Weekend starts now! Although i don't have a class for today i woke up early, i think thats my body clock already. How about you guys? What you doin? And how are you gonna spend your weekend?

This morning i will going to finish the saved draft of mine. This is my entry to maam @JonicaBradley 's prompt nature. As what I've always say better late than never :)

Nature can be define as :

the elements of the natural world, as mountains, trees, animals, or rivers:natural scenery.

As human how nature is important to us? Do you have ways or did you do something to protect it? Do you appreciate the benefits that we get from it? Are you thankful with it? Or you didn't care at all?

Nature is a natural phenomena of physical world as defined by the first definition. It manifest without human input. Examples of nature are:trees, animals and mountains.

Benefits that nature give to us :

• Reduces our stress. Yes nature help us to relieve stress by seeing the beauty of it you'll able to forget the things that make you stress. Upon hearing the bird sing it makes us relax.

Last year, the pandemic started and we're lockdown in our house. Everytime i have a problem or i overthink about different things. I climb to our roof to breathe and have a fresh air. We have big tree here beside our house.

• Divert our attention. When we overthink we tend to think negatively, we think about the things that we can't control. Planting save us in boredom during lockdown specially my father, their work stop to operate and he need to stay at home for almost 4 months. I know its hard for him because we need to budget tightly so that the money that their company gave will fit to us till he go back to his work again. My father are enjoying planting these plants and when we saw it growing happiness shows in his face and we feel it. He even talk to his plant. I discovered the other side of my father, i didn't think he'll love planting.

• Provide food to us. Yes, nature help us to survive everyday.

• It awaken our innermost feelings of happiness and peace. While taking a walk, enjoying the view of nature we feel relax and joy comes from within. Have you experience strolling by the beach on sunny morning? What did you feel? Walking around the wide garden where there are different flowers, trees and animals? How does it feel? It energize us isn't it decreasing the negative energy in our body.

Those are few of the benefits that nature give to us. There are lots of it but i don't want to make this long. I know others will or have tackle those.

Thinking others doesn't give importance to nature saddened me.

Did you know that if we didn't give care to nature, it will give harm to us? Flood, landslide, erosion that are some example of the effect of not taking care of it.

This is what happened if people continue to cut all the trees we called it deforestation

In order to save mother nature we should give importance to it by planting new seeds that serve as return to those cut trees.

And for the second definition it defined nature as characteristics of a person or a thing.

We people inherent something from our parents be it on physical or attitude. Our nature defines who we are and dictates how we act.

As for me i am a cry baby, I mean I easily cry over things can't help it thats my nature. I don't want to buy expensive things im "kuripot"(stingy) but only to myself. Im generous to others if i have thats my nature. Helping other who i see struggling.

Our nature describe who we are. But choose to have a good nature always.

If we take care of our nature it gives us lot of benefits. Nature doesn't need us to exist but we need nature to survive so please give importance to it.
