No Woman Deserves This
Toni Gonzaga has done it again, another interview that melted my heart and made me write this article. I am referring to the interview with Zeinab which she posted on her YouTube channel.
I have watched Zeinab Harake’s vlogs before, it was way before she met the father of her daughter. She was a bubbly girl and although I like her personality, I have stopped watching her videos for personal reasons.
But I have seen a lot of comments about her love life on how she had split up with this Ex Battalion singer and said foul words about him but after a few months, they were back again.
Then a day ago, I saw that Toni Gonzaga posted this interview that I decided to watch it and I didn’t expect to cry a river while watching the video, I cried many many times, I can’t remember how many times I tried to wipe away the tears in my eyes not because I was watching a teleserye but I was asking God to give her a counselor, I was praying that she’ll have a personal encounter with Jesus after all the things that she had gone through.
Let me tell you guys, if you don’t want to get angry with the father of her daughter, don’t watch the video but if you want to know the context, you may watch it with your own discretion.
I don’t want to really judge the guy, after all, we all are flawed and sinners. I just want to point out that no woman deserves what she went through.
The highlight of the video was when she told Toni G. that the guy decided to cheat because of how her body had changed and her reason was that she choose to be a wife, a mother, and that’s why she look like that.
What she was pointing out was how her body had changed after giving birth. If you are a mother, you’d know what she meant. Growing a baby in our belly for nine months, getting all those pregnancy fats, and even after giving birth, of the needed calories for breastfeeding and all.
It is undeniably true that a woman’s body will surely change, it will expand, the breasts will engorge and this results to so many stretch marks, the tummy getting flabby and all.
She didn’t want that to happen to her body, of course, she didn’t intentionally make it that way, it was not her choice, it’s just that it happens spontaneously and giving birth, there are so many things going on in a mother’s brain, the hormone changes and several emotional baggage in the mother.
I am sorry she fell in love with a guy who is only looking at the body and no love at all even after having a family. Real love as what the cliche says will accept despite of anything. Zeinab wanted hard to really fix their family but it is just right for her to stop fighting when there’s no point in fighting anymore.
She fought it all out and I don’t want to even talk about how she lost their second child due to all the stress she had to go through.
Watching her during the interview makes me want to hug her. She was strong in fact but she said she has no other option but be strong for herself and her baby girl.
What I learn from her is that it isn't bad to forgive someone and give him second chances just as she did.
But there's a bigger reason why she had to experience this, we may not see it right now, but sooner or later, we will see the silver lining.
She might have developed this pain in her heart that she plans to keep to make her numb but surely, God has a reason. Perhaps in the future, she'll meet someone who'll give her the appreciation, the admiration that every woman deserves. That after all that had happened, she'll be happy with someone who'll never leave her, someone who'll accept her and love her wholeheartedly.
No woman deserves to be cheated, and it goes the other way around as well, we all wanted to be loved because it is love that had made us. I pray for her healing.

It is incredible how much a human being can suffer because of others. I don't know if this has to do with self-esteem, lack of decision making. Maybe destiny has something wonderful in store for you and you will be able to know true love.
