet I’m a bit cold***, he had seen how I had been struggling with the weather, gave his coat to no avail, and asked the most obvious question,
***“Honey, are you cold?”*** Perhaps rolling my eyes was the best way to communicate at that time, crossing my fingers he would do something amorous, and to my surprised he just did. Stood up, check for the time, uttered, “***Okay my love, it’s time to go home!”*** *Don't ever expect a hug or both of your would be in trouble!*
*****Relationship whether online or offline is an investment*****. Allow me to share my three points with you on this matter because I have a firm conviction that we need to seriously consider some issues before jumping into any connections with someone with whom we will plan of spending the rest of our lives with especially when we associate with that person virtually in the outset.
*****3 Essential Factors to Consider on How to Have a Successful Online Relationship*****
*****1. LOCATION and DISTANCE*****-
it is a matter of fact that this area of communication must be highly taken into consideration because before meeting my husband I had ***a long-distance relationship*** since geographical margin was always the issue then it was disconnected shortly thereafter.
This may work for some couple whom I had in contact with but they had honestly revealed how tough it was for both of them to be consistently
*“be there for each other”* when moments of ups and downs were just so uncalled for, however, the notion was, if it is the ***“RIGHT”*** relationship for you then location and distance is not at an issue after all.
*****2. TIME DIFFERENCE*****- an interval of 24, 48 or triple hours is such a huge gap when it comes to an online relationship. I am reminded of the song by *Jireh Lim entitled “Magkabilang Mundo"* where the message of the song speaks about two people who are practically two opposite zones like the North and South Poles which is insane. However, like I always mentioned, being so ***“BUSY”*** is a lame excuse not to spend it on the person you care about.
*****3. LANGUAGE BARRIER*****- two different worlds can collide when this basic communication skill is taken for granted. When you're with someone from different culture, a foundational relationship requires language orientation on how both of you could grow in the relationship. In the Philippines, ***rice*** is our staple food, and eating it thrice a day is conventional. I remembered the first time I came for a holiday in ***Mahe*** with my husband’s family, *(we’re still on the gf-bf stage at that time*), the next morning, I was asked what do I want for breakfast, out of the blue I said, ***“Do we have rice?”*** *and everyone was chuckling hiding their amusement. It was fun!*
*****What's the Rationale?***
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0RKSsvRZ0uo
Meeting someone online is nothing new given the advancement of our technology and it would break or bridge a gap in a relationship. It takes a lot of EFFORT and COMMITMENT to maintain the intensity of being together forever especially in a virtual world. The beauty lies when two hearts intertwined would always compensate for how both parties can surpass the challenges.
Distance and location might not work as well as Time Difference would always be a problem accompanied with Language Barrier however when both are willing to sacrifice and COMMIT, all these are just pieces of a cake, instead spread Love and Success in a relationship.

Do You Have the Best of Both Worlds?
***Opportunities are vast. The only limit we have is in our minds.*** The way we experience abundance is to immerse ourselves in the unknown because life is what we make it. It depends on our capacity to deal with circumstances that might be to our advantage. I had shares of my lowest point even when I was working in the Middle East.
It took me three months to adjust to the weather, considering the 40degrees heat, sandstorm, culture, customs, and tradition, not to mention Ramadan month was a life-changing detour of self-discipline and endurance not only with personal finance.
Sometimes taking a leap outside financial security can lead us to something greater, bigger than the world we're used to living in.
I finished my three-year contract accompanied by my goals for my family back in my country for a small property with a micro business for sustainability. I also remembered when my father asked,
"why not settle in the country?" and I told him,
*"papa I want self-growth. I want to see the other side of the world."*
*****A Peek into my Island Living. The "Traffic "Issue*****
Island living is quite a refuge for people who would want a serene kind of lifestyle. It was a life-changing shift from a city into a sanctuary. I have been so used to heavy and crazy traffic back in my country even in the Middle East so I don't fret unless if I'm really in a hurry.
I tend to relax my nerve when traffic was inevitable and diverted my attention into a more productive way by listening to a podcast
or better yet reflect rather than complaining about something ***I have no control of.***
***However in Seychelles particularly in*** ***Mahe*** ***alone, the biggest of the island, traffic is quite abrasive for locals.*** https://www.seychellesbookings.com/mahe-travel-tips
People here are fond of complaining about "a ***tortoise flow of traffic"*** and from my perspective, it's not the traffic that makes it so frustrating but because there's no other way out and wait until the rest managed to make a move. One-way traffic as I call it if you opt for a route from **Anse Aux Pins** which could get you almost an hour or so heading to Seychelles International Airport situated at Pointe Larue.
Depending on the intensity of the traffic however under normal circumstances, it would take only **10-15 minutes.**
*****But Would You Love a Trek? An Ocean View is Nailing It!*****
Other than the traffic, Roche Caiman as a Park at the same time a Sports Complex area is also a good option to unwind and to exercise.
There is a fitness trail alongside an ocean view right-facing Eden Island. where you could burn fats but do not forfeit by eating a sumptuous meal at Bravo restaurant. I think I didn't do justice with the view considering I suck in photography. https://www.edenisland.sc/blog/seychelles-a-safe-haven-for-offshore-investment-opportunities/
Having a brisk walk in an early morning preferably on the
weekend is a good way to relax your nerve because it's not the usual park where I used to jog back at Aspire Park in Doha but emerging myself with nature was an edge. You could feel the fresh air when you're facing an ocean view with a solemn chirping of the bird and its mountain scenery as well. In comparison to my work and lifestyle here in Seychelles and Qatar,
I must admit it's an opposite pole. Extreme weather, culture, and traditions, it's like from a roasting heat to a rainy mountain trek!
*****Our Adventure at Souq: Bargaining at its Finest!*****
Usually, on a weekend back in Doha, hubby and I loved to hang out at Souq Waqif because there was so much to buy at a bargain. An amount half its original price, hubby had a good "***bargaining strategy***" which he could take the item happily. Once we bought our souvenirs for a price of almost ***200 QR*** and I told him there's no way he could bargain it for. He was so confident and I went my other way to check for stuffs to give as a gift. Lo and behold he said, "all done!" **70%** off.
After all Doha is a country that you would see almost everything is so affordable especially during the National Day where they had given us a lot of FREEBIES.
*****Our Island Getaway!*****
https://lbry.tv/$/embed/CerfIslandBondingMoment/8d2132c35833ed96d312abdd931d6bdc76f4ffaf?
We love our weekend getaway whether an hour road trip from the north to south of Mahe and the recent one we took at Cerf Island where this time around we took our Sage Alexander and he adored the place as soon as we arrived. There's so much calmness, sanctuary, and tranquility that ***L'Habitation*** offered us thus it was so unwinding for a weekend getaway.
The mountain view facing the seaside was more than enough to savor how the beauty and simplicity in an island living can be a gateway for healing. It was difficult not to be able to see my papa in the flesh when he passed away due to this covid situation but the solemnity the island offered was helpful in a way.
*****What's the Rationale?*****
Having to live in an extreme culture brought learning to my personal growth especially dealing with people from all walks of life. Had I not decided to go out of my comfort zone and its convenience, I wouldn't be able to learn that here in Seychelles, they don't eat rice in the morning, and in Doha, we can not eat ***from 6 am to 6 pm during Ramadan*** in public.
There was an instance when I came for a week's holiday and stayed at my ex-boyfriend's place (now my hubby) and I didn't eat anything at the aircraft because I don't like the food. I was literally hungry so when I woke up in the early morning,
Patrick asked me, "*baby what do you want for breakfast?"*
and I replied, "Can I have rice?" his family was surprised. ROFL! RICE is our staple food included in a meal thrice a day! This differs from family orientation but
staying with my grandma during my childhood days, if you won't eat rice, you don't have a complete meal. Unlike back in Doha, I was so used to yogurt, carrots, and baguette if not cereals. Easier to prepare somehow and not time-consuming too. Despite the adjustment, what I am grateful for was my experienced on the best of both worlds, just like what David Morse said, " https://www.brainyquote.com/quotes/david_morse_291185?src=t_both_worlds
*"It's great to be able to have your feet in both worlds. I wouldn't want to be just stuck in one or the other."*

Free Images? Where to Get Them?
I have seen the need to share part of my blogging journey when it comes to images that are not supposed to be used and claimed as ours. As far as using it on our blog, we must consider those that DO NOT have copyright infringement which means we can only use *****Free Images***** so to speak. It is important to learn about copyright issues because it is substantial when we are blogging and content creators or even celebrities can be sued for not being keen regarding the images used. Even high profile celebrity like Jennifer Lopez was sued by photographer Steve Sands for $150,000 in damages by posting it on her social media without asking permission. https://www.copyrightuser.org/faqs/question-5/ https://www.natlawreview.com/article/jennifer-lopez-sued-copyright-infringement
*****This is for Guidance Purposes only!*****
This post intends to guide those who are just starting on their blogging, hopefully serves its purpose when it comes to using the right images. Please be aware that there are many FREE websites that we could use like *Pixabay, Unsplash, and* my personal favorite is *Pexels* because I find it easier to navigate.
I even signed up for free to cater my images that I think can be helpful for other content creators as well.
When I just started blogging, I would also admit that I was not so keen of what FREE IMAGES about because nobody told me that photos from Google were not free to use at all. It was only when I was chosen as one of the ***Gamma Tutor back at Uptrennd University*** that we were taught how to source out images correctly and any information we got online or from any research materials that are not ours, has to be sourced out properly. I was also reading some posts that were necessary to help me understand the concept of Free Images technically not from Google itself.
*****Here are the Six Simple Steps on How to use Free Images on your Blog using Pexels.*****
1. ***Type pexels.com on your search tab***. You can also click here. You will be rerouted to its window. Now you can start checking images on your preference. Should you find it difficult which one to use, you can type the name of the specific image, for example "*****Travel*****." https://www.pexels.com/
2. ***Start browsing for the picture you want to use related to your topic***. There are various images you can choose from. Nibble further for the image you want to use on your blog. ***I usually use images that I browsed either in the middle or at the ending part of the search as I have a thought that those appeared on top would likely be used.*** At times when it's free, you can almost see it everywhere. It pays to be unique and different. Once you have chosen your preferred image, now you are ready for step three.
3. ***Click on the*** *****FREE DOWNLOAD***** ***option***. This is crucial to know whether the picture you have chosen is free to download so you need to double-check because there are sponsored photos via iStock that you have to pay for. https://help.pexels.com/hc/en-us/articles/360042296574-What-are-sponsored-photos-and-videos-#:~:text=These%20are%20photos%20and%20videos,choose%20to%20buy%20the%20photo.
You can opt for their ***20% discount code*** if you do not like the free images or if it does not relate to your topic at all. It is good to use an image that has great relevance for graphical illustration, so paid photos are a good option too, however since we are dealing about "free images" then we better stick to it.
4. ***Scroll down on the*** *****"INFO"***** ***part of the image.*** This is an important consideration because there are blogging platforms that you need to edit further on the size of a certain image hence you can also use other tools to edit the photo.
I have my Format Factory installed on my laptop so it's easier for me to resize or adjust the image itself.
5.***Download the image that you have chosen for your blog*** but do not forget to check on the ***information*** part, the ***source***, the ***License***" which says, *Free to use* or *No Attribution Required*. Should this information clearly stated on your preferred image, by all means, you can freely use it.
6. *****Give CREDIT to the rightful owner*****. Hover to the "***share***" button, click "***copy***" and paste. I couldn't emphasize enough how VITAL this part of our blog because it is considered stealing other people's work and crediting it as ours whereby we can be sued. You can check further details as per copyright user information here. https://www.copyrightuser.org/faqs/question-5/
**How to use Free Images on your Blog** ***from Pixabay***
1.Go to https://pixabay.com/ and on the search tab type "Travel."
2. Click on your preferred image. Considered the information given when you were downloading from Pexels as per "License: Free for Commercial use and No Attribution Required.
3. Hit ***Free Download*** and check on the image size. You can tick 640x426 as it has 1920x1280 by default.
4.Give ***CREDIT*** to the rightful owner as always. If you're not a registered user at Pixabay, you need to answer Captcha before you can download the image and get the information of the photographer.
However as per image source upon clicking on the owner of the image, a longer link such as this would appear.
Image by <a href="https://pixabay.com/users/jeshoots-com-264599/?utm_source=link-attribution&utm_medium=referral&utm_campaign=image&utm_content=2373727">Jan Vašek</a> from <a href="https://pixabay.com/?utm_source=link-attribution&utm_medium=referral&utm_campaign=image&utm_content=2373727">Pixabay</a>
You can simply state your image source like this:
*****Image Source: Photo by***** *****Jan Vašek***** *****from Pixabay*****
****How to use Free Images on your Blog**** *****from Unsplash*****
go to https://unsplash.com/. Here we are still using "***travel***" themed photos in connection to our search aforementioned. I have chosen this image wherein money, passport, camera and even maps are necessary for traveling productively.
Click on the image suited to your topic.
Hover your mouse to "***Download Free***" ticking the 640x435 small size or your preferred width.
Don't forget to give ***CREDIT*** to the rightful owner.
***What's the Rationale?***
*This post caters to the newbies especially those who are just starting with their blog. It is very crucial to learn the dos' and don'ts of blogging by going back to the basics of "sourcing out proper images" to avoid legal damages.*
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FCvSJYMIxm4
*I have seen so many posts back at Noise.cash wherein images were not sourced out properly hence it is our social responsibility to remind others especially if we wanted to make our work credited to the rightful owner.*
*PLEASE TAKE NOTE:*
*Whatever you have borrowed online, any quotes, images, or intellectual properties you have to source out properly. This is our way of educating one another in the field of blogging and we must be cautious about it for our advantage.*
I hope this helps.

