BCH utility awareness is growing globally-Step back from its price to see the bigger picture

The price of BCH has been in a downward spiral since its return to the global spotlight. The coin has lost more than half its value since the start of 2019, with no signs of a bottom in sight. But the current bear market has masked the bigger picture, which is the growing awareness of bitcoin cash as a digital currency in the mainstream. The digital currency has been making headlines as it moves to the center of the crypto-verse.

Back in January, I wrote about how the bear market, which was causing a lot of pain to crypto traders and enthusiasts, was also creating some excellent opportunities for people to learn and discover the potential of Bitcoin Cash (BCH). Since then, I’ve written a couple of articles to help educate people about what BCH is and how it’s being used in the world today. I’ve also been helping to promote awareness of BCH utility among people in a variety of ways, including through social media and through the writing of articles such as this one. I’ve been excited to see the interest in BCH growing so much during this bear market.

I’m excited to see the continued interest in Bitcoin Cash as more people learn about it. The price of BCH has already decreased a lot since it hit a high of over $1,700 in the middle of last year, but it’s important to step back and see the bigger picture. BCH is still a widely used digital currency, and it’s continuing to gain more mainstream adoption. This is leading to increased awareness and interest in the coin, which is exciting news for those of us in the community.

The Bitcoin Cash network has been used in a variety of ways for years, from being used as a store of value for businesses to being used as a form of digital cash. More recently, Bitcoin Cash has become a common form of digital currency for both businesses and consumers (though these use cases vary by country).

Places, where Bitcoin Cash has been mostly adopted in recent times, include e-commerce platforms such as Touriga science and, of course, online gaming. Bitcoin Cash is used to purchase games on sites like Keys4Coins, as well as to purchase goods on sites such as Indiegogo. It can also be used to buy items on several mainstream online shops.

In addition to the use cases mentioned above, there are more innovative ways in which Bitcoin Cash is being used in the world today. BCH currency has been adopted as a payment method for online videos, including on YouTube. This feature was added to the BCH platform Gaze.cash late last year.

Using Bitcoin Cash as a payment method for video steaming is a great example of how BCH can be used in innovative ways. As bitcoin cash has gained traction in the mainstream, more merchants have begun adopting BCH as a form of payment for goods and services. Having the ability to use the BCH blockchain as a digital currency was the most requested feature in 2018. Bitcoin cash has also gained traction as a form of payment for the online poker industry. A number of major poker sites have already begun taking bitcoin cash as a form of payment.

I’m looking forward to seeing the growth of BCH in the future. There are so many people around the world who still don’t know what BCH is, and that’s still the case today. Having this focus on BCH on sites such as Touriga science, Gaze.cash, and Keys4Coins is a great way to bring even more people into the fold of the cryptocurrency movement.

I’m also excited to see BCH being used to help out the charity community. Over the last couple of years, Bitcoin Cash has been used to raise money for the charity Water Project initiated by @Maxdevalue.BCH. The Water Project’s goal is to help bring clean water and safe sanitation to his local community.

Currently, a flip starter for a Bitcoin Cash multipurpose farm is still being worked on, which should have its funding deadline at the end of this month. I’m hopeful that this project will successfully raise the required funds to meet the purpose of the campaign. You can read more about this campaign in a recent article written by @Pantera.

This is an exciting time for Bitcoin Cash enthusiasts around the world and good enough to step back from looking at the price of BCH and focus on its utility. As awareness of this technology continues to grow, more people will start exploring the many possible uses of BCH and I believe that we will start seeing more innovative uses being introduced.

Bottom line

Bitcoin Cash is growing in popularity and legitimacy. I believe that it is well on its way to becoming one of the world’s dominant cryptocurrencies and, more importantly, this potential is already being realized with the development of new innovative uses for this digital currency.

Without taking a step back from the market price of BCH we will not be able to see the bigger picture of where Bitcoin Cash is going. I look forward to many new developments and innovations that will be introduced by this community.
