A Lie Has No Legs
Do you tell lies because they sound better and makes a way for you too flee away from something? Yes, I'm asking you my friend. Do you lie that way? I do not know the answer. Perhaps we all have done that, right? Maybe to make someone feel better or for just fun. But have you ever thought the consequences after that lie? What can be the outcome of that lie? Maybe you haven’t. Well, the problem starts with the very next moment when you deliver a slight hope with that lie. It provokes, inspires someone for something which they are not supposed to have. But a simple lie opens a forbidden door to them. I'm not telling that you are pushing them to something very bad but who knows, maybe your slightest lie can make a huge impact on someone. No lie should be spoken my friend because it is a sin. And no sin has ever done good for anyone.
A lie has no legs dear. It can make many of it. It will spread it’s unknown and uncountable legs which will spread more problems around us. If you are student of Biology, you may have heard about Ameoba, often called as ameboid. The speciality of the cell is it can take any shape. Lies are like that ameboid. It will turn into anything. It harms us and drives the crazy part of us which leads us to lie more and more. It never stops in one specific place like a truth. Let me explain more.
We lie to hide something from others. It is a normal human nature. People lie when they do something wrong or to impress someone. To hide the truth, we wrap it a lie. But we all know the power of truth. It prevails in the end. So to stay away from getting caught, we add more lies, more false things. It feels like we are wrapping it with more falsehood. It never ends untill the second chance is created to dump it forever. That's how it makes the empire of lie.
We lie from a simplified ways to make things interesting to hide a horrific error. We lie for one reason and then it starts becoming interesting. We feel like it’s an art. We continue it and ache it perfectly. A good liar is an artist of it’s genre. Don't accept my words before judging some facts. Here they are:
Lie to hide
Probably, it is the main thing that all human beings do. To hide a specific incident, we lie. Common things here in human civilization. Not only we are doing this but our ancient ones did that too. Not to mention that our future generation will do that too.
Lie to impress
Mostly suits on the lovers. The lovers lie to each other to impress the opposition. To get extra advantage, to get rid of extra affairs, to impress, the love guys lie. And how? Some impossible pledges are done, keep swearing on dead people or Almighty, totally denying some true facts. Oh dear! I cannot even explain how much lie are there in a single relationship! Now I'm thinking to make an extra article on this topic.
Lie to grab opportunity
Definitely, we all had done that. Maybe a little lie but in the end, we all are guilty. Just for example, one of your colleague may lie to your boss to grab extra facilities and gain power for the next project. He/she may lie about an unauthorized situation and then sanction it.
Lie to live peacefully
Ok, the mostly seen lies in human world. We want to live peacefully and stay out of the radar of any problems. That's why we lie from others in spite of knowing the actual truth. We just don't want to be the next sufferer and we negotiate the truth with lie. Life remains safe but in the end, we are accountable to for the wrong deeds.
I don’t know why you people lie. Maybe for those reasons or something else. But it shouldn’t be spoken. We all know this and teach our children. Better we should be speaking the truth. It will not only bring the inner peace but also reduce our sins. Stop telling lie as it has no legs.

Lying will not bring anything good. It may help in an instant but the effects will be short-lived. We should always tell the truth, even when it hurts.
