Adam's Simple Birthday Celebration Blog #148 February 03, 2022 Today is the most awaited day for my youngest because this is his special day. He turns 6 years old as of the moment and as soon as he woke up in the morning, he feels so excited. Excited because of the foods that are about to be prepared on the table especially the cake that is sponsored by my close virtual friend. Actually, since last week, Adam and his siblings are already counting on how many days will pass before this special occasion of their youngest. Last night, my partner and I were talking about what to prepare today for our little man. At the end of our conversation, we agreed to just have spaghetti for today because we don't have much budget and that we need to spend our money wisely. So in the morning at around 8 AM, my partner went out to buy the spaghetti ingredients. But I was wondering why he hadn't come home yet after an hour. So as soon as he arrived, I asked him why he was late and he told me that he met a friend who offered a job which is setting the 300 tiles at the Marawi town. He was so happy for having a new work so, the supposed to be 1 kilo of pasta now became three kilos.

This is what he bought, 2 can of angel kremdensada, 3 kilos of fiesta pasta, 2 packs of chicken hotdog, 1 Eden Cheese, and 2 packs of sweet spaghetti sauce but I just cooked 1 kilo for Adam's birthday.

This is the spaghetti that I cooked during our lunch. The 1/2 of it was already eaten and the remaining is for our snack. ****Adam's Simple Birthday Celebration**** Since before, every child of ours who celebrated his/her birthday has only had a simple celebration. It's either we cook chicken adobo/roasted chicken and pansit bihon or we just have simple food prepared on the table and we ate all together. Today as we celebrate Adam's birthday, I am so much thankful to @Jeansapphire39 for Adam's cake. The kids are so happy when they see their father holding the cake.

These are the pictures we took before slicing the cake. The pictures are a little bit blurred because they are kept on moving and smiling at each other. Seems they can't wait to have a taste of the cake. Sis @Jeansapphire39, I take a video of Adam saying thanks to you but he is so shy that his voice can hardly be heard on the video but I still send it to you later. Thank you sis for making the kids happy. I hope God will shower more blessings on you. You're such a great friend to me.

These are the brownies that his father bought for him. Right now, they just ate three pieces on every brownie because they ate first the cake. We consume half of the cake already and the rest will be kept so we will have food to eat when morning comes.
