It was days ago when I have posted an article about a business plan. Today, another part is published. It has a little bit different format as the first one, but I hope that you will gain knowledge with it.
I woke up early today so I just post it now. Maybe, I could post another one in the evening. Anyhow, let's get started.

Cashier
Count money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change.
Manage transactions with customers using cash registers.
Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies.
Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information.
Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets.
Job Specification:
A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
Skilled Multi-tasker with solid math skills.
Good Communication skill.
Cook
Prepare awesome meals for our customers.
Weigh, measure, mix and prep ingredients according to recipes.
Check food and ingredients for freshness.
Ensure that kitchen area, equipment and utensils are cleaned.
Work well under pressure and within the time limit.
Job Specification:
Culinary school 2–4-year degree or foreign equivalency preferred.
Prior experience in related food and beverage service and food preparation positions.
Good working knowledge of accepted sanitation standards and health codes.
Drink maker
Planning drink menus and informing customers about new beverages and specials.
Selecting and mixing ingredients, garnishing glasses, and serving beverages to customers.
Adhering to all food safety and quality regulations.
Handling cash, credit, and debit card transactions, ensuring charges are accurate and returning correct change to patrons, balancing the cash register.
Job Specification:
Additional education, training, certificates, or experience may be required.
Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Positive, engaging personality, and professional appearance.
Strong task and time management abilities.

Businesses indeed play a big role in our economy. Without any business, an economy may not grow. Taxes most come from them. Without it, where are we going to get enough funds? Where are we going to buy products? So basically, it is very important.
Doing activities like this is not only a requirement in school, it also help every student to have an idea about the real scenario in the world of business.
