This has been completely over emphasized over some couple of months now when we see some unusual changes and it’s either a country accepts it or let go and while some still don’t have a deciding factor yet and it in a ‘maybe’ side of things. They can try to shut it down, well good luck but it’s going to be tough to as many who tries and still trying. You hear a lot of speculations saying bitcoin’s going to be banned and a lot of countries probably working together to make that happen but here’s why it’s going to be tough..
Definitely it’s going to be an effort, but its basically you shutting down the the internet and shutting down what has developed far more than human access and I don’t see why and how a country would continue on that trail or path or stopping everyone who has a portfolio into the system from continuity..
It will always bounce back and cause a lot of problems on the government themselves and the citizens. My country as an example, this was a huge struggle few months back in 2021 and we actually didn’t see the signs but the drift.. there was a limit to every user and a threat from dealing with the new king system, but after few delegations it went back to how it was although everyone is still at the mercy of the government body. There was a new condition of certain usage conditions and it was a big huddle form the bizarre public zone..
Now taking about these different aspects of being able to ban bitcoin and cryptocurrency, you could do it and like the whole the process of shutting down is so impossible and even dumb. A restriction can be placed on the processes of an interchange or cross sale or every other transaction base usage, rather than moving ahead of the dangers which is putting a stop to it.. Truly it’s not just Nigeria, not just America, not just China, not just India but every where that has the node location, it’s just every where and so hard to pull off..
The exchange stopped in some countries and every time that happens it causes a void or vacuum, you really can’t stop people of this age and time we would always find several ways to get into the game just like everyone’s been trying to survive.. there are ways around these things, just recently we where forced out of using the popular social media platform ‘twitter’ and the next best alternative was using a VPN and we still had a good chance to stay connected even much more than before. I know it’s very easy to just screw everything up by putting 70-90% tax on the profits and aggressively pursue tax evaders and more like the contraband’s, but I know one thing about banning and when it’s been enforced people will want it more and prices will shoot up..
If I came after you and your family and you give out roughly 50 percent of what you earned so far and it goes directly to the government to do whatever they want with it, maybe we should prepare ourselves and this could be the beginning of an ending. But reiterating back to the importance of this same digital coin to the economy, it’s vast but when government cease the opportunity to control everything and anything the country owns then the public leave in hiding or be forced in fear to give up years of hard work.
Why Is Crypto Regulations Doomed To Fail?”
Government could ban the use of bitcoin even if they can’t take over the system at the technological level, people could keep using bitcoin in that scenario, of course. But it will be like dealing drugs and most people don’t want to deal drugs even if it’s profitable because the dare consequences of being caught outweigh the profit for most of it.
That said, I’m a crypto enthusiast and I believe in it’s medium term growth and potentially a long term success if it’s not banned or constrained by regulations. I prefer to burst the speculations and keep holding the little I can make out of it, things can’t go all out over night it’s still going to take a gradual process. Fingers crossed, I’m believing the new year will change perspective and turn the negative patterns into a solid positive view that all countries of the world see this light..
Adaptation of the cryptocurrency as the main chain of doing a lot within and outside the country become a thing of joy. This is starting to look brighter and I’ve conquered the thoughts you had for some time now, and even though it looks worse now nothing can be altered within the space of the crypto world..
Moving on into the new year, what to expect and what not…
If I was asked these questions, I will seek for a proper understanding of what the benefits are and then what has been achieved over the years.. Loosing this opportunity just to have full access to the country’s attention will it solve anything or will it create a void?” But then I wouldn’t have a say but be very optimistic and ready to take on any change..
I believe I have navigated through the counter purpose of this write up and able to bring a false to that lead write up that says Government can shut down everything.. No they can’t and it’s never possible to do that..
