At the end and beginning of a month, I don't know if it is tradition.
Still, here on this platform, everyone usually shares their earnings. It is not a way of bragging or anything; it shows that the platform is valid and we are grateful.
Personally, I love reading these articles because it encourages me to do more and become better than the previous month.
I remember when I started here on readcash, and the first post I read was the monthly summary of another user.
I don't quite remember because it was long ago, but reading gave me the courage to continue writing here.
This was my first time writing, and I didn't even know if people would come read what I wrote, and this filled me with fear of criticism, failure, and disappointment.
I guess that is why most people aren't ready to start anything new, and they stick to their usual ways of doing things.
The fear of criticism and failure is so intense that no one is ever willing to chase something new.
I know so many people that have unique talents and skills that if they choose to utilize them well, they will benefit from it.
But the problem is they are afraid of what people will say if they choose to showcase their talent and if they will actually benefit from it.
Many adults have had great ideas on how to leave their jobs and start their own businesses. Still, when it comes down to actually taking action, they get scared and go back to doing their usual activities.
I know it is not easy to make life-changing decisions like that, but some decisions in life are meant to be tough because those decisions will define how our life would be.
Some people want to start on this platform, but they are afraid of failing and being criticized for their work.
I had some friends who knew about this platform, but the moment they knew they had to be releasing content from their minds, they fled.
When I informed them, the first thing, they told me was, "What if people hate or criticize my work."
How would you improve without criticism?
If you don't receive criticism, you will never become better or improve in what you are doing. Criticism can be harmful or good; it all depends on the people that are giving you feedback.
If you are doing the wrong thing on this platform, people will tell you, and they will try to tell you in the most polite way possible.
Sometimes it is good to receive criticism because it shows that the people around you genuinely want you to improve your work and only want the best for you.
Suppose a person can get rid of the fear of failure and criticism.
In that case, I am sure they would be able to pursue and achieve anything they want because the only thing holding people back is "Fear."
Fear, criticism, and failure these three factors are what make the difference between a successful person and someone who stays the same.
You need to ask yourself:
"Are you going to let your fear consume your talents and skills, or will you take the risk and do things that will help you develop yourself as a person."
"No matter how dark the night is, it will eventually turn to day.
It doesn't matter if they criticize you or if things fail; you can always build yourself back up.
Life should never be stale or boring; I believe life should be filled with failures and accomplishments because all these make life fun and exciting.
"It is a new month, try something new"
Criticism should not be taken with too much seriousness but with love. Don't be discouraged but be focused. Am aligned to your write up. Keep it up.
