The One Who Got Killed Without Justice.
I already told ate @Adrielle1214 about this sk chairman who runs in my barangay when I was still in grade 4.
I know some of us are generous, some of us are kind, some of us have a pure heart, some of us were maattitude masyado. But I know, behind that attitude all of us were still have good hearts. We just can't show it because we already forgot how good the world is despite the life trials, we already got abducted by the water who keep flowing through us because of a problems. But no matter what happened, always don't forget to be good to others. Show kindess, while you're still on earth.
I didn't say show kindess also to the people who don't respect you, but show kindness to show them that even if they were pulling you down, you're still there and manage to get up.
Meet Alex, he is just 34 when he became a chairman in my barangay. He used to be the most kindness chairman and the chairman where you will want to be one of your idols, yes...he used to be that person where he was so good even if you show your bad side to him.
He used to be a multicab driver even if he is a multi-rich millionaire in my brgy. He used to have a big mansion and a many cars that were only staying at his house. I already forgot his full name, but let's call him, Alex: The One Who Got Killed Without Justice.
DISCLAIMER:
This is based on true story, no fiction but I'll just add some stories to make this article longer. Let's find justice, for Alex.
He used to be one of my idols when it comesnto bgry chairman, he have this campaign called, "Ang mayayaman ay para rin sa mahihirap". I still remember going to his campaign when I was in g4, he shares stories and it was makes me smile and giggle. He's a type of chairman where he don't care about his life, whether he's rich or not he wants to work for his own like a multicab driver to buy what he wants.
He really motivated me to be one of a independent person. That's why at the young age I want to learn how to be independent without my parents, and it's because of him.
He said, he don't care about money. What he wants is even if he's rich, he needs to know what's the feeling of being poor.
So nice of him, right?
One of the oldest brgy chairman brag about him, that he's too good and he wants him to be oke of the chairman since Alex was still young and have many opportunities to reach. They knew that alex will not reject their offer because they also knew that alex want to be a chairman so that he can be a big help to my brgy.
When he became a chairman, everything's changed. We celebrate some kind of fiesta where everyone was really happy and contented. There's a lot of boofle fight in the road. And there's also a jealous one who wants to bring him down.
Whenever when it's fiesta at Calinog, everyone was so excited because it was only 3am but the brgy hall was so noisy. I live near at brgy hall, like it was only 1 house away from my house so I literally can't sleep that time because I put my whole night reading wattpad.
That time, the fiesta was very different the long road were full of boodle fight, and there's a lot of table to drink, every corner of the house has a table to share and to drink. There's no any war happened, it was the chillest history of the Calinog fiesta that happens year ago. But when he died, every fiesta there are many drunk people who stab each other. Not until the pandemic hits, and the happy fiesta disappear.
So what happened?
Tragic night appears, the fiesta here was December 8 and he died on December 10. It was two days after of the Calinog Fiesta.
Going back to grade 4, there's a lot of trees and tall grass here also sugar cane everywhere. That's why it was scary to go out at night and go everywhere because you didn't know when the death will be on your side.
What the story is, he didn't come home and his family start worrying since he was always at home before 11pm. When it's 5pm, everything here was already close including the market, that's how the life at province works.
After 3 days of looking to him, he was found at the middle of high grass where the morgue was located right now. Someone saw his body that's chopped already and they also saw the axe that used in the crime scene. When they found who's finger print it was instead of sending him to jail, most of the elected at the brgy chaiman used to be one and cover him.
This man called Noy, he was also known as one of the brgy officials who wants to be a chaiman. And worst of all, he's the best friend of alex. Their house was next to our house, and when it happens they said Noy was also with them whole night but hey, there's a story where it became different from the real scene.
When they tried to interview his 7 yearold daughter, he's daughter told one of the officer that one night hisbfather came home with a lot of blood on its tshirt. So what's the big deal? The officer who asked the child cover it and didn't put his father inside the jail.
His family were begging for justice, even if the finger print shows it was Noy, but most of the running chairmans said Noy was them when the crime happened.
How blind the laws? How blind the justice?
I was still a kid back then, and that's the onky thing I knew. All I know is, they didn't caught who's the murderer, who killed Alex and who was on the finger print.
It was 10 years already, but whenever it was coming up to my mind, I don't feel anything but disappointment, how come they let the criminal ran away when it's already at their front?
Why having justice is really unfair? Why having them need to be unfair?
I am not against the police, because I know now everyone where like them. But I am disappointed on how they were manage to let the suspect ran even if the 7 yearold child can't lie?.
Everything is complicated, yes it is. Because until now, the justice hadn't been served.
Author's Note:
Sometimes, life is really complicated. I mean, it's been 10 years now. If the case begin to open reoperate, do you think the justice can be served?

Napaka panget talaga ng justice system sa Pilipinas. Kaya isa to sa dahilan kung bat against ako sa death penalty, most of the time hindi lahat ng criminal nahahatulan. Mga mahihirap lang na walang abogado at walang kapit sa batas yung napepenalize
