Leaders with accountability
Good day guys, how are you doing today. I trust that you're having a great day. How has work been.
Let's do a review of yesterday's article.
Any leader that wants to be successful needs to be emotionally intelligent. They need to be able to relate to where the other person is coming from, no matter how much they disagree with them. When you show empathy to people you lead, thiswill contribute significantly to positive workplace culture and increase their enthusiasm to work. Everyone likes when they're understood. A good leader knows this and uses this to his advantage.
One of the ways empathy is shown is being willing and available to really listen to what someone is saying. You don’t really need to agree with them, instead you just try to see things from their own point of view. And immediately you understand where they are coming from, both of you can now begin to work on a solution to solve the differences.
Leaders who show empathy are able to build better relationships with their workers, which leads to a better experience at work and increased productivity. It is known that employees that are appreciated and understood are more likely to be productive than those who are not. If you want to be a good leader, you must work on your empathy skills.
Creating a positive workplace atmosphere is very essential for any business, and any leader who can show empathy is the type of leader needed to make that happen.
Special thanks to my sponsors both old and the ones planning to, subscribers both old and those that will subscribe now, also thanks to those who thumbs up and comment on my post, I really appreciate all of you, I do not take it for granted.
Leaders that are accountable are much better than those that are not. This is because they are willing to take responsibility for their actions and make sure that they do not mess up. When a leader is not accountable, he can do whatever he wants and there is no one who can stop him. This can lead to disaster.
Many people view accountability as a negative thing, but it is actually a good thing. Leaders must be accountable to their superiors and to the people they lead. This keeps them from making mistakes and keeps them on the right track.
When a leader is not accountable, it can lead to disaster. He can make decisions without considering the consequences. He can also act without regard for others. This can lead to chaos and confusion.
A good leader must be accountable to those above him and to those he leads. This ensures that he makes good decisions and does not cause harm to others.
As a leader, you are responsible to those that you lead as well as those that are above you in the hierarchy. This includes being answerable to the people you are leading as well as those that have authority over you. A good leader must be able to take feedback and corrections gracefully in order to continue serving those he leads well. Accountability is key to a healthy leadership structure.
