Do you have any subjects related to business? If yes, you might have been given a project about making a business plan.

For today, I will share something about one part of it and that is the job description.

Without further ado, pleas proceed in the next lines.

Chief Executive Officer

  • Formulating and implementing the strategic plan that guides the direction of the business or organization.

  • Evaluating the success of the business or organization in reaching its goals

  • Creating, communicating, and implementing the organization's vision, mission, and overall direction

  • Leading the development and implementation of the overall business or organization's strategy

  • Overseeing the complete operation of an organization in accordance with the direction established in the strategic plans

Job Specification:

  • Bachelor’s degree or master's degree in a relevant discipline or MBA.

  • Experience in a senior management position.

  • Ability to build consensus and relationships among executives, partners, and the workforce.

  • Ability to work under pressure, plan personal workload effectively, and delegate.

  • Proven negotiation skills.

Chief Financial Officer

  • Control and evaluate the organization’s fundraising plans and capital structure

  • Drive the company’s financial planning

  • Perform risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments

  • Deciding on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks

  • Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports.

Job Specification:

  • Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills

  • Excellent communication and people skills

  • Ability to strategize and solve problems

  • BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance or relevant field; MSc/MBA.

Chief Operating Officer

  • Working together with key participants to compile the budget.

  • Driving the company’s operating capabilities to surpass customer satisfaction and retention, and company goals.

  • Controlling company costs, and introducing tactical initiatives to address theft and other losses.

  • Assessing and implementing improved processes and new technologies, and collaborating with management regarding the implementation of these improvements.

  • Delegating responsibilities to ensure staff members grow as capable participants.

Job Specification:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration.

  • 5 years of experience managing a complex enterprise's human resources, finances, operations, and strategies.

  • Proven track record of outstanding performance in a previous complex enterprise.

  • Outstanding verbal and written skills, and experience working with staff on all levels.

  • Proven track record of managing complex budgets successfully.

Final Thoughts

Businesses play a big role in the economy. Without it, an economy may not grow. Doing activities like this is not only a requirement in school, it also help every student to have an idea about the real scenario in the world of business.