Parental Responsibility of Educating our Kids to Financial Literacy: Bitcoin Cash is Revolutionary!
There's a right and wrong way of saving, likewise you must have heard this from me many times when I say, "***the not-knowing is scarier than anything.***" In the field of personal finance, it is transcendental to know that Financial Education must be our priority if not our topmost NEED to prepare ourselves from the ***Black Swan*** or inflation happening over and over again. https://tickertape.tdameritrade.com/investing/what-are-black-swan-events-protect-portfolio-16014#:~:text=What%20Are%20Some%20Examples%20of
Risks and potential Black Swan events will always be here, but so will ***OPPORTUNITIES!***
*****Let's stick to this point as this is crucial in every situation. Take this analogy for example:*****
You went to a grocery store and you got mesmerized on taking a bite of an apple to know whether it tastes good or bad ( it's an opportunity already) however you decided to put it back because you realize that you don't like the taste though you have already taken a bite out of it.
If you're lucky enough, to go out of the shop without paying, then you gained but if the situation was against your favour you might be in deep trouble so instead of gaining, you ended up losing.
This simple analogy has a lot to do with how vital Financial Education in all aspects of our lives whether it is (fiat or crypto). Most people are always at the back end of a financial crisis especially if they merely put their money in the bank. The *author* from the book entitled, ***The Secret to Saving and Building your Future*** shared his encounter with one of his friends who worked in the bank and asked,
***"****How can you work in a company that gives* ***1%*** *interest when in fact there are lots of* ***SECURE COMPANIES*** *that give better rates? Don't you think it's unfair?*
and his friend replied:
"*My customers* ***KNEW*** *the bank rates and they accepted it. If you think that's unfair then that's your problem. You* ***KNEW*** *where they could get* ***BETTER RATES,*** *but you didn't* ***EDUCATE them!"***
**This hit me big time!** *and I must ensure that my baby at an early age understood the value of saving money as well as investing tips!*
*****FINANCIAL EDUCATION MUST START FROM HOME (and this is every Parents' Responsibility!)*****
An instance on a weekend, that our 27-month-old baby has been hilariously crying. I thought it's one of his unnerving tantrums as it was almost lunchtime. He wanted to eat something he couldn't find in the fridge.
*Instead, he said, "mommy give money!" he's been crying and won't stop asking for "money!"*
I was amazed at Sage's statement while we were playing at the veranda because I never taught him about money, (not just yet) I mean he's 27 months old so the idea of MONEY would be too far off.
I am not even sure if he understood what would be the money for. Eventually, he checked on my bag and found my purse and there were only 10 SCR coins. He took it and asked, "mask?" Surprised of all surprises that my baby's question astounded me to the hilt. What on earth is Sage Alexander asking me for?
Of course, his sentence was grammatically incorrect but you could understand what he meant by asking, "mommy mosa,(short for samoza) and pizza!"
***I have to take the coins but he vehemently said, "mommy give mommy, mosa, pizza, shop!"***
I felt like having a charade game trying to connect the dots. Since the other day when we went to the shop, he asked for fish samosa and pizza but because it was already closed so we told him that we would buy it the next day however we forgot that they don't open on Sundays.
So I figured out that he wanted money because he would buy samosa and pizza at the shop, likewise he needed a mask. Technically he'd seen us wearing mask whenever we went out so he thought of doing just the same. I told his dad when he came from work and was also surprised as I was. Somehow it got me into thinking whether babies' brains are wired to their surroundings even without teaching them?
This particular scenario with our 2-year-old Sage Alexander about the use of money to buy samosa and pizza brought a great impact on how he understood the ***value of money*** for buying prime commodities, perhaps it was retained on his brain on the essential of money tips and saving hence we opted to acquire a ***Life Assurance Product for his Junior Years***. Though Education is FREE here in Seychelles still we would never know how far he wanted to go for his studies so we prepared him for it at the earliest possible time.
*****But at Times Money is Scarce! Is there a Way to Avoid Scarcity with Money?*****
Have you ever thought about why other people have experience scarcity of money while others have plenty?
Money is vital because it is a driving force of what we want to convey. It is a way of communication. It is our voice.
It is energy depends on who and how to use it.
When my father got hospitalized, I have seen the need to accumulate more of it due to the bills that skyrocketed.
It was never a joke to pay an immediate 54k when papa was at the ICU. Money was the driving force of his lifeline because he was dependent on the medication cost around ***7k to 10k a day!***
***It was an insane NEED!***
*****How on earth am I going to release that amount of money in a day?***
Given the scenario, I could have just said, "*oh no, I don't have money!*" instead I claimed that I HAVE ENOUGH! Positive energy overflows when you acknowledge, surely some ways would help you in achieving it.
***So how to avoid scarcity with money?***
THINK ABUNDANCE and ABUNDANCE shall be yours. Acknowledge ABUNDANCE and never scarcity likewise the key to it is GENEROSITY.
I learned this practice about the video on Goal Setting which I usually do on top of my Financial Literacy research, reading, and more due diligence. It helped me shifted my paradigm financially.
It went the same with the mind-setting activity wherein the audience was asked to close their eyes and focus only on the colour RED that they can find inside the hall. True enough when they were told to open their eyes, all energies and concentration were on RED never on blue, yellow, or any other colours.
***So the point?***
***FOCUS YOUR ENERGY INTO ABUNDANCE*** and never on scarcity! Instead of thinking much into not having money, why not divert your attention to how you can have plenty? https://noise.cash/c/patjules83-v21grjl8
****Cryptocurrency is another Form of Money**** *****and Bitcoin Cash is Revolutionary!*****
I just listed my *Travel and Tours Online Business under Unified Products Services* where I would accept ***Bitcoin Cash*** as mode of payment for any services catered as per domestic and international trip, paying bills, partnered with remittance service providers in the Philippines with which transaction is fast, smooth and hassle free. https://twitter.com/search?q=bitcoin%20cash&src=typed_query
If you also came to a point where sending money or even paying your bills would take you further delays added to higher transaction fees, you would be grateful that
*UTILIZING Bitcoin Cash* is an edge over any other cryptocurrencies available in the market today.
It is so much easier to send and receive money regardless of your geographical location because from Seychelles to the Philippines it cost me a fraction of a dollar to do so.
The most practical crypto I have had shares of paying my bills and my remittances especially the time when I needed to send money for an urgent medication bill for my father, Bitcoin Cash served its authentic purpose for what has been transpired as the original version for Bitcoin as a peer-to-peer electronic cash transaction.
The most promising part is its lower transaction fees which cost a fraction of a penny. Thus in view hereof where it's an advantage for merchants to adopt Bitcoin Cash as their mode of payment, ***the campaign ends on Aug 31, 2021. Acted on mine and just waiting for its approval. Should you desire to list your business and adopt Bitcoin Cash as MOP*** you can check for more details ***here******.*** https://www.satoshisangels.com/crypto-merchants
*****What's the Rationale?*****
Parents these days adhere to the idea of giving money to their kids even without educating them. I can attest to how one of my students back here in Seychelles when he had 100 SCR a day which made him 500 a week when the cost of food was only half of what he could spend.
There was a point he only had to come to school because of his daily 100 SCR allowance yet it's not compensated due to his misdemeanour in the classroom and we have to call the attention of his parents from time time where the later confessed he's been given everything money could buy. I pity the child!
Parents needed to educate their kids on the value of proper saving at an early age likewise introduce them to a vehicle that could make their allowance useful for their later years. It would be an advantage should they learned from home if not from a financial institution just yet how money when invested properly can secure their future. ***The rich KNEW and UNDERSTAND how to make money work for them while the poor go out and spend them****, likewise this is not also a point of who has more money but it all boil down to* *Oscar Auliq-Ice9* *statement when he said that,* https://www.goodreads.com/quotes/tag/financial-security

The Teaching-Learning Endeavor for both First Time Parents with their Toddlers Tantrums and EQ!
During our parenting session at National Children's Youth Council, we knew it was essential to be more open with other realities that parents are experiencing to reinforce the teaching-learning process on becoming a parent.
It is never a weak spot to accept mistakes when we knew that we messed up with our toddlers at home. As much as Sage is learning from us, he indirectly taught us to be more creative, resourceful, patient and FAMILY TIME is the most significant thing money could buy.
****Toddlers Learned by Example in their Environment***
There were scenarios that hubby and I learned from our 2-year-old baby in terms of his proper upbringing.
At home, we ensure that he has what he needed for his growth, exposing him to gadgets at a limited time before bedtime likewise having Hailey around to play with at home during the weekend is a better option apart from his playmates at the childminding during the weekdays.
One time, *I was cleaning the house, he took the broom momentarily said, "mommy, clean?"* I have to say, "yes, mommy is cleaning, baby! "
This usually happened during the weekend when we're both at home. I don't expect him to clean but mess up things. His "GESTURE" was more than enough for him to learn that "broom" is used for cleaning also vacuum cleaner is an option.
His proudest moment when applauded for a job well done gave him confidence. Despite an incident when he messed up with the toilet papers, the idea of having conquered something without knowing further its implication and consequence tantamount to his learning.
Typical household chores that he started to pay attention to was to put his toys in their proper places, regardless of the mess he's doing at his small playground at the veranda, Sage's awareness of his playtime, dinner, bath time, and playing with his tablet was a good routine to follow at his age.
***How Do You Deal with your Toddler's tantrums?***
Tantrums are emotional quotients that your toddlers are not able to express fully by words. Their means of showing these behaviour lies in their strong emotions of tiredness, hunger, worry, or fear.
When this happens to first-time parents, we indirectly lost track of how to handle this situation. It can be exhausting and can be emotionally draining because our baby won't stop crying for no apparent reason.
It is crucial to observe the WHY of our babies' tantrums so from there we would identify the reason. We could figure out the most effective solution.
*****Know the WHY's of Your Baby's Tantrums!....***
Sometimes I am so caught up with my online engagements, mostly around lunchtime, Sage is not any more focused on his activities. He would take my hand to his room and wanted "mommy and baby time" before his naptime. However, when he failed to do this, he would start crying.
I have to leave whatever I am doing and cuddled him, felt that I am there for him. Now that he's been two years, it was easy to figure out. When he started his first tantrums, I was also frustrated because he won't stop crying despite my best effort to console him. I was also exhausted, I couldn't even figure out how to stop him from crying out loud. I needed a backup plan.
***Parents are Not always RIGHT! Learn How to Accept Mistakes from Your Kids*****.**
It's not always that parents are RIGHT at all times. We have to learn how to say we're at fault. We have to consider that we are GUIDING our kids how to be self-sufficient and independent even at a young age.
There were instances that because we are parents, we knew what's best and what's not for them unknowingly that we're supposed to track their developmental milestones. First-time parents must be more aware of not jumping to conclusions!
***********That one Weekend Blast!*****
I was not feeling so well hence told my hubby I would take a nap. He said "yes" and it was vital to hear his acknowledgment which meant he would take after Sage playing downstairs with him. I went ahead at peace.
I woke up with Sage crying in the toilet, surprised that his dad raised his voice to him. You could imagine the David and Goliath encounter. I was surprised.
Something must have happened!
I took Sage to his room to console him when suddenly he dozed off. It was around 5:25 pm. too early for bedtime, but I understood that he's sleepy and tantrums were kicking in. Hubby was upset about what he did in the toilet.
So what transpired was....
Sage went upstairs. Hubby didn't hear a noise at all. HE THOUGHT HE"S OKAY without knowing that the toilet door opened. When he came up, he'd seen the mess.
***Towels and toilet papers were wet.!!!!***
He must have the time of his life doing something without asking for help. His dad realized that he should not CONCLUDE things first hand. He was fixing Sage's mess and was surprised to have seen his potty needed to be cleaned afterward.
***Patrick said sorry to our baby when he realized that Sage went to poo, he wanted to clean himself up, tried to take the toilet paper and to wash his potty with water.***
*What's the Rationale?*
These are some parental incidents at home that at times we tend to always have the notion of always being RIGHT. Much as I taught my baby to speak up or to ask what he wanted, as parents we have to extend more of our patience.
Only when I became a mom that my baby at 27 months old taught me more about how to handle an impossible situation whenever we're together at home. Likewise his independence gave me an assurance of his increased confidence of what he is doing.
Regardless of our parenting style, what is the most important thing is that our babies would grow up in accordance to their developmental milestones and we would nurture them to be the best version of themselves. Remember what Matthew Jacobson said,
"***behind every young child who believes in himself is a parent who believed first.”***

Is Financial Literacy Substantial to the Growth of our Money?
*Why there some people who are making a lot of money and others are experiencing scarcity?*
*What is it with money that we love to HODL so much yet we are not working out to achieve financial freedom?*
*How can I grow my money for retirement?*
These were some of the questions I asked my self before I had seen the need for Financial Literacy. It is crucial to start from the basic principles of educating ourselves to be aware that ***money is just a form of power if not a tool to transmit in achieving a financial breakthrough.***
In the book entitled, ***The Secret to Saving and Building Your Future***, which I considered my tutor into one-on-one session on Financial Education apart from the other book "How to Prosper," the difference between wealthy and average people is that the former takes the *****TIME to INVEST***** *****in knowing HOW money works,***** build their inner circle with the right people for PROPER GUIDANCE and information.
***TAKE NOTE, the more you know, the more that there is to know!***
It is also by knowing that you learned how you increase your investment. Information given today is FREE, and it is our social responsibility to take them into proper absorption accompanied with the right vehicle for potential growth.
*****Financial Education as our Standpoint for Financial Freedom!*****
When I started into stocks, it was such a topsy turvy ride. I never had proper guidance and, most of the people I surrounded myself with were not into investments more into the stock exchange.
It's a scam for them. Gambling sort of!
The road toward financial freedom was not part of the financial journey knowing that employment and going into the rat race was sufficient not bothering too much for future and retirement. Back in 2019 when my ***Metrobank stocks at least had 13% rate! fair enough for a bank right?***
Once they received their salary at the end of the month, bought what they wanted to buy, paid bills the remaining amount would be for savings and never for investments.
I chose the road less travelled instead. I forced myself to study the very basics of handling a portfolio and from there turned into paid subscriptions for GUIDANCE. I received monthly Stock Updates and needed to apply the SAM or the Strategic Averaging Method as per recommendation.
Lo and behold I was so happy when I received Cash Dividends from my investments. My enthusiasm to learn led me into DIVERSIFYING my portfolio hence ventured out into ***Mutual Funds*** apart from ***Equities***.
These were just the result of my financial education standpoint, started into LEARNING the essential factors for working more into financial freedom. Had I not educated myself on Financial Literacy and studied the psychology of the market, I would never have the stamina to thrive despite the emerging Black Swan from time to time.
*****Cryptocurrency is just Another form of Money; Bitcoin Cash has an Edge that's why I love it!*****
https://lbry.tv/$/embed/Why-I-Love-Bitcoin-Cash/527d4244bc2f20e0c7365059f44f7d81d521358a?
There are tons of articles shared on the monetary value of Bitcoin Cash as another form of cryptocurrency, its growth and adoption, check on @CryptoMax , of course when @Pantera stated that "*Bitcoin Cash is the epitome of financial progress and inspires a productive future far from big governments."* https://read.cash/@CryptoMax/good-news-bch-growth-crypto-adoption-measurable-data-acac5c67 https://read.cash/@Pantera/bitcoin-cash-separates-money-and-state-17cc59d2
The underlying factor of using digital money and not just fiat when ***Roger Ver*** said in one of his interviews at the ***Clubhouse: The Future of Peer-to-Peer Money*** ***that the more choices we have led to better competition*** despite China's launch of their own cryptocurrency, the idea was to have an **ALTERNATIVE**, having an options are far better than having none. There's so much wisdom in their conversation! https://odysee.com/@RogerKVer:9/clubhouse-the-future-of-peer-to-peer:e
He shared further how boring the world if there would only Coca-Cola, Facebook, or Youtube used by the entire planet. The rationalization of having options is mainly for better competition which gives Bitcoin Cash an edge over other cryptocurrencies available in the market today.
*****Bitcoin Cash has F.E.L.R***** **characteristics where it stands for** ****Faster, Easier, LOWER fees**** **and most of all** ****RELIABLE transactions.****
When my father was still fighting for his life in the hospital wherein medical bills skyrocketed and sending my portion of Bitcoin Cash to my sister's account took it only less than an hour compared to the 3-5 if not 7 business days for the fiat transactions I did via PayPal.
I was scared as well they would freeze my account knowing that I was sending an alternate 5 days so they would have enough money to use only to receive an email that my transaction was under review for approval?
I was enraged the most with the rumination that my OWN MONEY has 24 hours review and if they can't release it for any reason (not specified) they will contact me?
What the heck! *My father needed medication. It was between a life and death situation. How can I not be frustrated?*!
When "Control" is exercised just like what happened to the people of El Salvador despite Bitcoin being used as a legal tender in the country but the thought of "forcing" them to have/use it, still would boil down to manipulation at its finest. Cryptocurrency is an option for fiat! A better alternative!
*****Financial Industries like Banks Failed to Educate Financial Literacy!*****
From the book aforementioned, the author talked to a banker and asked why the interest rates between the wealthy and the average people has different rates?
You might be amazed that the banker's response was unexpectedly pointing to the ***average person's financial knowledge inferring to his incapacity to understand the long-term effect of compound interest.***
Hence when I learned of a vehicle that could help me grow my money into a higher interest rate, expected that I don't put my money in the bank instead the clever thing to do was to buy shares of it so when they earned they give me cash dividend. Sure you can put a certain amount of money for emergency cases maybe but never for a long-term goal. https://www.investopedia.com/terms/c/cashdividend.asp#:~:text=A%20cash%20dividend%20is%20the,or%20other%20form%20of%20value.
*****What's the Rationale?*****
I have heard so many stories even with my relatives that they simply put their money in the bank for 5 to 10 years ended up complaining they don't gain anything at all.
A small percentage accumulated in the next 5-10 years would be eaten up by the inflation rate.
So going back to the question, ***is Financial Literacy substantial to the growth of our money?*** My simple answer is YES!
Without financial education you will never know that the bank itself won't let your money grow. Therefore, investing first in your financial education ( well self-education will make you a fortune somehow) pays the highest dividend because the more you know, the more that there is to know!
Remember what Albert Einstein, https://quotesonfinance.com/quote/79/albert-einstein-compound-interest
***“Compound interest is the eighth wonder of the world. He who understands it earns it. He who doesn’t pays it.”***

