Hello everyone. I would like to wish everyone a Happy New Year. How are you all. I hope you are all very well. Hope you enjoy the first few days of the new year.My day is passing like mine.

Today I will tell you some techniques to do a lot of work.Learn to work smartly without working like a donkey, it will bring success in your life soon.I will try to say something about that, maybe you will like it.

Do the hard work, with the smart work.

Our parents, teachers, and everyone else tells us that we have to work hard to be successful in life.Whenever we grow up we have to listen around and do smart work as well as hardware.Then we get confused. What is that smart watch, and what is hardware.There is a small difference between hard work and smart work.And this difference is made by those who are rejected from any work.Whether I succeed or fail depends on what kind of work we are doing.I am told that if we do not know how to work hard, then smart work is meaningless.It also seems to be hard-working without a smart work.I will try to talk about this topic today.

In fact, the way the two work here is a little different.Like when we do hard work, we focus on just one thing.Think about how a job can be done in one way or another.

On the other hand, how to make a job in multiple work is smart work.Think about how to achieve that goal in multiple ways.In one way, it is a part of the smart work that is a thing that can be done in different ways.I think about how to do it well.

We work hard to understand how,We start working without any plan.And when we do smart work, we plan nicely first.Then we start working.

On the other hand, when we work hard, we do it with a lot of dedication.I work very hard.But we do not see the result of this work.

But those who work smart, they may not work with so much dedication.Works in a very simple way and in a very casual way.Gives very small input to work.But their work has a lot of efficiency.Gives them much better output.

This can be seen in some of the defense hard work and smart work.What kind of work we do then our future depends a lot.It is said that you can do hot work but if you do not work smart with it then you have to work all your life.There is a basic difference between hardware and smart work.

when we are working hard we do it with a lot of dedication. And that puts a lot of pressure on our brain.Lots of mental stress.

On the other hand, when we are doing smart work, since we are doing it in a casual way, there is less pressure on our brain.Here we are always thinking how to get a job done in a short time.

Let me give you a small example.

A company that used to produce soap.One day they get a complaint from a customer.The customer who calls them says that he has bought a lot of boxes, but there is no soap in that soap box.This complaint seems shocking to the company.That is why such a big mistake has been made by them.The manager of this company calls some of their employees.What is the problem to discuss.And they tell their engineer to build a machine that will let them know which box has soap and which doesn't.Engineers spend a lot of money building a machine in such a way that people can understand if a machine has an empty box inside.A beautiful idea. But I can still see some things here.Lots of money has been invested here. Lots of time has been invested here.Then there is a need for a man who will always stand and check, which box is full and which box is empty.That is why we have to invest a lot here.We want to see such machines in different countries starting from the airport.I see such machines at the security checking point.This is a really nice idea.This is exactly what another company does in a short time.This machine combines an extra fan so that the fan can blow up an empty box.

Then this time you must understand the difference between hard work and smart work.Of course there is the value of hard work but the value of smart work is much more than that.Sometimes we work very hard for the wrong thing.But we need to understand how important the work we are doing is to us.It should also be remembered that smart work does not come without hard work.
