Food and Drinks that I need to let go

First and foremost, I just wanted to say hi and hello to everyone I am here again trying to write something I know it is too late now as much as I want to write 1 article a day but then I don't know what happened with me that my mind is out of nowhere to be found we're still on the second day of the month but then I am now struggling to find a topic to be written.

So let's talk about the topic that I am going to share at this moment in time it's all about food and drinks that I like but as much as possible, I want to avoid now.

Drinks

1. Coffee

Coffee is truly I love to drink it every morning sometimes it's okay for me not to eat breakfast as long as I drink coffee with bread or something that I could eat together in it. I know it's hard to let go of this as I used to drink in it when I am here in the middle east. Why did I decide to let go of not drinking this I noticed that it's hard for me to sleep, and so I hope I can able to avoid coffee.

2. Soda/sofdrinks

I am not a fan of soda but still, I want to eliminate this because I want to live a healthy lifestyle char.

Speaking of a healthy lifestyle I want to try to drink these 3 ingredients

Lemon, cinnamon stick, and ginger

I accidentally saw on Tiktok that these 3 ingredients are good when you want to try to lose weight, you just need to boil it, and after that set-aside to be cool and that's it you can drink it every day as it is safe for these are all organic and good thing is upon checking it is available here in the kitchen, and quickly I take 1 lemon, cinnamon stick, and ginger I put in the pot I add 2 glass of water then I open the gas stove and low fire and wait to boil and after boiled it already then I sip a little and the taste was good because I can smell the mixed aroma of the 3 ingredients and I love it.

Food

We all know that food is life without food we die but at least we need to eat fairly because a few days ago I've always seen mukbang videos in which they eat a lot like there is no tomorrow they do not care about their health because of most of them eaters with unhealthy food. Others could tell that at least if they die they eat whatever they wanted to and that is their way of thinking.

On my side, since I am in a middle east country I had a lot of foods that I missed like fish, while here we only eat most of the time chicken as my employer doesn't want to eat fish and meat.

But for now, probably the foods that I want to avoid are chicken, nakakasawa na talaga.

My thoughts,

I wanted to try to eat vegetables and I hope I can do this as I didn't like to eat this before but now since we're not getting any younger we need to take good care of our health, as they said if you love your family then we should love ourselves too by not abusing it because eating without limit can be harmful to our health also.

That's all for me today my read .cash fam supposedly I wanted to publish it yesterday but I became busy because I and madam were going outside and I did not bring my mobile every time we go outside.

Since today is already June 03, and this is the second article that was supposed to be published yesterday and so I want to cover up my writing I hope I can write 1 more today in the evening because I want my goals to be real.

Sa akoa dae, bisan once a day lang ang kape. Di jud kompleto akong adlaw kung walay kape. Black coffee with or without sugar Ang ako lang imnon. Pass ko sa mga 3in1

Fortunately, I am not drinking coffee anymore sis, but I do have herbal coffee but 100% no caffeine. No to softdrinks napud ko, peru gainom pa ko ug mga juices hehehe...

About sa food, I prefer vegetables than meat but still I do eat fish. Meat occasionally lang jud.
