Leaders must avoid wearing out themselves and their followers.
Good afternoon guys, how are you doing today? I trust that you're having a great day. Let's have a review of yesterday's article.
One of the important parts a leader should practice is being able to delegate your authority to others that is your subordinates. If you plan toeffectively lead a team and get things done, you need to learn to delegate authority. No leaders can do everything by themselves. They should be able to rely on their team members to help to achieve the organization's goals. This can only be achieved effortlessly by delegating authority to people who can lead under them, who can then mobilize and motivate others to work because they have the ability to also lead. When the leader does this, he is able to focus on the bigger task of coordinating them and other task that requires his attention. Delegation of authority is very key to having effective leadership.
A leader can only be as effective the people he leads are. To be effective, a leader must distribute tasks to the people under him. By doing this,he will mobilize and motivate others to work towards the attainment of organizational goals and even bring out the leadership quality in others. Leadership does not mean that one man will be trying to do the work of ten people rather it is one man coordinating ten people to work together to achieve a common goal.
Effective leadership is seen when you're able to get others to work towards achieving common goals. To do this effectively, a leader must be able to trust the leaders under him. This gives the people freedom to express themselves and even motivate others to work towards the goals of the team.

A leader and its team should work together as one. We can only do so much and we can't do it all. Division of labor should be done in such a way that the team should be working like well-oiled machine. Delegate tasks to people who can do it efficiently.
