Potato zrazy with minced meat in the pan.
"Zrazy"- is simple, familiar to many people and very tasty.
So there are lots of them!
Quantity! I suggest to make zrazy on a frying pan. This is a great dish to make zrazy incredibly tasty. Stuffing ...can be anything you like. Many I loved it!
Potato rissoles are a tasty and filling dish. They can be filled with meat, fish or minced vegetables - whatever you like. Today I offer a recipe for pan-fried potato filling. If you like potatoes at home, be sure to make this dish!
To make the pan-fried potato filling snacks you will need:
-500 g peeled potatoes
-1 egg
-1 tbsp flour (for mashed potatoes) + for mashing
-salt to taste
-30 g butter.
For the filling
-200 g minced meat
-1 onion
-Salt and ground black pepper to taste
-oil for frying.
Boil the peeled potatoes in salted water until tender (this will take 20-25 minutes from the start of cooking). Then drain the water and add the butter.
Mash the potatoes with the butter. Leave to cool completely.
Stir in the egg and flour.
For the filling, fry the diced onion in vegetable oil over a medium heat until golden and add the filling. Stir.
Fry the minced meat over a medium heat, stirring until cooked through (about 10-15 minutes), season with salt and pepper. Allow to cool slightly.
Shape the potato mixture into a small ball and place on a floured surface. Place 2 tablespoons of the filling in the middle of the focaccia, pressing gently on the edges of the focaccia to get the filling inside.
Roll the crushed potato slices in flour on all sides. Shape all the potato ravioli in the same way.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the zrazy potatoes on both sides over a low heat until they are golden in colour.
Place the potato ravioli on a plate and serve. If necessary, drizzle with mushroom sauce. I hope you enjoy the appetising and delicious potato cakes with minced potatoes prepared according to this recipe!
