I am so unhappy right now as I mistakenly deleted the app I use to log into my read.cash account. Now, I can't even find the seed phrase again and this is so unlike me. All the money in that account is gone. I feel so defeated.

If you find the browser back to install, you'd still need the seed phrases when logging in. Did you write it down somewhere at all?
The seed phrase was saved on the browser also. I wrote it somewhere and I can't seem to find it which is why I said I find it strange. So unlike me.
So sorry to hear that. Is that app on another device and logged in? You may still be able to transfer out if so.
I uninstalled the app and I can't even find that app again on Playstore. It's an old crypto tab browser. They only have the new one on Playstore.
