Good day guys, how are you doing today? I trust that you're having a great day. Let's quickly do a recap of yesterday's article.

Every leader should be a continuous learner. To be counted an effective and efficient leader, that person must engage in continuous learning. A person dies the moment he stops learning.

Nobody can claim to know it all. A good leader should be able to continue learning everyday so that he'll be able to lead well. If you're a leader, you should always be looking for different ways you can improve yourself. It may involve you reading on new leadership strategies or attending seminars and workshops, you must ensure you keep learning. There are plenty ways to keep learning. The main thing is for you to never stop. Staying ahead of those you lead is important for every leader, and the best way to ensure this is by continuous learning.

Every leader must always looking for ways to improve and become more effectiveni leading people. You should also open yourself up to learning about new technologies and how to use them. You must always be willing to learn and grow and as long as you are learning, you will remain relevant.

Leaders must also be continuous learners because nobody knows it all. There is always something new to learn. Leaders must be able to take in new information and apply it to their lives. If you are not constantly learning, you will not be a good leader.

A good leader must have the habit of learning, so that he'll be able to lead well. A good leader must look for new opportunities to learn. The goal is that your knowledge is being expanded so that you will be able to make the best decisions for your team.

A leader should be able to questions

A leader must ask questions. He must be able to ask questions from leaders above him. A leader must not assume on matters he's not clear about. He must be inquisitive.

Questions provide answers, which can give birth to more questions or provide information useful to the leader.

A good leader is someone that down feel less of himself because he asks questions.

Leadership is acquired trait in my opinion, your point regarding question is quite valid. Although solutions may not always come from question yet having clear cut problem is helpful

From my own point of view a leaderay pretend to know everything, but this is not true, he can't know all. A good leader should be ready to humble themselves to know exactly when to accept the fact that they are not too big to learn and keep growing. As a leader, continuous hunger for knowledge should be found in them because what they seem they know today might be differnt tomorrow.

A person who claims to know it all is not teachable and will not learn :) A leader who asks questions because he doesn't really know the answer to it is admirable. But if he asks common sense questions, that's a different story hehe

Good leaders should not behave like they know it all when they actually know nothing. Leaders who ask questions should not feel they are not up to the task.

Leaders that don't ask questions and assume to know everything are worst. Another funny thing, some isn't because they feel less of themselves, but the fact that some claiming to be leaders feel way too proud to ask questions.
