What It Really Means To Be Happy `Happiness is an inside job. Don’t assign anyone else that much power over your life.” ~Mandy Hale` In everyone wants to be happy, but not many people contemplate whether or not they really are. Some of us feel too privileged to not be happy, while others don’t want to face the possibility that we might not be. Here are nine truths about happiness to help us think a little more deeply about what it really means. *1. It isn’t a feeling; it’s a relationship to life.* To be human means that we experience a range of emotions. If you were to look at a grid and see a line in the shape of a wave it would be an accurate representation of the human experience. We shouldn’t be operating as an even, straight line. That’s what I’d call a robot or someone numbed out. Human beings experience emotions in response to life circumstances. That means sometimes you’re going to feel happy, sad, and all the other emotions in between. Embrace it. True happiness is not a state; it’s the way we relate to our lives. If we’re rooted in unconditional love for ourselves, the world around us transforms. We have the ability to express gratitude for all experiences in life. We’re able to sit with difficult emotions without denying ourselves love. We’re able to be with ourselves and with the world in a way that shapes our overall perception of our lives to one of love and gratitude. This is the path to happiness. *2. It requires a willingness to know the truth.* I once felt guilty for not being happy. I felt like I had no right not to be happy. After all, I was born into a loving family, I was fed, I was loved, and I was educated. I had so much more than so many people on this planet. And then I woke up the truth that I was, in fact, not happy, and to deny that didn’t change the truth. I realized that my relationship to myself was the source of my unhappiness. I lived under the illusion that I loved myself by avoiding contemplating whether or not I did. I was able to see that I couldn’t actually be happy until I learned to love myself as I am. We have to wake up to our own underlying truths. Anything you’re lying to yourself about is holding you back from true happiness. *3. You have to be willing to feel pain.* True happiness isn’t the expression of happy chemicals floating through our brains. True happiness comes from the willingness to face ourselves. Only through some of my most painful experiences have I come to live in true happiness. When I was willing to sit in the despair of my lost love, when I was willing to face the truth that I had become numb from feeling, and when I did the difficult work of healing I came out the other side. Sometimes I felt lighter, but always with a deeper understanding of who I am. *4. It has nothing to do with whether or not people like you.* Doesn’t it feel great when people like you? It’s like the high school experience I always dreamed of. As I got older and more comfortable with myself, I seemed to attract amazing people into my life. I loved them and they loved me. And then someone slipped through the cracks, and I experienced someone not liking me again. It stings, right? No one likes not being liked. But it also wasn’t my problem. As long as you’re good with who you are deep down and as long as you’re facing yourself each day, it’s not your problem if someone else doesn’t like you. It’s their problem, because more often than not people are reflecting their relationship to themselves. When someone doesn’t like you it doesn’t threaten your happiness. Your happiness is yours. It’s your relationship to yourself and your own life. What another person thinks about you can sting, but it doesn’t have to change how you feel about yourself. *5. It’s what most people are pretending to be.* Comparing yourself to anyone else is not only futile but also irrelevant. Your concern should be to uncover your own truth and live according to that. When you try to be like someone else, you are trying to live according to what you think it means to be happy like them. And the unfortunate truth is that most people are pretending to be happy. They may gloat about their successes or perceived achievements. But true happiness is a vibration that is undeniable and needs no proving. *6. You can’t look for it anywhere outside of yourself.* You will never find true happiness if you take out a flashlight and start searching. There is not one single thing outside of ourselves this will cultivate true happiness. Nothing. Not another human being whether it be a partner, parent, or child. The only place true happiness can emerge from is through the self. We can experience moments of joy and bliss in relationship to other human beings, but true happiness is a result of your connection to your own truth. Once you’ve awakened to that, all of your relationships will be more vibrant. *7. It’s what babies see when they look in the mirror.* I have six younger siblings. Years ago, I remember my three year old sister looking at herself in the mirror. When I asked her if she thought she was beautiful, her eyes lit up as she looked at herself, and without a doubt, without hesitation, she said yes. Children are not yet tainted by the judgments of our world. They see that beauty is not physical, that it’s an essence. They look at themselves without judgment. It’s the same relationship to self we now have to cultivate. We have to learn to let go of the judgments of others in order to see the truth of who we are: that we are, in fact, that same beautiful baby. *8. You can’t buy it, drink it, or recycle it.* True happiness is not a book you can read, lipstick you can wear, or act you can do. It’s almost ineffable. It’s most definitely not any of the things our culture has attempted to brainwash us into believing it is. It’s something you have to discover for yourself. It’s something you have to be willing to work hard to uncover. A good place to start would be to let go of all of the ideas that things and ideas are what will bring you to true happiness. *9. True happiness reveals itself through love*. In our moments of great deliberation we have two choices: love or fear. Love is not often the easy choice. Love can challenge us. It can make us feel uneasy. Love can actually elicit deep pain. Fear is the easy escape route. It’s the choice to express anger instead of vulnerability. It’s the choice to hide instead of face the pain. It’s the decision to push someone away instead of embrace them. True happiness will always be at arm’s distance when you choose fear. Choosing love, especially when it’s difficult, is the path to accessing true happiness. True happiness is an unwavering connection to your own truth. It’s is a connection to the soul, to the deepest part of ourselves that screams out for us to listen. You always have the choice to align yourself with it because your soul is always communicating with you. It’s happening now as you read this. Are you listening. Thanks for Reading.📖📖

