Disclaimer: I just narrate how my vaccination journey happened, anything written here was from my experiences and I don't intend to encourage or discouraged anyone about vaccination. This is just blogging about my experience and nothing more. To know more about the vaccination process and its adverse effects, please DYOR!
I know there is a lot of conspiracy issues about the Covid-19 vaccination but for the sake of safety and avoid too many restrictions when we travel I go for it, as I am planning to go home to our province later on. Without a vaccination card, you'll be obligated to have a swab test and 14 days quarantine before you enter the province, but if you're already vaccinated you'll get through immediately.
Some speculations that vaccinated people will have negative effects after 2 years and beyond, that they'll be zombified. It's just speculation, so if you're scared to be vaccinated you should do a lot of research before you decide to have it or not.
My Vaccination Story
Source: noise.cash post
Two weeks ago, I filled up online to have a vaccination schedule. The pre-registration was successful, I also received the code that my application is for validation. It's been two weeks but they didn't text me to have my schedule.
My inlaw instructed me to get a barangay certificate that I was an online seller, which means I belong to the A4 category that I am self-employed.
My father-in-law chatted to me that there's a vaccination schedule for the A4 category at the Mall, so I hurriedly went.
I felt so relaxed after getting my priority number. This was on the ground floor line, I thought I'll have my vaccination right away without thinking the line is up to the 5th floor. Gosh!
This was on the 4th floor I thought I was near the vaccination facilities, I felt relieved but damn I still have to endure falling in line.
Finally, I got the form and my vaccine brand was SINOVAC. I thought I was near for real, it was an epic because I have to fall in line again after filling up the form.
The facilitator even asked for proof that I was an online seller, so I have to scan my Facebook first. They asked for a Facebook page, good thing I made one before when I was still an online seller or else I'll be doomed as they won't let you fill-upfill upon without proof after falling in line from the ground floor to the 4th floor.
After how many cycles of lines I was called after my documents were encoded. I went straight to interview about allergies and if I have direct contact with covid-19 patients. Then the last part was to get to the cinema for the vaccination.
Then I got the injection already! Yay hooray. Big girls don't cry after injections lol. After giving my vaccination card and some instructions for the 2nd dose I went to the next room.
This was funny, I had a photo bomber. I waited for 30 minutes for monitoring. They'll monitor if the vaccine has some bad effects on you.
While waiting for the personnel who will assess and collect my data, we watched videos on the screen. They were singing about covid-19 happenings.
Closing Thoughts
I thought I'll be done with my vaccination right away I went to the mall at noon, I got out in there at exactly 5 PM. Imagine I fall in line for almost 5 hours. It was an exhausting day, as I was walked in. Maybe if I had confirmation from the online application it would be faster than the walk-in process.
But it was fine, I am now vaccinated my second dose will be on September 16. I'll just go there earlier so I'll be done earlier too.
Welcome to Zombie Apocalypse for real. This is just a sarcasm joke, don't take it seriously.
I won't suggest you get a vaccine just have your own will and preferences in life.
Thank you for reading!
