To create an account on Blurt there is 2 option. One is to get it FREE if you have sponsor that will pay 10 BLURT to create new account, under their main account. Don't worry after they turn it over to you, they will not have access to it, as long you will change your password.
The other option is, you will pay $3 for new account with starter pack. I guess there is inclusion of BLURT coin for you to start to engage.
Edit: If you already got your account make sure to save your password. Never ever forget that.
The difference of read.cash and noise.cash to Blurt.blog is, every action you made you will cost BLURT coin. So expect if someone will sponsor you, they will include it with BLURT coin for you to start. Use it to post a good content and interact to get more influence.