It's not Poverty but It's about Mentality, hence Adopt not only Fiat but also Cryptocurrency!
For six years living in Seychelles now, I have seen how a poverty-stricken like my country has a vast difference when it comes to "poverty" by literal meaning here on the island. One time my sister-in-law and I talked about financial stuff, investments, savings, insurance until we reached the topic of "*poverty*."
By definition from *Investopedia*, it is a state or condition in which a person or community lacks the financial resources and essentials for a minimum standard of living. Poverty means that the income level from employment is so low that basic human needs can't be met. Seychelloise may experience it but never the kind of poverty that I have seen in my country. This short clip I took at Perseverance where the locals are given housing assistance, *as per timestamp 00:36.* https://www.investopedia.com/terms/p/poverty.asp#:~:text=Poverty%20is%20a%20state%20or,
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DfN-WkCD-88
*****What do I mean by this?*****
*****People are given housing aide.***** ***They have free medical healthcare needless to say they have a pension and social security assistance at the end of the month.***
*new condominium was built for the new professionals or returning graduates who were sent abroad for their studies funded by the government and once they finished their course, they're privileged to own one of the units as per salary deduction. Sort of like a "GIFT" given by the Ministry of Housing. My husband declined the offered he got when he returned from the UK as he wanted to build the house nearby his mom's place!*
If you're an ex-pat who just came here for a holiday and by accident you would see one or two people sleeping at the bus stop, you can be assured that these individuals are drunkards and they failed to reach their abode. They ***have their PLACE to stay, they have a roof where they could sleep comfortably.***
Perhaps the place where they spent drinking with their friends was a bit far from their house thus decided to sleep at the bus stop, or at times on the side of the road but what would you expect if they're too drunk? This you would see if you would take a bus in an early morning going off for work. While in the Philippines, when you say poverty, families lived in a very unfortunate condition, worst under the bridge. Writing *this makes my heart breaks!*
There's nothing to be surprised with this scenario, although at first, I pity those people yet when my husband told me the reason behind, I couldn't help still but feel the same as how they're ***being taken cared too much by their government to the point of tolerating their laziness***. They were taught to be more ***DEPENDENT*** in exchange for something political (and I don't want to touch more on this subject).
But the question was that, where do they get the money to buy liquor?
*Three main sources would be.*
*1. money they received from their pension at the end of the month.*
*2. from friends buying them an alcoholic drink.*
*3. begging mostly from ex-pats and not from their people ( because Seychelloise's who are educated and who knew they will just buy the money for liquor would never fall for their begging scheme)*
I am still an ex-pat given my 6 years of stay in the country and technically my contract though indefinite still fall for the ex-pats and local ones. Confusing right? So I had an experience how it was being asked for a certain amount.
*****That moment in Dockland!*****
One time I went to Dockland, a shopping centre nearby the pier where they usually had the cruise liner ADA docked, hence ex-pats were everywhere to be found.
While waiting for my husband to pick me up since at that time I did not know where to take the bus going home as I just arrived in the country for a month. A fine young lad about age 18, who was physically able and can work ( at least to earn a living for himself) asked me for a *****SPECIFIC***** amount of money.
He said, *"****Ms, excuse you're an ex-pat?"***
and I replied ***"yes!"***
So he started telling me stories about his life, how hard he had been working to earn a living. I almost fell for his story line and in the end, he asked for 25scr. ***A tiny 25scr won't hurt my pocket right?***
But mind you the way he asked for it was like I owe him that amount when he specifically uttered 25 SCR. Well, we talked further and timely my husband came, talked to him in Creole and he left. I asked why did he leave just like that as I was about to give him 25 SCR. I insisted to give him the money at least for his story. Fair enough right?
*****Teach Generosity but never Dependency*****
My husband told me that I should not be too generous of those people who would just come and asked even if it's a tiny ***25, 10, 5 SCR*** knowing that this bad habit of the people is becoming a dilemma due to laziness of not even bothering to find a job wherein tons of availability yet locals don't bother to work at all. Being too dependent on their government somehow had a wrong conception regarding independence when it comes to earning a good living for a decent life.
As I have shared how the locals here got mostly FREEBIES, on the hind side, it has a negative effect because you would see mostly ex-pats are working in the country and their labour force for the young generation of locals has a tiny percentage of manpower. Given the fact in the school where I am working, mostly in the Secondary and Tertiary posts are dominated by ex-pats, the locals themselves are dominant in the primary and creche. https://read.cash/@PatsKy8135/freebies-in-the-seychelles-is-it-for-real-fd6d52bc
This is quite alarming although programs for young Seychelloises are now encourage to take serious work habit even the fact of being sent overseas for further studies
funded by their government, yet some were still not much into it. *I remembered my s5 student with whom I told how lucky she could become taken into account that she has government funded scholarship yet replied to me she doesn't need it.*
*Please note that this Seychelles Trading Company card has points accumulation upon purchase of items in the shopping centre. A good initiative for rebates.*
*****It's all About Mentality and not Poverty (********don't give me a lame excuse)***
*****Poverty is a mindset***** ***and not just a state of life.*** The moment you inculcated the fact that you are poor by then you will die poor and this acknowledgment will devour your system, regardless of how hard you work and earn money for a decent living, you are still going into a rat race.
This can be refuted by those people who are truly experiencing economic hardship especially if they had a good opportunity during their working years however there are people regardless of what odd job they had, used their current situation to earn million and get out from a poverty-stricken situation. ***Gina through her story of becoming a millionaire by investing in the stock market is an inspiring story worth sharing*** especially for Filipinos working overseas that it's not just about earning huge amount of money but it's really about discipline and investing regularly.
*She worked as a maid yet it didn't stop her to get out of that circumstances. She's the epitome of what financial success can give real freedom to someone should you know the proper channel.*
*Her boss, a lay preacher and a poor missionary before his decision to become rich, an author of the book entitled, "****How To Prosper****" helped her achieved what her dream not only for herself but also for her family in the province.*
*****Adoption of Cryptocurrency is the Bloodline to Financial Success (but not for all!)*****
https://www.pexels.com/photo/assorted-cards-on-white-table-8369836/
Two scenarios that would give an ideal adoption into cryptocurrency can either bring success or financial failure to investors or traders especially those who were driven by greed and addiction. The story of ***Jake from Scotland*** who had been addicted to crypto lost millions of pounds and is taking ongoing treatment due to an unfortunate event. https://www.bbc.com/news/uk-scotland-57268024
On the other side, Turley, a university student back in 2017 , now lives in Los Angeles and works in crypto strategy at Ethereum-based streaming app Audius, said, https://www.cnbc.com/2021/05/21/how-crypto-investor-bought-btc-eth-early-used-defi.html
**"*******I’m entirely self-taught*******"** likewise when his parents through his success, felt compelled to buy cryptocurrency too! he felt more confident on what he was doing investing into cryptocurrency. He managed to control his emotion of not plunging into the unknown of investing, needless to say, he did his faithful DYOR hence no FUD despite the 2017 market crashed.
*****What's the Rationale?*****
*Given the above-mentioned scenarios and many other life adversities when it comes to finances, our mentality towards poverty brings a greater impact on how we create money-making machines.*
There is a twist of events that dictate us it's too difficult to get out from poverty however based on my experiences considering that I achieved 3/4 of what I defined success before ( *e.g. bought a house and property back in my country, a minicab for a proposed business venture with my parents, likewise managed to invest the rest into a long term vehicle, annual travel outside the country, living a comfortable life with my hubby and my baby, helped in any way I can in the Bukas Palad Foundation in Davao City, even thinking of adopting a child before I learned about my pregnancy*) what else could I ask for?
My conviction tells me, *the only hindrance to poverty is our mentality.* So SHIFT your gear as you overhaul your life towards financial abundance and stability!
Remember what ***Elon Musk*** said, https://www.azquotes.com/quotes/topics/mentality.html
***"My mentality is that of a samurai. I would rather commit seppuku than fail."***

The Importance of Parenting Session for First Time Parents
Since hubby and I are both first-time parents, we were invited for a parenting session which was held at National Childcare Center in Mahe. Our speaker was from International School, a parent and a teacher herself. We started the session with a question, "***where did you learn to be a parent?***" and most of us agreed that we learned through ***intuition, imitation*** and by far an ***example from our parents*** as well.
***Media*** was also one of the considerable factors with which we took time to discuss the pros and cons. Hubby and I were into different groups to share experiences with the other parents and learn from them as well. Such a good way to interact with each other knowing how vital it was to hear life-changing stories from different parents with different perspectives and strategies on how to bring up a good child in society.
******What's your Parenting Style?*****
*****Four main categories were emphasized and our speaker mentioned that we could be both either on becoming authoritative or democratic.*****
***Authoritative*** by definition entails being in authority and as a child, you have to abide by the set rules.
For example: living under your parents' roof means sharing responsibilities at home and doing household chores. Obey as what your parents would tell you to do, where mostly fathers agreed that it's their style.
however the consensus for *****democratic style***** voiced out by us mothers that there must be *****mutual respec******t* between the parent and the child. I'm personally into democratic while hubby is into authoritative, so we sort of balance Sage's behaviour at home should there were instances when he's showing normal hyperactive behaviour and *****CONSEQUENCES of his actions are tantamount to LEARNING and never a punishment.*****
The session was productively helping hubby and me to acknowledge in general, wherein children need to learn that the *world at large is full of consequences, natural or logical as occurrence.*
Like one time, while I was baking my baby's favourite banana cake, at his age since he's very much inquisitive, I mentioned to him that the oven was hot. Not unless he touched the pan that he knew what "hot" really meant. From then on, whenever he saw me baking, he would say, "***mommy hot*****?**" meaning he can't touch it while baking or else he will get himself burn. Learning from natural consequences led our baby into more cautious the next time and eventually knew ***hot and also cold.***
Many parents believe that good parents are those that are responsible for their children. Isn't it what parenting is all about right? This has been encouraged by our society likewise taking risks and accepting success is part of growing up. As a first-time mom, there were instances I felt guilty when I am not available for my baby 24/7 especially the first three months. The exhaustion I felt, deprived of sleep, and also eating habit needless to say the *****ROUTINE***** which I tried to practice for Sage was overwhelming.
*****Rules or Routines?*****
As our baby is growing, setting up his routine was very crucial for his daily activities likewise, Sage's always looking forward to it. *****The first three months***** was easy to put up with however later did I realize that as he's also taking another milestone, setting up his routine has to change a bit knowing that putting him for an afternoon nap was not anymore the same like he had been as the first three months, likewise his bedtime routine which would momentarily mean that at least at 8 pm lights are off and no more baby train game. Rules are there to remind him that there were things he can't and can do yet Routines are more beneficial for his learning curve.
Remember ***Matthew Jacobson*** inspirational quote on parenting,
https://3speak.tv/watch?v=patjules83/ymmfctdk
"*****Behind every young child who believes in himself is a parent who believed first"*****
This I can fully attest to because Sage during his assessment before his second year birthday has surpassed my expectations when at first he's hesitant to interact with the attending nurse who showed him those things he already knew, yet since he's not used to her presence, he's a bit reserved at first.
So I have to remind him, it's okay and he can identify those objects. He simply just waited for my go signal and got his confidence back to interact with the nurse whom he felt a stranger at first. He looked at me and I smiled back, gave him a nod. Lo and behold, he eventually enjoyed the game in the end and the nurse said he's pretty much advanced for his age.
*****What's the Rationale?*****
https://lbry.tv/$/embed/parenting_session-1-/a4b2cb26f7444bb90549af7619f7c35a2c87a355?
Parenting is a gift, it is not just a responsibility. One thing that was clear to me when I knew that I would be a mom, was the main thought of having a child in my womb wherein at my age, people considered it not anymore ideal. I have learned so many things during my pregnancy about how amazing to become a mother, a responsibility accompanied by greater adventure together with your baby. Not everyone is given a chance to be a mother, but once you have already become one, NURTURE your child in a good way.
*How you raised them at an early age will eventually be their training ground on how to become an adult one day. You are not just raising a child but a human being with whom you are responsible for his or her future.*
There is so much to learn from our babies as much as they have learned from us and from their stimulus, so be keen with your interaction with them. Proper use of words is so essential from the moment they could already adapt to their environment. A babies' brain is like a ***Tabula rasa*** ***or a "blank slate", a theory that individuals are born without built-in mental content, and therefore all knowledge comes from experience or perception.*** https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tabula_rasa#:~:text=Locke%20(17th%20century),-The%20modern%20idea&text=In%20Locke's%20philosophy%2C%20tabula%20rasa,solely%20by%20one's%20sensory%20experiences.

