Great thanks to those that viewed, tipped, and commented on my last article. You guys are darlings, I appreciate the prayers because I saw the manifestation in my life and the love also is well appreciated, and nonetheless, the tips.

With God's love, I have gotten better with strict instruction from the medical personnel not to engage in any strenuous activity. Let's pray together I listen and follow the instructions given lol...

Mum is the word! .. We all have come in contact with the word Mum... Although the dictionary has different meanings for words given so as you know.

The word Mum does mean a female person who has begot a being..and we gladly call our mothers mum for short or mom.

But in this scenario, we are not looking at the female meaning but at other meanings, it entails.

Mum is the word that implies keeping mute, Shut it, zip it like zipper zipper yeah 🤐 , don't say it, keep it, bury it in, don't disclose, name it confidential, make it unknown, take it existence to Pluto..zip..zip..zip it

Like in different scenarios where a secret is being shared or there was a word heard that was told not to be told to others.

It means you have to keep mute on whatever is being said even when you were eager to have it known to a friend.

How can mum be contained?

Self-control answers the question of this, when we learn the act of controlling our emotions, words, and actions, it becomes easier to keep mute on some matters.

Many times we might be faced with challenges that might push us to the brink of ' letting the cat out of the bag ' but the act of self-control draws us back and make us realize our mistakes.

A journalist was once asked where he got information from, even with a gun up to his head and still, he kept mum.

He didn't say a word to keep his client and families safe.

The people tortured him and used all kinds of techniques on him but still, he kept mum. He was later saved and his act of mumness(maybe not a word but please add it to my dictionary, yea..😅😅) was emulated. He was known to be a hero people looked up to.

When secrets are been shared with us by friends, colleagues, or families many of us tend to forget the Mum word.

We will go around telling others thereby making the person the talk of the town. What was said to us by the person may be an act they wish to stop or what hurts them the most and they confided in you by pouring out their words and so because someone else met you for something else you refer to the person by calling the person name. This act is inhumane and shouldn't be condoned.

Mum is the word, respect people and do not use their words against them.

What mum doesn't allow.

Don't say what a person tells you even when they tell yours to others.

Respect people's secrets even when you fight and use words against each other.

Don't tell other people a friend's secrets even when you no longer talk to one another.

When colleagues meet up with you for things that another colleague already told you of, do not disclose what the person told you to either of them, feign innocence.

Have control of your words when there's silence and when words moved freely from others.

Learn to observe and control your speeches anywhere you find yourself.

Do not backstab your friends.

Respect people's privacy and

Mum is the word!

Mum's word, what can it do?

It has done a lot and still does more when the rules are followed.

People respect you and will be willing to keep their secrets with you.

It'll make you a lifesaver, you disagree?

Let's see it this way, let's assume someone is with a chronic disease and the person feels sad but when the person met you and told you of their predicaments, you didn't mock them, you instead advised them and encourage them.

Imagine the person's joy when they found the words weren't spread, and they weren't mocked.

People will look up to you.

You'll be deeply appreciated by close friends and they'll be proud they found a rare gem like you.

Obey the mum's rules and leave a fulfilling life with family and friends.

Bring people closer don't tear them apart!
