New habits formed.

Hello my dear lovely family. what's up guys. How are your New Year's Day going? I really hope so well. I would like to thank read cash again in this new year.The best gift of 2021 was the read cash of my life. Love you read cash, love you BCH.

It is very difficult to make a habit. Everyone tours how to make a habit.I want to say a scientific way through which we can build new habits.

just remember 3 R.

that's remainder, routine, reward.

the first one remainder.

I must do something new. If no one reminds us, then we forget it.I do one thing now, it reminds us too, in that case we can come and hurry up.When we plan to do something, I will run two kilometers every morning.But there is no one to remind us and so we forget.The work we do is routine.And the reward we get after working is the reward.Suppose a calling bell rings at your door.The calling bell is a reminder.Anyone coming to the door.What you do now is go to the door, open the door and see who has come.If this is the reward, sometimes you open the door and see if you have a good friend, or a good relative.Do you notice that these are the three things that can be used to form a habit?

We can set auto reminder to do whatever we are doing.tie up with an existing habit.For example, you would brush your teeth in the morning and not eat rice in the afternoon.As the doctor prescribes medicine to you, that is how food becomes your habit.It tells the doctor nicely, that you have to take the medicine after lunch, then you take it properly.Just like brushing your teeth in the morning, think I'll do this for five minutes. Then you can meditate.This is the reminder that will remind you that after this work, this work must be done.Add it again with the previous habit.Just remember that I will do this new job later.

When you do the work, the work is not done because it is very difficult.The new habit has a problem that its target is too big and so we get scared.As I get up in the morning I will run two kilometers and you will not want to get up in the morning for fear of this.You make the first task very small.make the starting easy.As my goal is not to run two kilometers, I will just wake up in the morning and come back from the field next door.Why, because going up to the field is an easy task.But if you go to the field, you have to run the remaining two kilometers.Remember that getting started is the hardest part.Once we start, the rest of the work becomes easy.

finally the reward.

When we do something and don't get rewarded for it then we don't like it. Not so.So if someone doesn't reward you, you reward yourself.If someone does not give a reward, then you reward yourself.When you see that you have started a job, there is a lot of trouble, but when you think, then I will get a good reward. Then you will see that your job will be easier.

These are our three most important things.

There is a work that you do every day, who adds to this new habit.Then you will get an auto reminder.Make it so easy at the beginning of the work that you will start, so that you can do it very quickly.Most people don't start it hard. But once you start, it will be easier.

With these three things you can follow, then new habits will be formed. So remember 3R.

Each of us has good and bad habits. We can change these habits if we wish. And with good habits we can add some more good habits, if we want. All we need is a little will power.

My special way of reminding my self of certain things until it becomes a habit is by writing it on my computer sticky note and placing it permanently on desktop screen. That way I'd get to see it every time.

I appreciate the 3R concept, it works for me.