A Paradigm Shift of my Work Experience in the Middle East! Enjoy the Process, not just the Journey
*In the Middle East, is it safe to work there especially if you're a woman?*
*What kind of culture does the country have? Is it absolute?*
*Would it be worth the time to work in an Arabian Peninsula without prior experience emerging into a diverse culture?*
These were some of the questions I have ever asked myself since I passed the interview for that teaching job I have applied online bound for Doha. It was an experience of a lifetime. The struggle was real and I felt like giving up in 3 months! Not only the weather but mostly the people I have to deal with. The culture shock was an understatement.
*****The Desert Plan? Are You Kidding?*****
My friends were teasing me about my "desert" plan. We don't have the same road map right? Despite them being pessimistic, I chose to stay optimistic on the other hand.
What am I getting myself into? *I never had any idea what kind of people I will be dealing with.*
*My utmost determination to work overseas opted me submit my application and my CV online to those reputable schools I have thoroughly checked whether it's legit or not, yet God's plan was always the better than mine. Middle East opportunities are joke to my friends as it's not so cool working in the desert. It was lifeless if not dead. Wearing an Abaya and following an absolute law was crazy for them. NOT for me.*
*****What about the FLIGHT?*****
*As it was around Eid, our flight was quite exhausting knowing that we had three airports for a stopover.*
*The direct flight was out of the issue according to the staff in the agency due to the celebration of Eid in all of the GCCs. I thought it was okay but the timing was contradictory to what I was expecting.*
We reached Qatar around 11 pm on August 2, 2012, and the next day was of course our working day. Jet lag was out of the topic so forget about it. The moment we set foot in the Middle East, work was our only option. We never had the chance to rest even for a day just to recover from the long and tiring flight.
*****How to maximize Day Off?*****
*Going out on a* ***Thursday*** *night was also very tiring because we felt like working 24/7! Worst when it's our Foundation Day in the school that we left around midnight with an hour travelled, reached our accommodation around* ***1 am****, and needed to go back to school at* ***5 am****! There was one time all of us apart from the driver was the only ones awake and he needed to give us a wake-up call as soon as we reached the school.*
For three years a maximum of 4-5 hours slept were enough for me thus Friday would always be my lazing around, sleeping day! No wonder I weighed only 49.5 rounded off to 50 kg as I preferred to sleep than to eat. Or I was even doing half of both thus my colleagues would always describe me as petite if not "skinny!" Although some were able to manage going out to chill around, I loved the company of my pillows because it was my only time out. Maximizing my rest day so that by ****Sunday****, I would be fully energized and start the week fresh.
*****Are You Determined Enough for your Dream?*****
https://lbry.tv/$/embed/Precious-Times-and-Memories-in-Doha/31466ab2510748c963679cce317d745b433f9b84?
*Perhaps my strong will and determination helped me survived for three straight years without taking my 42 days holiday as my dream of buying that property and minivan were my goals at that time. Anyhow, survival to the fittest was what we fondly called with my best buddies at school. If you're the type of person who would give up right away, then, by all means, one month would be enough to stay!*
***The process of going there was a learning curve for me up until today.***
You see, when the agency from the metropolitan, an hour and a half flight from my city informed me that I needed to sign the documents before my flight to Doha and she explained they will only cater my visa application and other expenses bound ***for Qatar but NOT my stay in Manila.*** More or less I needed at least two weeks to process the authentication of my papers thus I have to stay there. There was no arrangement of my lodging from the agency itself hence opted to call my friend who has a beauty salon and asked whether I could stay for a couple of days.
To sum it up, I needed *a******round 50, 000php***** *all in all just to stay there and process my papers, my expenses, my share to my friend's place, etc!*
The 50,000 php also include another medical exam that I needed to undergo which would be taken from my pocket. There were 5 of us who did the medical exam together likewise, fare going to and fro was also costly.
*Where on earth am I going to get 50, 000 php?*
I only have 5000 in my savings. I did not inform my parents as well because I know they won't allow me and won't support my plan abroad. So I sourced things out myself. I asked my friends and my relatives whether they could spare me an amount of money and had ***shown them a copy of my visa*** as proof that I got a job bound for Qatar hence I can assure to pay them in less than ***6 months!***
Unfortunately, all of them turned me down. At the back of my mind, ***two voices were telling me to GIVE UP and to GO ON***! I always had sleepless nights thinking about giving up on my dream, yet I was never disheartened, my ***DETERMINATION was my constant companion at that time.***
***I CAN NOT and WON'T GIVE UP on my dream. That was my lifeboat.******"*** https://read.cash/@PatsKy8135/are-you-determined-enough-for-your-dreem-4f12e240#i-can-not-and-won039t-give-up-on-my-dreem-that-was-my-lifeboat
My last resort was my mother's eldest sister whom I haven't spoken in years, and she just came to my mind, hoping that she would understand my situation. I took a trip to her place and on that day she was at work. Relieved I was given the chance to enter the school where she was teaching as I couldn't wait for the next day.
She was surprised to see me unexpectedly and at once I have shown her my ***visa***. It seemed an angel heard my prayers that she said she will do her best to lend an amount of money with an interest. She has given me her blessing and a week after I spoke to her, she told me to come and take the amount necessary for my trip.
*****What's the Rationale?*****
*****Giving up is never an option***** to me. I have so many challenges overseas working with different people from all walks of life and respecting boundaries was an essential factor to have a harmonious relationship. In view hereof with being able to surpass that call of work abroad, I stay FOCUSED with my goal and never disheartened despite the challenges. It was an insane ride, rather than complaining, I diverted my thoughts into enjoying more the **PROCESS**, not just the **Journey** itself!

Saving Takes a Lot of Self-Discipline & the Importance of Financial Education
How you see yourself concerning your finances would determine how you would spend it. The prevailing mindset about money when they say that because they are poor, they don't need to save moreover the most drastic mentality that the only solution to financial challenges is to borrow money.
Now reflect on these questions and write the answers into your diary. Be honest and sincere because in a way or another it would reflect your future finances.
*So, have you ever saved? How much?*
*How faithful are you on your saving plan?*
*Apart from saving, are you also investing?*
*Do you know the Power of Compounding?*
*Which vehicle or platform are you putting your hard-earned money ( whether fiat or crypto) on for long-term growth?*
*Do you ever diversify your investments or you just put all your eggs in one basket?*
*All these questions are my foundations as to why I see my hard-earned money whether fiat or crypto as valuable especially for its long-term growth.*
I would admit there was a time back in Doha, especially after Ramadan, that I became a shopaholic, even if I don't NEED the shoes, I bought them because I haven't had those kinds of shoes before. It was my "***back subject***" so to speak.
Who wouldn't be tempted to buy at *Debenhams in City Center* offered 75% for shoes also at *Aldo with 30%* and there was also a booties of *50% off at Nine West*? I have money likewise I felt I deserved to treat myself so I bought them even if I rarely used those items as much as I used my daily regular uniform shoes. That time I just wanted those pairs because I loved having them for no practical reason at all. I was materially inclined to be self-sufficient or so I thought.
***Almost 80% of my savings were spent just on shoes, bags, accessories, and of course gadgets! Online shopping was very convenient anyhow!*** I have realized how I have wasted my money on value-depreciating items. I know some of you would say, you deserve such because you work hard for it, however I have learned my lesson that when it comes to financial literacy and on how to save money, many Overseas Filipino Workers were ripped off on understanding the essence of financial education due to the need of sending money to their loved ones back home. In a way or another it gave me a short-term kind of happiness whenever I bought those things I wanted for myself yet as time passed by and my savings were deteriorating that's when I shifted my gear! I have to think long term!
*So the turning point of my saving was the main thought that I felt like being on a "RAT RACE!" meaning going to work, then salary comes, spending 80% and then the same cycle every month. What a waste!*
So I shifted my mindset to wealth abundance. It didn't happen overnight. I watched videos about Financial Education, subscribed to newsletters about how to handle finance, attended zoom classes for FREE and stumbled upon how to invest in the stock market for long term growth through the Truly Rich Club.
It took me quite a while to DISCIPLINE myself from not buying things *that I WANT vs. things that I badly NEED* and before I would even go to the shopping centres, I would always ask myself, "***DO I NEED THIS?***"
**The bottom line on all of these,** "*SAVING takes a lot of SELF-DISCIPLINE!"*
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q97NOeiJwvk
*Be prudent and I have to say this over and over again. Having thorough care and thought for your FUTURE and even for your loved ones, is an act of authentic self-discipline. Do not just work and live life like a one-day millionaire does because at the end of the day, what you are preparing for when the storm comes, is such a relief knowing how crisis strikes like a thief!*
*Most of all, this is not just a financial advice but speaking from experience when my father got hospitalized that bills were skyrocketing to nearly 400k a month! It is never a joke to pay bills when the need arises so when you have a good income or if you have a stable monthly stipend, SET ASIDE a portion for your FUTURE.*
*Do not just work for the sake of paying bills but work because when you reach your retirement stage, you can enjoy the fruit of your labor.*
***Therefore, do NOT stop your Financial LEARNING. Take the responsibility to be educated financially. There are already FREE financial programs online, all you need to do is find time to spend reading and exercising what you have learned accompanied with proper guidance.***
************What's the Rationale?*****
*Without proper Financial Education regardless of how huge your salary would be, still, you would end broke one day because the not-knowing about investing, not just saving takes TIME and preparation is the KEY. Taken from the Secret to Saving and Building for Your Future and on How to Become Your Own Financial Educator book, the very first STEP to take moving from financial insecurity to security is to UNDERSTAND the concept of Delayed Gratification utilizing self-discipline because financial education is not just for the wealthy rather it is for everyone, so what's your excuse?*

God has called you Home Papa! A Real Life Story of Forgiveness and Reconciliation!
I am still floating. I really could not compose proper words because even upon writing, my heart, my mind, and my whole being were so consumed with the thought that papa can still fight against his disease.
He was a fighter. He was our pillar in the family and despite the years of thorough battle, indirectly as just two months back that he's been hospitalized, I knew he's been struggling to survive even to his last breathe.
*It all started when...*
****He felt the numbness until the point where he can't move and static!***
So my sister and my mother have to rush him to the nearest hospital in the area where they could check on him thoroughly. We had our video call as they informed me about the situation. NEVER IN OUR ENTIRE SYSTEM that he has ***stage 4 cancer of the liver.*** As per the doctor's diagnosis, END STAGE! He's an occasional drinker but never got himself drunk not even a smoker. So how come the diagnosis was on the liver? There's some glitch surely.
I told myself, of course, it was a mistake, and so I was crossing my fingers and started close monitoring with them at home. At once I rebuke his illness because my FAITH told me God is our great healer. HE is our great doctor. Papa and I had our constant zoom meet up every day and we started talking about the good old days...
****He asked for forgiveness...***
There was healing and reconciliation because being the eldest in the family, I have experienced the hardest part when papa and mama started their married life at an early age. There was also a point that papa told me he regretted having me. It was a constant battle emotionally, but with God's divine intervention, and I acknowledged those were just parts and parcel of life, ***I have forgiven him a LONG TIME ago.***
After my graduation in the university when I have shown him that I can make it and he's the proudest father when we took a graduation photo together. That chapter of our father-daughter was closed with reconciliation and forgiveness hence I am more blessed having been married as he told me to prioritize my family and don't comprise my time with them by being so overwhelmed of earning money because at the end of the day, when we die, we won't bring all those things with us but what's left were memories and the time well spent with one another, It hit me to the core!
Whenever we prayed online, he's full of joy that he can talk freely and can express his emotion on how he felt about his illness. The rest of the family was having an online get-together. We were so engulfed of HOPE, our steadfast FAITH got stronger and continuously praying to God for papa's extension of life as we would still go home this year to see him physically. Sage as the only grandchild enthusiastically said, "***Grandpapa Donis, Love you!***" and papa's heart was full of happy memories.
Not until the fourth week of April....
Papa was in constant pain, excruciating pain that only he could understand. The way we looked at his deteriorating physical condition, we have doubled our closed monitoring and he's been in and out from the hospital.
At Reagan where he stayed for nearly 12 days because even the doctor's finding was a bit frustrating knowing that the reality could make his emotion gone so bad, instead of helping to cope up, his attending doctor told him he has 6 months to live, insisted on doing chemotherapy with ***600,000php per session*** with which papa will undergo 7.
Indirectly her constant statement may not be the expenses but the thought of undergoing the procedure right away without an assurance that papa will make it. At once when my papa told me this, I understand they were just doing their job, however, my concern was that, could she or the three of them (papa had undergone ct scan and skipped the biopsy instead has to result in chemotherapy as per the statement of Dr. Chong, Dr. Sanchez, and Dr. Magallen) find a more fatherly approach not to let my papa down with his real condition?
Can they be at least human enough not to give my papa more emotional and depressing news that he is dying? For Christ's sake, I went ballistic (emotionally) they're not only draining the family ***emotionally but also financially*** but God is never outdone with generosity and provision. When papa said he wanted to be discharged, Dr. Magallen was a bit unpleasant when I told her online. I remembered how she had dismissed me saying that she wanted to have her lunch! We don't feel connected with her right there especially when the family decided not to undergo the chemotherapy because based on her statement it would be a throbbing procedure and papa vehemently said, he doesn't want to undergo more painful injections. He wanted to die peacefully and pain free.
*There was a point I wanted to write a complain against the hospital knowing that even Dr. Magallen was so hesitant to sign his policy. We paid through Maxicard admission which has a coverage of at least 50K. A bit relieved that when we decided to admit papa at the other private hospital 3 days after his discharged from Reagan, Rivera Hospital accepted the health card I purchased for him. They're more humane especially his attending Doctor from India, Dr. Matsukhani. She considered my papa as her own dad too.*
With papa's request to be home and be with the family rather than in the hospital due to covid that visiting hours were also very limited, our way of communicating was online. I thank God he's been able to stay at least for nearly 15 minutes and afterward he had to calm himself and relax....
And then the month of May came...
***I am teary-eyed writing this trying to find the strength to articulate my thoughts with an intention that whoever will undergo painful death in the family especially when you are overseas and could not make it to be with them physically because of the pandemic remember that God is our refuge and HIS perfect time we would be with them in Heaven.*** A painful recollection that papa did NOT make it until this year.
He started not to take any food not even medication. He's acting like my baby as per my mama and my sister's statement whenever they would feed him.
He would close if not covered his mouth nodding he doesn't want to eat nor to take medicine any longer. He's tired and in so much pain. Despite the supplements given to him and my sister who has been attending my father since the very first day of his hospitalization told me, papa was getting weak every day.
I knew in my heart that our lives are fleeting. We will never know our TIME either and I told my father that God's miracle is working on him daily despite the fact that he was not bedridden. He managed to go to the toilet with an aide of my mama if not with my sis and bro. There was a night I stayed with him almost 4 am in the Philippines and by merely seeing him online I am at peace and continuously pray papa will make it until we will see him this year as promised.
***June 2, 2021 at around 9;30 am Seychelles time...***
I was having my class and right after the bell rang, I was having anxiety I could not understand. I even got an overseas call which was so weird. The urgency of the missed calls...from my sister and my brother, leaving me a message...
"***ate si papa bah!"***
my heart was pounding so hard. I went cold!
The most difficult part was seeing my family online crying and my sis almost passed out, had to be attended at once, since she's been papa's constant nurse from day one of his journey. I could not understand my emotion as I was in the car, holding my phone while hubby's driving me home. I can't work that day after the news.
**I told my papa...**
**"I am HERE papa. I LOVE YOU.**" *I can't let him go just like that. Only when I took the courage with God's grace to bid goodbye, to be at peace likewise gave him an assurance I would take care of my siblings and mama. We will continue this race of life making each moment with the family even if it's just online.* ****He passed away with a smile on his face at peace going home to his eternal place!***
*papa 's few hours before his last breathe asked my sister, who will pick the three of us (myself, my baby and my hubby) from the airport with which our departure scenarios were always full of HOPE and Happy memories as seen on our photos back in 2015. Likewise we're blessed to have had the chance to spend our Christmas holiday with them last 2019 wherein he said that we will see them again two years thereafter which would be this year.!*
God has called you home papa! You have fought a good fight against your disease!

