When he accepted the promotion, Danniel was confident that he would be able to cope with the greater responsibilities that come with having a new job. However, after spending a month in his new job, he wondered if he might have made the wrong decision.Managing ten subordinates is in itself a full-time job. In addition, he was responsible for preparing a new marketing plan and overseeing a huge budget and was a member of several working groups. It was easy for Danilo to fulfill all his obligations, he was getting more and more tired. He hadn't eaten a decent meal for several days. It was usual for him to leave the office at 20.00. Daniel would like to be able to fix the situation, but he doesn't know what to work .

It can be the cause of personal conflicts at work, stress can exacerbate those negative feelings or make the situation worse because small problems seem like huge difficulties and disrupt the functioning of the whole team.

Daniel is young now and he thinks he will be able to cope with his obligations at work. Of course he can make more money but the stress he survives on a daily basis may at some point may come to pay. As he gets older, he will feel the consequences of this stress. My advice to Daniel would be to try to do his job with much less emotion and to spare himself unnecessary stress.

When you are not satisfied in any field of life, it is reflected in everything else. Hardly anyone can leave work in front of the house and transform into another person.

It is happiness to do a job that is in line with our abilities and potentials, which does not provoke frequent defensive and stressful reactions in us.

when you are lucky enough to do what you love there is little chance that anything will cause stress at work. It is probable that this man "struggled" with a job he doesn't really like, all in order to be able to rank in a better position.

When you love your job, you do not notice that you are staying overtime, otherwise often a person due to other obligations, then overtime work does not suit him.

Maybe he thought that he could do all that and the desire for a better position at work brought him problems in his private life ...

One has to love what one does, it is possible that Daniel did not like his job and that led to stress which reflected on his private life.

That's right, I worked 14 or more hours at work, but I loved that job and it wasn't hard for me to work.

Apparently Daniel had too many responsibilities and a lot of business responsibility was on him. That's why he had stress at work ...
