Judgment finished: Ready for sentencing
May 29, 2022. No. 258
The trial of Johnny Depp and Amber Heard has concluded and is ready for sentencing by the jury. Next Tuesday they will meet again to deliberate and reach a conclusion. For now, opinions are divided.
The whole world has seen the trial and has entered the private lives of these two actors. Heard published an article a few years ago where she talked about domestic abuse that she would have suffered from his current ex-partner. Obviously, she didn't have to mention the name, so that the whole world would think it was Depp. So Depp lost contracts and a lot of money due to these accusations, and even Disney did not call him back for the Pirates of the Caribbean movie, the sixth part, causing him millionaire losses and shattering the hope of us as viewers to see Cap. Jack Sparrow is back in action on the big screen.
It is clear to me that Depp was not the abuser. After watching the entire trial for months, it can be realized that the psychopath was Heard. All the evidence was against her, audio and photos. Nothing was ever shown against Johnny Depp. Even Heard's own testicles indicated that she was the violent one and that she had hit Depp on many occasions. They either testified to that or debunked the constant lies Heard told in court.
Everything was trial was constant proof that Depp was telling the truth and that Heard was the abuser. Even when Heard went to testify, you could see that he was lying. She couldn't even cry, trying to do it, but without crying at any time. Is she such a bad actress?
Many people still believe that she is the victim, even after hearing and seeing all the evidence. This results because the woman always has to be the victim. Society does not understand nor is it prepared to assimilate that the abuser was her and not him. If at any time they had shown us proof or audio of what was shown, saying that Depp was the one who was abusing Heard, immediately the case would have been closed and we would be throwing Depp into the fire. But since the evidence is against a woman, more is needed, and pity her. This is what is happening today.
I just hope that justice is served and the jury is not fooled into ruling in favor of Depp. It is unfortunate for women who actually suffer from domestic violence, that Heard is making a business of it and taking it so lightly when it is an issue that can never be let go of.
Depp's lawyer ends today by saying: "Either you believe everything to Heard or you believe nothing." Evident after so many lies that have been found to her in a full trial, would you believe anything she says?
We have to wait until Tuesday, to see if in the end, they agree and we have a verdict. For now, this novel does not end.
People are now aware of the truth. Equality as it's finest. Justice for JD.