Money Will Never Replace You as a Driver
*Money as an instrument serves grandeur purposes whenever we wish to do so. It has a pivotal role in our lifestyle and how we live life under the norms of society for without money you might end up losing your identity.*
https://noise.cash/c/patjules83-v21grjl8
**What do I mean by this?**
Some people were merely driven with money. Their topmost priorities settled and inclined nothing else but to earn, setting aside other important matters, which equate to the same philosophy as
***Money equals evil.***
In the book *How to Prosper* written by Bo Sanchez, a Filipino preacher, and entrepreneur who turned his maid into a millionaire by teaching her how to invest in the stock market, asked in one of his talks whether *****1000 PHP bill***** was evil?
The audience replied, "***NO!***' yet their old programming subconsciously said the other way around which eventually became the problem due to the fact that they were not convinced. Some people were still in denial state when it came to money equating it as evil. Sounds cliche yet it is the LOVE of money that makes it evil.
*"The love of money is the root of all evil. That is the fundamental truth that I have verified through 3 decades of empirical, investigative, legal, academic research trying to answer some fundamental questions about human existence and why we behave the way we do, why we think the way we do, why we act the way we do...It is the love of money that has the potential to exterminate- to render extinct- the entire human race.*" - Michael Ruppert. https://www.azquotes.com/author/26226-Michael_Ruppert
***Overseas Filipino Workers Syndrome.***
https://noise.cash/c/patjules83-v21grjl8
*When you know for yourself that you have to set aside time for your family because even without money, your mere presence is more than enough. I can not speak for other nationalities but with some folks back in the Middle East even meeting them during day off, one sales associate in a shopping centre was earning more than enough in a month that a regular office employee in our country would earn, hence the idea of being away from her own family and going home annually sufficed her absence not to mention that monthly, half if not 3/4 of her salary were spent for her 3 kids in the Philippines. An exaggeration when she said that her family lived like a one-day millionaire yet she worked mostly overtime to meet their means.*
https://peakd.com/register?ref=patjules83
*A colleague at school who spent 15 years in Doha relayed her story to me who said that she couldn't go home to the Philippines just yet because she needed to pay the loans for her children's education. Truly heart breaking that she had to work 24/7 to pay bills. When I asked her if she managed to set aside at least 10% of her earning for retirement if not investments, unfortunately, she couldn't spare an amount for such priority.*
I could go on and on with the same scenarios with my *Kababayan, a Tagalog term which means fellow Filipino workers*, and there's nothing much to do apart from telling them to set aside something for emergency cases if not for investments. So many families were broken and marriages ended because working overseas entails great sacrifices.
***Emotional Association with Money which leads to Poverty***
Poor mentality equated poor handling of money likewise rich mentality directed one into creating more wealth abundance and financial growth. According to the *Psychology of Poverty* social structures predominantly influence the creation of poverty, publication, narratives of participants, social anguish is precipitated not so much by the need for food or possessions, but by social and relational issues, because of social stigmas of poverty. https://www.researchgate.net/publication/274128709_The_psychology_of_poverty
Let me give you a scenario;
An acquaintance with whom I met back in the Middle East shared her painful experience when it came to the idea of being poor and becoming rich was a sin against God. There's so much to educate on this mindset with which she's been surrounded with the same mentality among her family members and even at work. She's been employed as a household helper in one of the richest families in the Middle East, and it was such an eye-opener knowing that I got an offer bound for Bahrain wherein the employer herself called me on my phone mobile with which she told me ***to name my price***!
My credentials which I posted online for a teaching job abroad surpassed her expectations to be a personal tutor for her two kids who were studying in an international school and my main role was to take care of their school work. Given the scenario that I wanted to work overseas at that time and my friends without hesitations told me to grab it yet my conviction recounted otherwise, with humility I turned down her offer. She emailed if ever I would change my mind, we were just a skype away so I could personally see her kids.
*If I were driven with an emotion of earning money regardless if it's a personal tutorial job, under normal circumstances, I would accept it however I knew for myself that I am bound for something greater than being stuck with two kids but more on a school-based professional level, and I felt at that time there was an epiphany on how God redirected me to be more objective rather than be subjective with an emotional attachment on money.*
***Bitcoin Cash as People's Money***
It was due to my interest in investing more not only into fiat that a friend introduced me to cryptocurrency wherein roadmap and whitepaper were not part of the documents being secured. It was out of TRUST that I had given him a good amount of money to be given an ROI of 30% monthly. As an investor into stocks, I knew that a guaranteed return never worked that way yet gave in blindly, hence, Warren Buffet was right when he said that
"*wide diversification is only required when investors do not understand what they are doing."* **-**Warren Buffett, the "Sage of Omaha" https://www.fool.com/investing/general/2013/12/07/10-famous-investment-quotes-and-what-we-can-learn.aspx
So instead of gaining, I ended up losing more money but never a LESSON I have learned when it comes to cryptocurrency moreover the use of Bitcoin Cash as people's money. Remember how Kim Dotcom stated that 96% of the market share do not understand cryptocurrency in general hence the 4% has a lot of educating to do in terms of spreading more awareness how cryptocurrency can be used as MONEY but if you would explain to them that ***Bitcoin Cash***, as an example of crypto ( don't ever say fork from Bitcoin or else they would turn their back as they don't understand this term just yet) ***is use to pay bills, send remittances overseas needless to say its adoption can bring more economic freedom to the world and can defeat inflation.*** https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kim_Dotcom
https://lbry.tv/$/embed/Why-I-Love-Bitcoin-Cash/527d4244bc2f20e0c7365059f44f7d81d521358a?
*****What's the Rationale?*****
***"Money is our voice"*** as ***Roger Ver*** said because it transmits our wants and desire likewise let me point out here that without money I won't be able to save my father's life when he's been diagnosed with liver cirrhosis and has to pay for his medication daily which would cost 10k! Just yesterday a 30k in less than 48 hours has to be paid for his stay at the ICU. https://www.reddit.com/r/btc/comments/gx638z/roger_ver_money_is_our_voice/
However what was really bothering me was the thought of other patients who don't have the 30k immediately? Why hospitalization in the Philippines is so costly if Seychelles government can make it FREE?
Money is vital inasmuch as it bridge the gap between life and death cases however let me point out that it would never replace anybody as a DRIVER because at the end of the day, ***money, when used properly, will create a huge impact to the world however when it is solely the driving force of our existence, it loses its essence.***

FREEBIES in the Seychelles: Is it for Real?
*FREE Hospitalization*? How on earth can it be possible in a country to have FREE HEALTHCARE?
When my hubby had an accident a long time back, he bumped himself into a sliding door at home, and blood, like lots of blood came out! We needed to rush him to the hospital so calling an ambulance was the best option rather than driving as it was also almost the wee hours. They brought him to emergency right away and did the necessities! No further questions like paper or identifications whatever because for crying out loud, *it was an* ***EMERGENCY! The doctors were very quick to attend to him as well.***
*To my surprised, an ambulance was* ***FREE of charge*** *as well. When they came to pick up my husband, I abruptly took my purse and asked how much was the charge and the attending staff simply smiled and said, "no worries mm, all be taken cared of!" jeez I always have this notion that emergency in my country means "money!" per se.*
http://www.seychellesnewsagency.com/articles/14801/Un+officiel++la+situation+du+COVID+aux+Seychelles+est+grable
So we needed to go by car and as we reached the hospital, I was just there standing to look at how an emergency room looked like because not even *in my country that I had been admitted for such an incident as I dreaded even going there! Had it not only due to my job application because it was a* ***NECESSITY*** *to secure medical certificates as employer's requirement, but I also would never visit hospitals.* The idea of going to the hospital was never my cup of tea hence I see to it I am physically fit and would prefer to do homemade remedies as much as possible whenever I'm sick! not unless if it's between a life and death scenario that I have to urge myself somehow.
*Want to know WHY?*
***Hospital Bills could Kill!*** https://www.facebook.com/748206030/videos/10159377843701031/
*Skyrocket fees regardless if it's a government hospital was hilariously insane. I shared my sentiment publicly via FB regarding the PCR accompanied with Rapid test due to this ongoing scamdemic and before admission, a swab test was required and opted to do it in a private hospital for immediate accommodation yet turned out I was so rightfully wrong. Funny but emergency in my country means delayed if not scheduled as per* ***Elizabeth****'s definition.* https://www.facebook.com/ebdreyes213
Seychellois are very lucky in terms of this aspect because their government provides the necessities even sending their sick people for treatment overseas, especially the senior citizens' wherein expenses were fully paid! My late mom-in-law passed away with bone cancer a the age of 76 yet she managed to survive for 30 long years due to the medication, closed monitoring at the hospital here in Victoria.
***FREE of all charges with FREE Pills as well. ZERO cost at all***. Only when she was advised to have an ***overseas treatment*** that we paid for her bed and breakfast at the hotel where she stayed otherwise the medication bills were shouldered by the government. Much to my amazement, ***airfare was also free including a nanny or a family member.***
FREEBIES were enjoyed by the locals in this country such as the following;
***FREE DIALYSIS****- my late father-in-law twice in week dialysis at the main hospital and since he's also a pensioner, the government paid for his procedure. We just need to fetch him from the centre as he's not comfortable with the ambulance to come and bring him home.*
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cAORUX5LODw
***FREE MEAL*** *upon admission until you will be discharged*.
***FREE OVERSEAS TREATMEN****T-* (especially for cancer patients)
***FREE BUS FARE****- as per senior citizens and all they need to do was to swipe the card and they got their free ride throughout the island. Auntie Monica whenever she wanted a bus ride simply waited at a nearby bus stop from her place so she could enjoy the ride whenever she felt like chilling with the bus and not with the car.*
Likewise, during my pregnancy, I also enjoyed the following freebies.
***FREE PRENATAL CHECK-UP -*** *doctor's fee is out of context and we don't pay as well.*
***Free Medicine/pills/vitamins needed for my intake as per babies growth in my tummy.***
***Free Ultrasound-*** *we did thrice if I remembered****,*** until I had given birth and we didn't pay a single cent at all! I was almost on an emergency caesarian as there was a bit of complication but thank God my baby came out healthy and safe.
Although both of us were rushed to immediate monitoring and I had to be on a drip as an I lost plenty of blood and I passed out. I've seen Sage the next day hence our skin-to-skin contact was very quick.
***What about FREE Condom?***
Much to my surprise ***CONDOMs*** *are FREE* ***! available at all health centres and hospitals as they just put it outside the counter. Should you wish to take as many as you like, you can do so,*** *while in Doha, buying it must be done with discretion and only if you were married! Or else you would end up in jail.*
*Adding up, there is also what they call those families who belong to the "UNFORTUNATE" class, so the government also ensure that they were provided with basic needs, hence at the end of the month, they will just present their STC Card and they were given the following.*
***FREE FOOD ALLOWANCE****- more or less worth 2,500scr!*
**FREE EDUCATION** in the state school and this included FREE classwork, FREE LUNCH ( for those who are "unfortunate"), and FREE UNIFORMS. Should you maximized your classwork and used all of its pages, simply you needed to ask for the subject teacher's signature and present it to the Human Resource for replacement.
*Well to wrap these Freebies up, childminding fee for local babies in half meaning instead of paying* ***1500*** *monthly, we only paid* ***750scr*** *as mandated by the government officially started in April of this year. Just recently that they increased it to 300 scr.*
*****What's the Rationale?*****
Seychelles is only inhabited with 98,462 with its estimated population and boasts the highest nominal per capita GDP with a mix of French, British, and African influences. One of the comments on my FB post stated that because they are small and they're paying taxes (15% for those with an above salary of 10, 000 SCR and below the range are exempted, at least the tax can be fully utilized with FREEBIES mentioned above. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_countries_by_GDP_(nominal)_per_capita
*So would you like to come over and settle in the pristine beauty of Seychelles? Cryptocurrency is at its infancy here but with a living income of below the 15% tax salary range, you can survive here.*

Do You Have a Real Superhero?
**We have what we call a superhero in our lives! We looked up to him or her and at times during our childhood days, we emulated his or her lifestyle.** *A superhero is someone ready and with open arms genuinely helped me throughout life! It doesn't necessarily mean those that we have seen in movies but truly who has been our shoulder to cry on when we're at our lowest point. Those people were the most genuine human being alive so that they could see our growth as we took our journey towards sanctity. They don't have superpowers which were depicted on films rather they have an extraordinary personality which exudes greatness.*
Most people would consider our ***parents the*** greatest *superheroes* but at this time we will not include them because they do not merely play the role instead they exceeded beyond measures! So they are more than our superheroes😊. This write-up aims to go back to our memory lane, to recollect the people who have been of great significance to our success today, for, without them, we might not be able to fathom what success truly is. They're considered our second parents with whom we were lucky to have met them and have been witnessed the way circumstances shaped us who have given an impact on our lives.
***Recollecting parts and parcels during my university years!***
As I decided to move out from my parents' comfort to be independent, I applied for a student assistant in the university where I was given a partial scholarship. At that time I was crossing my fingers, hoping against hope that I will be assigned at the university's library as I love books, likewise, I would have easy access to my homework.
*On the other hand, the Dean of Agriculture Department was looking for a student assistant who would want to be in-house with her two kids who were in their Junior and Senior years in secondary so my main role was to do the household chores, helped in any way I could with her work should the need arises. That was my only option at that time, thus, I went to her office and expressed my interest to apply as her student assistant.* She was a well-mannered woman although I have heard how strict she was with her students I didn't pay attention instead I told her I wanted to make amends to finish my course and taking part-time job would be my option. She was staying within the vicinity of the campus so it was very accessible as well hence fare expenses was out of the story.
To my amazement, she told me when could I start asap and would love to talk to my parents about the arrangement. *T****hat was the start of my journey wherein I felt like I was part of their family.***

*My father on the other side was against it however I was so stubborn, I convinced him to give me his blessing just like how he did when I phoned them five hours prior to my flight bound for Qatar. That was the moment where family mattered to me the most.*
***Family Not just by Blood but by Heart***
*During the holidays and any family gatherings they have, Ma'am Ging would always introduce me to her clan saying I am her eldest daughter! The way they had treated me was my turning point of facing life with* ***fairness*** *and* ***equality!*** I am so blessed that even if we're not related by blood still our bonding was more than a family member could have! Just recently during our video conversation where she shared with me how her father passed away at 87 years despite the doctor's diagnosis of liver cirrhosis, I was relieved that we shared the same sentiment when it came to our father's condition. Mm Ging told me to strengthen my faith in God and hold on to HIS word of healing and affirmation for my papa's extension of life.
Eventually, she became my life mentor and reminded me many times to be more on Emotional Quotient over Intellectual Quotient. She's been through life when she shared such a miracle that she was granted to have travelled to ***Jerusalem even with the outbreak of the pandemic with an all-expense-paid trip.***
***A reminder of my journey and a Gift of my Life Mentor!***
Such a great opportunity of a lifetime to have met a life mentor who has guided me throughout my life's journey and even overseas, Mm Ging's wisdom has been my torch. A light to my path when there were times that I felt like giving up. When hospitalization bills soared up with an URGENT need to be given for my papa's immediate medication, my conversation with mm Ging assured me that God is never outdone with provision and generosity. In His words, HE said which has given me strong conviction over and over again, “***Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your Heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they?***” Matthew 6:26. https://psalm91.com/matthew-ch-6/
Some thoughts to ponder while answering these questions. Hopefully it would be your lifeboat, and you would be blessed with a life mentor while you are taking your life's journey so that he or she would be your GUIDE when the ride is rough at times.

