As I said yesterday I expect to see an 18K BTC soon, the inflation numbers that are coming out today being one of the bigger reasons. I do not see the inflation end, or slow down. The money is printed by the fools in charge. The idea was to make use it to fight the pandemic, now itยดs time to clean up that mess. And we all now that cleaning up after a party is tiresome and takes a lot of time.

Support levels are so fragile atm, it does not take much to brake them. Still I was amazed to see that Bitcoin price spiked below the USD 19,500 support zone, but the downsides were limited and so far is only down 2% in a week while the dollar is this strong and inflation numbers are coming out today. Even ETH stayed above the USD 1,000 support zone and recovered to USD 1,070. I expected bigger drops after last week's pump #crypto

As expected BTC dropped below 19K , as inflation has not been this high since 1981. Come Monday we can expect another 75 points rate hike. Still BTC came back above 19K pretty quickly which makes me think ๐ค that investors are done with inflation. Damn, It looks like I was bloody wrong..... I so expected to see the drop that started last night to continue. But instead market is taking huge steps up. Is this the first relief rally, can I expect to still see 19K in the next 2-3 weeks? For now I am still bearish and I would say YES. The market is not yet stable so a little push goes a long way, but this upward trend is a clear sign that crypto is detaching from other markets and heading its own course again.

And I think we will remain there for a while as the FED is bound to raise interest again this week. Yes, the inflation is stagnating but according to the FED playbook.....interest needs to be equal or higher than the inflation.....and we are not there not even close. So I expect some reds till Thursday and from Thursday onwards we might see some better crypto weather. #crypto

From 22.8 to 21.8 and now to 20.8 and I expect that trend to continue at least one more day. Support is hardly there so going below 20K prior to the FED meeting would not surprise me at all. What would surprise me is if we would see a similar pump Wednesday after the FED meeting as we saw when the inflation numbers were released? I think we might justโฆ

Market has been pretty flat since this mornings dump, there should be a strong support at 20K so letยดs see if that is going to be tested before I wake up tomorrow morning. It must be this trend is clear and will not stop until we see a reaction to the next FED rate Hike. Stocks are also down as Walmart disclosed a lower forecast, but I mean itยดs hard to believe that the crypto market really cares about Walmart....I mean Walmart??

Glad I am not the only one that sees this double top as a bull trap. The problem is that there is no real demand. Dont ask me why, but this baby remains bearish for now. Not sure who's buying, but it feels like too early for a new inflow. Yes, ETH will bring some crypto tourists, but the current run-up, is designed to sell at a better price before the next leg down.
