During this period, I think that I am the one who needs to invest more in myself and strengthen my confidence in my abilities. I was reading about the topic and watching some motivational videos every time I face a lot of pressure and think I canβt bear it, so I decided to share some of these things with you, perhaps giving you energy, confidence, and ability to face the vicissitudes of life.
1- take care of your look