What Is Your Life's Lesson?
***A university professor came into his Philosophy Class and started putting the following objects on the table. The class was so silent even wondering what on earth the professor was doing.***
***He put the jar first followed by golf balls, and asked the class,***
***"is the jar full?" the class answered in chorus, "YES!'***
***He put the pebbles and asked again, "is the jar full now?"***
***Technically speaking, the jar was full and the class answered in unison, "YES!"***
***The professor was not content, he put sand, and asked the most obvious question afterward poured a bottle of beer. The class was surprised. They had something else in mind when they saw the liquor and one student asked, "so professor, what's it all about?"***
The professor explained it in a very simple way.
https://fb.watch/5yp7UXUahQ/
https://peakd.com/register?ref=patjules83
*****Important vs. Not-So Important Things in Life*****
The scenario represented our life's adversities and the lessons to learn from them. The *golf balls* were the MOST IMPORTANT THINGS in life e.g ***family, health, friends, and your passion.*** The reason why we are working so hard to attain our goals in life makes it more valuable than anything else money could buy. The book of *Stephen R. Covey entitled, The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People,* where it stated that the ***power of paradigm shift represents the internalization of the correct principle upon which enduring happiness and success are based.***
Let me give you a brief activity on how perception and having the right paradigm shift has a transcendental effect as what *Lao Tsu* said, https://www.goodreads.com/quotes/tag/perception
"*because one believes in oneself, one doesn't try to convince others. Because one is content with oneself, one doesn't need others' approval. Because one accepts oneself, the whole world accepts him or her.”*
How you describe these two images based on your perception has rationalization knowing that two people don't see the same things, disagree and yet both can be right. When I took this activity myself, my perception on how I see things varies. At a glance I have seen young lady while on the other image, she's actually quite old. Quite amusing that the same objects portrays different perception. Here take a look!
Does she look young?
or does she look old?
Another example given wherein a map of Detroit was mistakenly printed for Chicago hence instead of arriving at your destination, you would end up getting lost thus rational reaction would be frustration, however, if you have the proper paradigm shift of seeing things as a learning curve then your attitude and behaviour would act in accordance to what you have perceived.
The way the professor has represented those golf balls as the most important things in life and given them our topmost priorities is an essential factor for our growth and in life's realities, having our family around during the most trying times can bring the greatest healing effect.
As I have been sharing how the condition of our papa has not been in good shape after the doctor's diagnosis and the worst statement was his 6 months time frame. We rebuked such findings and at once we tripled our effort of spending more time together as a family even online, making most of our common family time gathered together because we believed prayer offered in FAITH will make the sick person well and be healed.
Apart from the medications that papa was taking, the most important thing I have seen and felt with strong conviction at this juncture is nourishing his soul with our WORDS OF AFFIRMATION, giving him support, asking how he is daily. Mind you the effect of our effort to spend time with him even ONLINE brought a great impact to his immune system and today he's renewed and revived, had seen HOPE as a blessing for life's extension.
*****The Practicality of Life (Integration into Cryptocurrency)*****
As the professor had shown how pebbles were making the jar full in addition to the golf balls being put first as the topmost priorities, there were moments we forgot how to make most of our quality time together especially when the motivating factor is earning per se. Let me be honest, there was a point where I almost lost track of my family due to my engagements online as it felt so good seeing my crypto wallets and my fiat portfolio pumped. *I was so hyped with the thought of accumulating more because there's so much to learn and EARN in the crypto-verse.*
Most of my morning routine changed into researching, reading more news about cryptocurrency, how to stake, trade the best strategy to earn more money. I thought I was going to the moon knowing that I have the best of both worlds, later did I realize that marital crisis was the next thing I knew. It was a disaster, daily arguments were so exhausting. I think the worst part I did out of exasperation was tearing our wedding picture. That was a huge blow for my husband. What have I done?
I was so overwhelmed with my online engagements that it was so hard for me to find BALANCE with what I was doing. The very main thought of earning was such a great motivation so I opted to sleep late and woke up early to catch up. The weirdest thing that happened was that I still felt like in a rat race, running time after time so I could engage more and articulate well, only to find out that it was becoming toxic to my inner PEACE. I have to pause if not to stop!
I needed to reverse! I needed to recollect myself before I would lose the gem I already have. That's when we resorted to having a weekend getaway at L'Habitation in Cerf Island. Thank God there was clarity which was what I needed the most despite the practicality of things, earning good amount of money from the crypto-verse and with divine intervention, the financial breakthrough keeps coming in.
How do you deal with your *Jar of Life?* https://starsandjars.com/2019/02/18/the-jar-of-life-a-story/
Whenever we are troubled with life's adversities, remember that we have a huge jar to fill in the most significant things first. ***Set our priorities well*** (the golf balls), and ***find BALANCE*** with the not-so-important things like the pebbles. Others may not have the same perspective on their most important and not-so-important things as it may be the other way around but what is vital is to recollect yourself into the thing that you found most your ***inner peace of mind*** as it follows a clear sense of our highest priorities so we could live with FOCUS and INTEGRITY.
Spending time with our loved ones does not necessarily need to be expensive though we if could provide them luxury it's a bonus however remember what *Theophrastus*, an ancient Greek philosopher who was known for his theoretical thoughts and practical approach, understood time as an accident of motion that cannot be stopped or reversed, and he said that waste of time is the most extravagant and costly of all expenses. https://www.actitime.com/time-management/best-time-quotes/

Simplifying Bitcoin Cash to My Entrepreneur Friends
This is our great mission to spread proper guidance due to the 96% of the market do not understand how cryptocurrency works, its volatility, and most of all its UTILITY. Let me go back again to how Kim Dotcom had given emphasis in the **Utility** of Bitcoin Cash and not just hodling it. https://twitter.com/KimDotcom/status/1390124256504160258
https://twitter.com/KimDotcom/status/1390124256504160258
Most of my entrepreneur friends rarely adopt cryptocurrency as a mode of payment for their products and services. They don't turn into cryptocurrency because the idea was always on the wrong side concerning scams. They told me how they were victimized by those people they trusted joining crypto with guaranteed returns and investments were the focal point. They were told to invest with an initial amount of ***$300 and receive a guaranteed return of 3.5% daily returns.*** The idea was to give the money to the middleman and all they need to do is to wait and earn, get rich quick scheme!
When it comes to investments, I applied the same principle when I started with stocks and bonds. I told them to stay away from such kinds of investment schemes regardless if the company has been registered from the UK since Verification is another story. This is already a ***red flag*** leading towards ***Ponzi*** which are lingering in the crypto community. We read a lot of stories regarding this and we can only hope had there been ***proper education*** about blockchain or crypto in general, the public will surely be saved from these heartless scammers. The not-knowing is scarier than anything especially when it comes to trading crypto. Personally, regardless how micro the earning, still it is a profit! Just sold 1/4 from my port! following MPS way!

*****SIMPLIFYING BITCOIN CASH to Non-Crypto Users and Believers*****
With entire conviction how Bitcoin Cash can bring more economic freedom to the world as per ***Roger Ver***'s statement most on his interviews at the same time with my own experience how I paid my father's medication in the hospital using the tips, I have received either here or at ***Noisecash***, there is no doubt I am in unity with him that Bitcoin Cash is what the world needs to alleviate poverty just how countries like Venezuela and Argentina did. Inflation is one of the biggest problems that fiat is facing hence a digital currency is an option if not the next generation of money. https://noise.cash/u/RogerVer https://noise.cash/u/PatJules83 https://news.bitcoin.com/bitcoin-cash-argentina-runs-flipstarter-to-boost-adoption-in-the-country/
https://news.bitcoin.com/bitcoin-cash-argentina-runs-flipstarter-to-boost-adoption-in-the-country/
A friend of mine who is into entrepreneurship sent me a message via FB messenger asked how could I help her with Bitcoin in general. I knew when she asked me about it, she's not merely inquiring what is Bitcoin but wanted how she can fully utilize it in her business if not paid her debts. Upon our short convo due to time constraints, the main concern was "*how much was the necessary amount for the initial investment?* Technically, I replied, there's none if she's willing to invest her TIME learning, exerting effort to earn ***FREE BCH***. Mind you when she heard the word FREE, she could not believe that there are freebies in the crypto-verse. She's not fully convinced until I had shown her the FREE TIPS I have received.
For her to understand how Bitcoin Cash works in all areas of our financial system, I have to start from scratch. I needed to simplify in a way that she could understand it even if she's a newbie or who doesn't have any crypto background for this matter. I have to consider she can't fathom how trading works much to say how to utilize it as her mode of payment. I started telling her about the wallet first and from there she has to navigate. ***Two simple things*** I emphasized to make things clearer for her, were the **FREE TIP**S and the **FREE WALLE**T meaning no additional cost involved. I don't even need to touch about different wallets or else it would lead to confusion in the end. The simpler I explained to her, the better just like how you are explaining it to a 2-year old that a sky is blue and a cloud is white. At times, simple things can bring great impact to others rather than telling them fundamentals and technicals with which hypafalutin jargons are irrelevant, needed but not essential from the outset.
*****Bridging the Gap between Digital Currency and Fiat; Bitcoin Cash plays a Pivotal Role on E-Commerce.*****
Why Digital Currency is Difficult to Understand for others? Can Bitcoin Cash Bridge this gap? if you're a merchant, you would fully understand the perspective of trading basic commodities (not merely crypto) and *e-commerce* ***platforms*** *are facing problems with accreting cash, more and more merchants want to go with cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin Cash* *as their MOP.* Remember also giant retail store Rakuten in Japan which is now accepting Bitcoin Cash for paying their products, knowing how advanced Japan's technology, I admired the country for being so open to making Tokyo their hub for crypto trading. A milestone to look forward to, when, Irie, a member of the Tokyo Metropolitan Assembly optimistically said this pandemic is an opportunity to accelerate policy adaptation adoption while creating a healthy environment to develop a crypto trading hub in Tokyo" hence easy adoption is likely to happen the soonest possible time since merchants can utilize it in their stores for consumer convenience. https://firebearstudio.com/blog/bitcoin-cash-ecommerce-and-magento.html https://news.bitcoin.com/japanese-assembly-members-seek-to-make-tokyo-a-cryptocurrency-trading-center/
https://corp.rakuten.co.jp/news/press/
*****So what's my stand on simplifying Bitcoin Cash to my Entrepreneur Friends?*****
Having the paradigm shift of bringing more friends into the Bitcoin Cash ecosystem, I feel it is my social responsibility to tell them how Bitcoin Cash, a true peer-to-peer electronic cash can help them in their micro or macro business. Their willingness to be on board as they had seen the potential of BCH gradually motivated them to learn further its CAUSE which gave me high hopes like those countries who are severely affected by higher/highest inflation rates are now getting back stronger through Bitcoin Cash. After what happened in Venezuela and Zimbabwe, *Argentina* is on the rise. This is what it means when certain cryptocurrency like Bitcoin Cash bringing more economic freedom to the world having the right perspective into it. Remember what Cal Thomas said; https://news.bitcoin.com/bitcoin-cash-argentina-runs-flipstarter-to-boost-adoption-in-the-country/ https://www.brainyquote.com/topics/cause-quotes
In a free society, government reflects the soul of its people. If people want change at the top, they will have to live in different ways. Our major social problems are not the cause of our decadence. They are a reflection of it.

This helpful blogsite of @georgedonnelly is worth the time reading where it accentuate Bitcoin Cash thrives on PASSION, its Philosophy and most of all independency. Now ask yourself, are you passionate enough to encourage your loved ones in the Bitcoin Cash ecosystem? Will you bring them onboard so they can share that BCH is what the world needs? What's your effective measures for doing so? Is it mainly the investment side or it's UTILITY?

