Things that progressively get me upset
It's been increasingly difficult for me to come up with an article recently, yet inspiration always comes from surprising places, and then I write an article. School stress is unavoidable, and that's what I'm experiencing right now, despite my best efforts to avoid everything that might cause me stress this yea

There are a few things that have been bothering me recently and that I've attempted to ignore but it seems I can't, which are:
1. NOISE
I used to be able to ignore people making noise around me, but I've suddenly lost that superpower; they now start making noise when I have something essential to accomplish, which greatly irritates me, and sometimes all I can do is evacuate the place where the disturbance is.
Currently, the hostel i stay is close to a building that is under renovation, and every day they work with machines that make a noise, which keeps me awake most of the time. When the workers aren't working, they play music through their speaker systems, which is very loud, and we've tried to persuade them to turn it down, but they don't listen.
2. SKIN REACTION
Because of the skin irritation bumps that appear after coming in contact, my skin is quite sensitive, and I try to live with it. Being very receptive, I struggle with it because, I normally wear long sleeves to avoid getting into contact with another person's skin or any dirty textures.
It's gotten to the point that it irritates me every time, and it's one of the main reasons I stopped participating in sporting activities as a kid (though I still sneak out every now and then to play football), but it doesn't happen all the time, unlike now when even a bruise can be so itchy....
3. SLEEPLESS NIGHT
I currently have an assigned task to complete, which is project paperwork involving the total taking off of a three storey structure from foundation to finish, which I must submit according to the task list and schedule.
Unfortunately, I have no idea what to do, which is quite aggravating. I've done my hardest to fully comprehend the foundation portion of the project, but it's been difficult because this is the first time I've been on such a journey.
Basically, the assignment is the reason I've been having sleepless nights recently, but I've found someone to help me with it, and I'm confident I'll be done by next week.
4. HAVING TO DECIDE WHAT TO EAT FOR DINNER
This may be the easiest thing in the world to do for some people, but I find it tough to make meal decisions, and I generally end up consuming snacks or junk foods, which are clearly detrimental for my health.
These are the activities that progressively get me upset recently

Life is too short to waste time worrying about what you can and can't accomplish; simply do it, and if you can't, gain knowledge how to do it since you're either helping or hindering yourself.

I have also lost the power of being able to tune out noise and concentrate on what I am doing, these days when I am working on something and I hear noise around me, I tend to focus on the noise π.