Connecting the Dots of Life: Adventure and Bigger Perspective Outside the Realm of Cryptocurrency
Do you find time to reflect on what's going on in the world today? What about within your family either online or offline, do you truly connect with them? 2021 greeted me with a very reflective, hopeful, and optimistic year knowing that I started it with good vibes, confirmed when I took that quiz from *dayspring*. https://www.dayspring.com/yourwordquiz#/home
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4FRuzlVlIec
* *****What's Your Word for 2021?***** https://read.cash/@PatsKy8135/whats-your-word-for-2021-9c634dcb
Let me start it from there because of the *CLARITY* and being at *****PEACE***** with what it symbolized for my whole family knowing our current situation back home. That quiz was a starting point of how our journey together started especially that I needed to take the COURAGE and FAITH to keep going ahead for my siblings. I even wrote my post about it entitled, *What's Your Word for 2021?* amazed with the result which I took twice for confirmation purposes, yet I was dumbfounded why "*****OVERCOME*****?" https://read.cash/@PatsKy8135/whats-your-word-for-2021-9c634dcb
Was it to overcome the pandemic and it's effect to humanity? Was it to overcome FOMO that I might not be able to travel this year and see my family in the Philippines? Or was it to overcome an inner struggle between quitting my job and be full time online? I was still so unsure when I got the result not until I heard the news about my papa's condition and it felt like bomb. His diagnosis on liver cirrhosis (end stage) was clear indication that my family will "OVERCOME" this fear of missing our dad in flesh and blood.
I was wondering, how on earth a simple word can be someone's guidance? Nope, I was wrong. It was not just a simple word wherein you can forget about it rather it's a word that will create an *****IMPACT***** in your life, more so when you ***BELIEVE*** in it.
Remember what Yehuda Berg said, *"Words have energy and power with the ability to help, to heal, to hinder, to hurt, to harm, to humiliate, and to humble."*
*****Do you Believe that***** *****Bitcoin Cash Can Put an End to War?***** https://lbry.tv/@RogerKVer:9/bitcoin-cash-can-put-an-end-to-war:3
*I remembered fully even when* *Roger Ver* *said in one of his interviews to* ***have life outside crypto****, to emerge oneself into the reality of other areas in our lives where cryptocurrency could not fathom its deepest plethora of wealth and abundance. I was so struck in one of his talks in Acapulco when he's almost teary-eyed, felt that pain when people are being ripped off with their rights especially when he said in vehemence how Bitcoin Cash can put an end to war.* https://noise.cash/u/RogerVer
There were instances when I went astray with my involvement in cryptocurrency, even to the point of not spending much time with my baby and my hubby as I needed to blog, to trade, to earn, and other excuses for my very innocent intention of providing for my father's medication. Later did I realize I almost lost the GEM I already have. Looking back to those moments, I am blessed to have rerouted back to the real essence of my existence. Bitcoin Cash somehow saved me from my most crucial war within myself. Blogging here and saw the full potential of the platform in its most engaging way was more meaningful than trash talking. I preferred the cause of BCH not just the coin itself.
******Utilization on Money vs. Time?*****
Money is our voice, that's a reality yet money can never buy the ***TIME*** lost when you forgot how to make most spending it with your loved ones. We all heard the news of *Bitcoin billionaires* like Tyler and Cameron Winklevoss who became the first billionaires from a late-2017 surge in Bitcoin prices and many others likewise trading volumes in *exchanges* which surged 10 times increased in Southeast Asia. https://www.investopedia.com/articles/people/083016/who-are-top-5-bitcoin-millionaires.asp https://news.bitcoin.com/southeast-asias-largest-bank-dbs-trading-volumes-cryptocurrency-exchange/
All good news right? Money is everywhere in the crypto community. We all benefited from it, however, one of the most important things I have seen that we kept on fighting until today with common denominators on ***hate, fraction, and division*****.** Why the hate? Why can't we keep working for our common goal of helping others in uplifting their welfare? Can we at least be human for a while? Is it really impossible to work harmoniously? Regardless of the coins we were supporting with, should we work hand in hand, setting aside differences but UNITED with our goals in bringing more economic freedom to the world, regulations towards cryptocurrency by the governing bodies will cease especially if they have seen its ***MASS ADOPTION*** and UTILIZATION as per Kim Dotcom's twitter post. Silly you might think, but why they can't ban the use of diapers on babies? Only parents can relate on this example perhaps or if you have babies on your own.
Yes, I am earning, we all do and from it I am grateful but reading news daily with the government's regulations on crypto and so many other stories hindered my productivity because I followed into it heartily. I told myself, I need to pause for a while and reflect what's my mission here? What's my essence? I knew for myself, I don't write just for monetary purposes but with strong conviction, hopeful that others would LEARN something valuable, and through it I can help them "***OVERCOME***" whatever they are going through in life. Isn't it more fruitful to share because others can benefit from its realistic context? How shallow if our main objective is mainly for the monetary facet.
Moving forward, that word "***OVERCOME***" which I put on my vision board as a reminder of its message, led me into an accompanying realization that with steadfast FAITH as prayer offered in it will make the sick person with terminal illness well and be healed. BELIEVING that my papa will be granted life's extension with zest celebrating his 57 birthday on the 12th of May.
******What's My Stand on It?*****
*In connecting the* ***DOTS of our LIVES****, circumstances are leading us to how we could be of* ***Service*** *to others through listening to that tiny voice wrapped in a very thin line of our* ***INNER PEACE*** *likewise finding* ***BALANCED*** *deep within ourselves. We won't be having that "sugar rush" moment wherein we kept running time after time imprisoned in a rat race mentality. Now ask yourself,* ***are you growing forward or you're still getting back the parts and parcel of your life?***

*Why I love Bitcoin Cash? Simply because it helped me sending money during emergency.*
https://lbry.tv/$/embed/Why-I-Love-Bitcoin-Cash/527d4244bc2f20e0c7365059f44f7d81d521358a?
Bitcoin Cash Saved Me from Delays Sending Money for Emergency and Found Balanced with my Family
When health becomes the priority as one of your family members is fighting for their lives at the hospital, MONEY is very essential for their necessary medications and treatment. Life is indeed FLEETING and we will never know our time as well regardless of how healthy we would become. I have learned from this very difficult situation that my family is dealing with right now as my father has been given only 6 more months to live according to his attending doctor at once *I REBUKED it because of GOD's healing hand and miracle works for my papa.* This conviction is so strong that my father will survive more than his timeline. Having heard such a painful moment. We cried it to Jesus. I kept on telling my papa with FAITH that HE is our great doctor. HE will be HEALED. I have to remain strong upon writing and made sure our video call was always uplifting encouraging him to fight for us.
As reality sink in, the moment papa has been admitted since day one, medication bills have also skyrocketed and my sister who's been with him took this snapshot at how crazy the medications especially when we put my papa at the private hospital since he's already having a hard time breathing and needed closed monitoring. As I have been sharing in my ***Noisecash*** post, hospitalization costs in my country are not a joke, however here in Seychelles, one of the luckiest people who enjoyed their FREE HEALTHCARE truly has a saving act. https://noise.cash/u/PatJules83
Medication bills entail money and I am truly grateful that the tips I have received on the platform helped me continuously sending the amount of money especially when an emergency arises as my experience in the bank which took them exactly ***3-5 days*** before it would be sent to my sister's bank account in the Philippines. At times since fiat still so much used mostly in the hospitals, being in a crypto community gave me an edge to be able to send money right away especially **Bitcoin Cash** and this is my next mission to open up the mind of the people in my country, educating them likewise spreading more awareness how Bitcoin Cash can help us when the need arises without any hassles of reviewing our money. The ***RELIABILITY of Bitcoin Cash*** gave me more peace of mind as I can check my transactions through explorer.bitcoin.com, likewise, its transparency is what I needed here. It saved me from further mishap since it is non-custodial and nobody can FREEZE my account. https://explorer.bitcoin.com/bch
Do you ever imagine that the money needed for your father's treatment and medication can be frozen just so because the bank felt that it's a scam due to the amount you sent? I was really in deep trouble knowing that from time to time, asked my sister to check whether the money already arrived and every time she said, "NO", Holy Christ I don't know what to do even I tried to send an email for an update. That moment was my greatest worry engulfed with fear thinking that my father has to undergo a CT scan and they needed to pay at once yet the bank doesn't understand. I don't want to curse but remained calm.
Hence when you're in great financial need of sending money RIGHT AWAY especially just in a matter of less than an hour with less than a dollar transaction fee, Bitcoin Cash has saved me redemptively. It is never a joke to be waiting for days when you are in dire need of money for emergency cases. So this is my only reflection and advice to those who are so Hyped with the metrics and standing of so many coins out there.
https://lbry.tv/$/embed/noisecash/5ecbd1c3a5617df3716f33046e024e5e3a476eef?
I know our main purpose is to earn here for our family or for helping humanity, sharing our blessings with our least fortunate brothers and sisters in the world, yet I hope that our involvement in the crypto community is not merely earning more and more money but for the greater good and authentic brotherhood. I hope that we truly care for others and felt their pain in a moment of distress because, at the end of the day when we leave this earth, all our financial assets are just part of our journey. I hope that we learn to bridge the gap in the cryptoverse and stop spreading HATE and Trashtalk with one another just so because we don't support the same coin however had we forgotten the cause? Remember what ***Roger Ver*** would always said that it's never an argument to do trashtalking. https://noise.cash/u/RogerVer
https://giphy.com/gifs/IntoAction-stop-the-hate-asian-community-is-a-virus-RpaevGXCw2lr00CxXY
One thing that struck me most during these trying times with my papa when he told me, "*anak (daughter) even if you have all the money in the world, or you own the whole of Seychelles, when you die, you won't bring it with you but you can never turn back the time you lost spending with your family because you are too engulfed earning money.*" ***I felt like I was strike with lightning that I need to recollect those moments when I almost lost the gem I already had.***
Now, with this experience, I truly understood that as part of being human, there were times that I wanted to emerge fully with my time blogging, as soon as I arrived from work, I needed to check my *Noisecash* accounts and other social media platforms but now I am at peace knowing how at this difficult moment taught me ***BALANCED my family time online and offline.*** https://noise.cash/u/PatJules83 https://3speak.tv/watch?v=patjules83/cipmimdv&utm_source=studio&jwsource=cl

Our First Family Outing at L'Habitation in Cerf Island, Seychelles: My Realizations and Reflections
It was such a surreal moment being able to spend a very relaxing weekend at Cerf Island with our 2-year-old Sage Alexander. It's our first time to be away from Mahe and such a wonderful experience we had together at L'Habitation. The bonding was an experience of a lifetime I would never bargain for anything. A friend recommended it to us and at once I called for an early booking. The rainbow symbolized hope when I took a photo at how amazing it looked on the sky reflecting for a new beginning for my papa. The ocean was also a great reminder on the immensity of God's love for humanity especially those who have terminal illness. https://www.lhabitationcerfhotel.xyz/en/
I have never thought that my dream of having a family getaway outside Mahe would come true at an unexpected moment due to the news I got from home as my father has been diagnosed with liver cirrhosis (cancer). This I have to write in my other post as from the very moment upon writing I feel that God wanted me to savour the moment with my own family here in Seychelles likewise my papa also told me to take care of them and not to worry much about him.
With God's comfort and healing hand, I know in my heart, my papa will have a long way to go. I have to make sure that every time we would have our video call, I have to uplift his spirit and told him to smile so I could take a great shot but deep inside I was crying because he's been our pillar in the family. There was a time I have to excuse myself, I lied I needed to go to the toilet so that I could burst out my tears and went back fresh. It was the hardest, but prayer offered in FAITH will make the sick person well and we claimed that papa will be healed. So struck at the story of Lazarus who was restored from death.
Trust in the process and how I love the moment we were spending together online despite his condition. As always he reminded me to be keener with my own family and be with them ***wholeheartedly***. We were just skype or video call away. So during a special weekend, *in Cerf Island at L'Habitation* to experience every bit of what was offered to us being away from Mahe as it's only 15minutes by boat and we have been greeted with a welcome juice that Sage loved and asked for another glass, he's thirsty surely. https://www.lhabitationcerfhotel.xyz/en/
Our baby's energy that day despite his tiredness was incomparable, who ran to and fro, chased the birds nearby, acted like he's the hare and I'm the bird flying and couldn't wait for his tour using the club car.
The boat left Eden Island around 4 pm and it was quite an afternoon because the solemnity of the place was incomparable. You knew that feeling where you just fell in love with it the moment you set your feet in the place. I was trying to focus on our bonding moment but God knew deep inside my heart, I was half-hearted knowing how my papa's condition at the hospital has been my focal point. The place reminded me of so many things I have set aside realistically speaking the moment *I ventured into cryptocurrency, life is bigger than mere earning.* So I chose not to write during the weekend and indeed gave my all to my boys, hence enjoyed the pool session with Sage. I was dumbfounded by how I almost lost what ***gem*** I already have.
The place did not only relax my nerves but being able ***to communion with my Creator emerging myself with nature in a very difficult moment***, L'Habitation was a great source of looking back on how magnificent our journey in life when we take it one day at a time. Seychelles is best known for its amazing nature, truly when you give yourself time to emerge fully on the sanctity of the place, you felt like it's a fantasy in a more realistic realm. I felt it's my sanctuary. I felt so at peace seated at this round chair with those cushions facing the calmness of the ocean and the mountain. The moment we arrived in the area, this spot captured my attention. I can't explain why it just did, I felt like being dragged into it that I needed to just relax a hundred and one percent, although to no avail tried to work a bit, in the end, I just captured the moment.
Our weekend getaway here at L'Habitation revived my soul into a more open-minded and understanding human being. I have so many realizations through this short but memorable bonding together as a family of three. I have learned how to emerged myself fully in nature and so blessed to have been given a chance to experience the other side of the world outside my usual busy city life long before I decided to settle here in Seychelles. I could just remember how my adjustment period took up until my papa reminded me how God has blessed me with a good family abundantly. Sometimes in life, we failed to see the grandeur of the world's beauty ( not in its material sense) not unless we're in a deep and unfathomable life's adversities.
Hence, there's always *healing in writing and in praying*. So if you have the chance and great opportunity to be with your parents or loved ones, please always find time to be with them fully sincerely and wholeheartedly, I am telling you from my battle, it's a treasure beyond measure, time spent with your FAMILY is worth more than anything a material world can offer. Mind you it's actually FREE being with them and TIME is your only investment, remember what ***Stephen R. Covey said, "the key is in not spending time, but in investing it."*** https://peakd.com/hive-165757/@patjules83/there-is-healing-in-writing

`Sharing My video clip on why I love Bitcoin Cash during my dilemma of sending money for my father's medication, Bitcoin Cash helped me alot.`
https://lbry.tv/@PatSky2783:4/Why-I-Love-Bitcoin-Cash:5
How Financially Ready Are You?
Some of the prevailing mindsets about money that hindered many people to attain financial abundance are misconceptions that financial education ***is only for the wealthy, likewise, the only solution to financial challenges is to borrow money***. Have you ever considered how powerful money when used properly? According to the video of Roger Ver via Odysee, he said that ***MONEY is our VOICE***. It is a medium of communication where it could save the lives of so many people. Without money, people will be ripped off with their rights. In our society where the idea of the rich gets richer and the poor gets poorer, it boils down to the accumulation of wealth where the marginalized group is not given equal rights. So much into its unfair distribution because it's not the question on why there were lots of poor people instead asked ourselves why there are so many rich and powerful? https://odysee.com/@Bitcoincom:c/roger-ver-money-is-our-voice:8
In this context where financial freedom is experienced by the few and the privileged, we need to look into how being financially ready can be a great advantage to those people who know how to prepare themselves when the need arises. I tried to be so objective with my post despite my emotional downpour having my dad being hospitalized due to liver cirrhosis as per the doctor's diagnosis. The family is still coping up, having closed monitoring with his condition and done series of tests to be stabilized. We are hopeful and optimistic he will be back to normal the soonest possible time as he's having hard time breathing. I was so scared that living overseas made it the hardest. Tried our best to be cool and relax during the call to uplift his spirit together with my mama, likewise told my baby to say, "*grandpapa love you*!" to give him more strength as Sage's voice can be likened to a charger where it gave you energy to keep going ahead.
Emergency as it was, I knew I needed to send an extra amount of money for his daily medication. As I was talking to my friend who eventually became my financial advisor and my sister since papa has been admitted, I was not considering the transaction fees anymore, all I knew was to send fiat RIGHT AWAY ***because the hospital doesn't accept cryptocurrency as a mode of payment hence I needed to use fiat***. I made the BIGGEST mistake sending this amount of money to my sister's bank account to the Philippines. I was not in my right senses while doing the transaction because my main concern was to send money which means fiat RIGHT AWAY seeing how the condition of our papa deteriorated during the weekend. Thank God now he's a bit better but still can't talk longer than 15 minutes. Truly appreciated guys for your heaven-sent prayers. We need a miracle this time.
Anyhow back to my transaction, it was too late before I realized that the bank has 24 hours approval period plus ***3-5 business days***. Lo and behold, that feeling of ***FUD*** at once registered to my system. What have I done? jeez I needed that money within 24 hours as I initially sent 70,000php! Heaven I need help!
What the heck! the bank for crying out loud doesn't care whether there's an emergency going in the family instead what they're after about is their "***review***" whether it's scam money or not. But then again should they care where the money originated? I was so pissed knowing that transaction fee as well cost me around 3095php more or less $67! I just don't care at all because my focus was to send money RIGHT AWAY. All they have to do is to release it because there was no prior notice of "***review***" upon sending such amount. It's my money and the thought of waiting is not part of my vocabulary anymore, not in this situation where we needed it in a most crucial moment. I could only sigh and wait thinking that this money for emergency cases won't serve its purpose on a day that we needed it most.
*When emergency arises, banks care less, instead opt for BCH (Bitcoin Cash)*
This is the reason why cryptocurrency played a pivotal role in the financial system globally. When the need arises, Bitcoin Cash saved me from further mishap knowing its lower transaction fees needless to say its ***RELIABILITY***. The very main thought of being able to send money RIGHT AWAY approximately in less than an hour accompanied with less than dollar transaction fees, ***0.00024644 BCH*** likewise its transparency as you could check it through *explorer.bitcoin.com*, I'm at peace knowing that the miners are doing their job properly. Kudos to their passion as they helped saved my father. ***In this scenario between life and death, money played the most crucial part***. A meager $50 I sent today for additional bill at the pharmacy so tests can be done at once.
Unlike with banks where review upon approval was necessary which will take them 3-5 working days, what on earth? Somehow the comments I find very relevant and full of wisdom on my post via Noisecash like **@george dee** when he commented, "*All this dubious act is the reason why the government are trying to stop the growth of cryptocurrency, it is certain that their failed banking system would definitely be going extinct.*.. https://noise.cash/u/PatJules83
**check also from @Mansood802**, "*banking system takes 3 to 5 days ,this is very slow system. In this regard Crypto is best choice .We have to adopt when we are in emergency..."*
**@Myhero felt my sentiment when he said**, "*its not 3-5 business days - sometimes its 1 week. well that's the rules of PayPal to bank account for security reasons and checking its from scam accounts. 3-5 days is too long for me especially if its emergency reasons."*
Jeez **I would agree with @Yasmin on her statement**, "*I take it directly to my bank account in the form of money not in the form of BCH. If they see BCH they become Greedy."*
Definitely, **@Kenechukwu was right, as they lost another customer on me**, "*Korean Momma. You can't be blamed for the incompetency of our financial system. Don't take their delay to heart. One thing l'm sure of is, they just lost a very buoyant customer.*
Although **@TheLeaderBoard, sissy Sharon back in UU**, I can fully understand somehow why she's opting not to use Paypal in a sense that, " *I still have site that pays through PayPal nowadays but I am not very active so my PayPal account is not much in use.*
**Great advise from @Airovic about coins.ph wallet** back in my country, where I stored my BCH as well, but totally forgotten it's use due to emergency case, "*a lesson learned for all of us. If your sister has a coins. ph account. She can received in seconds. Most of us have that app."*
**Finally @QueenPearl's steadfast faith summarized my worries** when she said, " "*sorry about that but did you believe that's the amount For wants you to send and that why you did that mistake but not too worry God will refund it ×10 for you if you believe."*
This led me into thinking as well., hmmm ***are banks using my money first to some other things before sending it to my account? Don't I deserve to review as well and approve why on earth it will take them 3-5 business days? Why so many delays?***

Highly appreciated for not spamming my post. Merci Beaucoup. ***Asking for prayers as well to be included in your intention/petition for my father's fast and steady recovery. Even his attending physician mentioned during our video call, regardless how effective the medicines he's taking, for without FAITH our life on earth is nothing and PRAYERS can really move mountains.***
How Bitcoin Cash Changed my Mindset on Financial Abundance while Living Overseas
Winning in the game of life entails "foxy focus" on your goal, likewise claiming that you already won, is a good winning mindset. Overseas opportunities were considered an end goal for some people. It seemed that the moment, they landed a promising job abroad, success was the next big thing. Success in a sense that they bought a house, a car and anything money could buy.
People from my country always have a penchant for working seven seas apart from the Philippines and Martha, a friend from Portugal once said, "*living abroad is costly and it's almost the same as how you are thriving in your respective country, the difference may be the weather or the climate as well as the culture."*
Job's Fair bound for the Middle East, US, Canada, New Zealand, United Kingdom, and China were among the top-rated countries people from my country applied for. Skilled and professional workers were given vast opportunities abroad based on their qualifications and credentials. I was deployed in the *Middle East* although my first choice was Bangkok or Japan as my friends were already working there. However, the plan was not always working the way I wanted yet opted to work bound for Doha. I did not have any relatives in the country. I was literally on my own apart from the other **Kababayans* I worked with.
https://giphy.com/gifs/valpo-govalpo-valpoexperience-2eKb7kk7NEaVbWn3u8
God's protection was always on my side even when I decided to settle here in Seychelles. It may sound so easy but the journey was quite topsy-turvy not to mention it was rough like the sea. Anyhow it was a learning curve I always put in my mind that "***winning the game of working seven seas apart from my country is a matter of proper mindset*** yet the first 6 months were hilariously insane and adapting to the weather, with a roasting heat, the food, the culture, the sandstorm, and most of all the people from all walks of life were among the challenges I dealt with likewise the biggest endeavour was my ***financial journe***y on top of it all. The idea of spending because I earned was never my cup of tea instead I opted to invest my hard earned money (solely fiat at that time) unlike how my colleagues spent it into a value depreciating assets.
Lo and behold *Bitcoin Cash* Changed my mindset towards financial abundance while I am here in Seychelles due to its vast potential to uplift one's financial status either by hodling or using it on a daily basis. The bullish price of BCH which passed $1000k as its strong resistance gave me more security buying and putting in a vehicle which could gain potentially for a long term goal.
As per the blog of @georgedonnelly, on *Bitcoin Cash Unofficial RoadMap for 2021,* he highlighted more on the priority of Mass Adoption to bring more people in the ecosystem and experience how peer-to-peer transaction can create great impact to humanity. The emerging full potential of blockchain or cryptocurrency on this matter is a threat to the government but if the world will start using it as their mode of payment, it would save more lives, eliminate poverty and people are more empowered due to its nature of controlling one's money more than fiat can do. Moreover it is not affected by inflation rate. https://bitcoincash.site/blog/unofficial-bitcoin-cash-roadmap-2021/
I was happy with my profit on ***fiat*** yet when I saw how the golden opportunity of cryptocurrency brings more bounty and the plethora of prosperity, at the same time when I saw the uptrend growth on my portfolio even from the tips I also received from Noisecash, I was amazed and more determined to study further, to spread more awareness on Bitcoin Cash because of its fast, cheaper, secured and reliable characteristics with 75% are cash transactions that other cryptocurrencies don't have, likewise, at the end of the day, it's not just about fiat vs. crypto instead we could have the ***best of both worlds***. I thought my goal of financial freedom and abundance can only be attained once I would invest solely in *equities, bonds, and even mutual funds*. Having my financial advisor, I felt secured somehow in the future however upon doing my due diligence and research more into how Bitcoin Cash can bring more economic freedom to the world and more libertarian, at once I knew that it is a gateway towards financial abundance. https://noise.cash/u/PatJules83 https://txstreet.com/v/bch-btc
https://txstreet.com/v/bch-btc
***Abundance does not merely entail money per se yet it also offers stability, likewise what was so empowering using BCH was being able to print my "gifts"*** *and shared it to my social media accounts. The very first time when I did it, momentarily a friend received the amount directly on her bitcoin.com wallet,* ***the more I felt the need to print more. If it's possible with Bitcoin Cash, then how come other cryptocurrency won't do just the same?*** Should more and more people adopting it, likewise printing more scannable codes, I am pretty sure the world will never suffer inflation much more economic instability just like how other countries were experiencing. The people must be given fair share of wealth because we all deserved it.
https://lbry.tv/@PatSky2783:4/BitcoinCashprintOuts:d
Hence, reading and watching on Odysee how Bitcoin Cash changed the lives of so many people all over the world especially the *Fiat End Game of Hayden Otto* where hyperinflation rate was killing the people of Venezuela due to its economic instability, still the ***lifeline of the locals and ex-pats living in the country is the utility of cryptocurrency*** and hailed Petro as their country's coin, in broader perspective, it saved so many people, likewise peer to peer electronic cash transaction is the way to solve this financial crisis on top of its *MASS ADOPTION**. How exciting that in* *Antigua* *, where an image of Roger Ver posted together with Ana and a colleague, promoting Bitcoin Cash in the island, gave more Antiguans a chance to experience borderless payment option hence empowering the people to be more abreast on how digital money is the key towards financial abundance and stability, remember the five magic words of Andrew Henderson, a nomad capitalist when he said, "****Go where you're treated best!"*** https://lbry.tv/@BitcoinBCH:6/the-fiat-endgame:3 https://www.dw.com/en/venezuelans-try-to-beat-hyperinflation-with-cryptocurrency-revolution/a-57219083, https://bitcoincash.site/blog/unofficial-bitcoin-cash-roadmap-2021/

Proper Education on Bitcoin Cash is the Key towards Financial Abundance and Stability
At the outset, most of my friends were like, "*what the heck is BCH*?" and then now when I've shown them my bitcoin.com wallet, they're like, "*what the heck??!!* with eyes wide open while covering their mouths in disbelief hahaha, and I just replied, shrugged, said... "*I told you sooooo! and off I go!*
https://giphy.com/gifs/schittscreek-pop-schitts-creek-l3q2TGUQKaWVGZvH2
The behaviour of most people with whom I had the chance to share about Bitcoin Cash was quite amusing at times. I won't be able to explain in a way that I'm like an alien talking to them in coding, same as how you were teaching algebraic expression to a toddler where it won't make sense. That's how exactly ***96%*** of the market share when they heard about cryptocurrency in general and there were times that I have to pull my trigger so that they could fully grasp what I mean when I said, "***MODE OF PAYMEN***T!" not even considering just yet the transaction fees.
The thing with cryptocurrency even with what Kim Dotcom shared still was in its infancy period due to the *4% market share*, meaning the remaining *96%* still not into it. Quite a number I must say, but I remain optimistic. They were not fully educated at how cryptocurrency worked and this is why it became a threat to the US government's printing power which is the dollar. However for us in the cryptocurrency community, we knew how ***crucial our battle against monopoly***. https://twitter.com/KimDotcom/status/1377440450341076994
I was just watching and internalizing about LBRY/Odysee as well being on the hot seat for becoming the next generation in the area of the tokenized video platform. Such a lame strategy on fault-finding just to check on loopholes. Hearing from the CEO himself, Jeremy Kauffman I can't help but felt so pissed off how controlling and manipulating the empire in its full sense, as he said, "*we were willing to give them a pound of flesh, but they were only interested in our head.”* https://twitter.com/LBRYcom https://twitter.com/jeremykauffman
https://twitter.com/LBRYcom
Anyhow, in terms of control, now that we have educated ourselves on how a peer-to-peer electronic cash system can give us FULL CONTROL of our own money, isn't it empowering and more FREEDOM to have full access to it without the intervention of financial institution? Given the thousands of different cryptocurrencies available in the market today, have you ever tried researching in deep at how such crypto can bring more economic freedom to the world as *Roger Ver* would always say? https://twitter.com/rogerkver
I started with very little knowledge on what cryptocurrency has more potential which serves a purpose to my goal of bringing more control in terms of paying for my online purchases or for my daily transaction needless to say my remittance problem here in Seychelles, and grateful that I have stumbled into Bitcoin Cash. The very main thought of being able to send with less than dollar transaction fees blew me away. I was dumbfounded at how such transactions could be so less and yet not everybody in the world knew about it because they're simply blinded with mere rankings and metrics. At once I knew, Bitcoin Cash was what I have been looking for a cryptocurrency, given its potential of hitting $1,136.60, either holding or using it, I gain, so what more can I say? I was literally rolling over when I woke up today and checked at how Bitcoin Cash hit $1k? my friends were surely jealous of me like how *Hayden Otto's* clip today! Celebration is the call with glass of wine on your side, woots! https://read.cash/@PatsKy8135/the-practicality-of-bitcoin-cash-are-they-just-jealous-with-bch-mass-adoption-ae10d0d7 https://twitter.com/Hayden_Otto
In my group back on Fb where "hyping" to a particular coin had brought some of its investors into the losing end, I can't help but pity them knowing that the volatility of the market was riskier as much as its investments. They're always looking forward to the bull cycle, waiting on corrections after corrections so that the potential of the coin they have invested in would give them more profit, however, they didn't realize that USING such coin for a daily transaction can give them more ROI.
What do I mean by this? by simply using it in our daily lives, the value goes up because of its utility and scalability. Educating myself into investment especially on a long-term goal made me more keen that a certain coin has great usage should it be used daily hence opted to adopt Bitcoin Cash because I can practically make most of its usability regardless of its micro or macro transactions. If you're merely an ***investor***, you would simply buy and hold the coin for more profit if not stake it however if you're a ***merchant***, or into eCommerce, the most practical usage of Bitcoin Cash brings more freedom to transact as it's non-custodial likewise it is not a threat to the government because of its ***mass adoption.***
**Consider it like your breakfast having cereal in the morning with Chocomeal as good partners which if you consumed, taken into account it's health and nutrition value, you would realize how important to have it as part of your meal, hence opted to buy more of and use it on a daily basis.*
https://lbry.tv/@PatSky2783:4/patBfast:6
Should we *****educate***** ourselves more into the Cause of Bitcoin Cash, a revolutionary digital currency, a true peer-to-peer electronic cash system likewise having a *paradigm shift* towards how we see money and what it can do for us is empowering. Having the right mindset as well as educating ourselves into the real essence of crypto to avoid fraction and division, with the use of Bitcoin Cash as a mode of payment accompanied with right education, we can be a catalyst of change for the world, WE CAN CHANGE LIVES for others, remember what John Dewey said, ***Education is not preparation for life; education is life itself.*** https://www.brainyquote.com/quotes/john_dewey_154060?src=t_education