our Society Is Upside Down. Hello everyone, good afternoon And happy weekend... I don't know what this our society is turning into mostly here in north state, this afternoon when going to the market to buy some food stuff, I saw a person on the ground. At first, I thought it was a mentally sick person but decide to cross look a bit. I was shocked when I saw he was a well dressed man. He was sick and he fell down. I look at him very well and saw he was well dressed like a normal decent handsome man. He manage to crawl as he was unable to stand up because he was hill and didn't have enough strength He needed help but no one was willing or ready to come and help him. I stopped and walk a bit closer in shock. I realize he has been there for how long, only God knows. I look at the road side, I saw cars passing by. I look at the other sides, I saw people doing their business and some pass him by, but no one cares about this fallen man. I look all around me, and look at the sky. I asked myself, what type of devilish society is this? shocked, A society that is upside down. Who post me from birth come this country? *****THE MESSAGE.***** Many of you think I am crazy because you are not normal. What you consider normal is abnormal for me. Your society is upside down and your society has turn you upside down. You failed to understand that, God is love, and in every living creature He has set this faculty of love, but especially in man. It is therefore nothing but right that the Almighty God who has given us life and reason and love itself should receive His due tribute of love. His desire is to all He has created should be love personified. And if its given love be not rightly used, and if we do not with all our heart and soul and mind and strength love our fellow humans, then that love falls from its high state and becomes selfishness. This arises disaster both for ourselves and for other creatures of God This is why I said, many of us, despite your money and status, your mindset upside down. Everyone who lives on this earth has set goals and objectives. Some of them set their life principles on pleasure. Others set it on wealth or fame. All these will not receive the fullest satisfaction in life. Only those who have set their life principles to love both God and man will have fulfilment in this life. Thanks for Reading 📖📖

Why You Should Be Choosy About Who To Settle Down With This is going to be fun. My points are basic so you might know them already.Relationships are wonderful when we choose right. When people are like 'he isn't my type, I just don't think she's right for me.' You are always quick to talk them down and categorize them into being picky.I will advise you to be picky. It is the best chance you have in getting it right. Come on, I can pick what to eat, pick what to wear, reject some things others enjoy but I can't do the same with a partner? A life partner?! When a guy comes, friends might advise you to just take him. He's doing well for himself, he has a nice life, he's a cool guy. What more are you looking for? Lol. For real? What more are you looking for? Are those enough really? If you choose someone because they are nice, I don't know what to say to you....Or if you choose a guy because he is funny. Haha. A funny guy might make you cry. Your home might be boring. Maybe he's just funny to the world and that was how you met him. But a guy that brings laughter to the home, who makes everyday count, who is a friend. No one else has to know. He doesn't have to be a comedian before he makes you laugh. I can't tell you how to choose. But I can tell you some of your choosing points have expiration dates.. I mean the slim frame, the flat tummy, the arse, the vacations and the treats. It will not always be there. So, you might choose for a bigger picture. A bigger frame. You could still be so choosy and end up with the wrong person. These things don't come with manuals. Food comparison keeps getting in my head so forgive me. Let's say you don't like YAM. Many people would be amazed. They would be surprised.. It's only a few of us who don't. If you try it out and keep forcing it in, you might end up wanting more. We all had meals we rejected in the past but can't do without now. But let's say you kept rejecting it, you kept reaffirming it, you bring everyone up to date. 'I DON'T LIKE YAM!' Then, you won't get served with YAM! You've filtered out the negatives. So, being choosy has more to do with you than who you are choosing. You raise yourself, you nurture your mind, you grow, you read, you are up to date. You reject what you don't like. It's easy. You let the world know what you are like, then you get to see the mirror. You don't sit down so lazily everyday and expect to be chosen by a career-minded person. No one sticks around with a loser. The job, however, doesn't end when you meet your chosen choice. And to be choosy, you have to be a price yourself. Note: There are many factors that help us to choose right. God, love and comfort. It depends on how you are wired although you need them. It isn't just a game of instincts or luck. Good luck figuring it out. Thanks for Reading 📖📖

5 Ways To Handle Sibling conflict Good afternoon 🌞 everyone, and have a blessed day ahead., today I write on a topic tilted : `The 5 Ways To Handle Sibling conflict` The likelihood that you have had to handle sibling rivalry and fights is high. Even the most harmonious sibling relationships may have periods of disagreement and friction from time to time. However, with a bit of foresight and patience, it is possible to build a far more serene family with more sibling harmony. It is possible to significantly reduce fighting and rivalry between siblings if a strong sibling link is created early on and youngsters are taught how to resolve conflicts. Here are some ways to handle sibling rivalry. ***1. Listen*** The majority of youngsters get upset and emotional during a conflict. So, please pay attention to your children's emotions and acknowledge their concerns. Although children's feelings should not be used to justify poor or violent conduct, they will be more willing to comply if they believe their voices are being heard. If your kid begins to misbehave, remind them that violence will not be condoned and will not be accepted. Inform them that using their own words is the only way to resolve a situation and that you will be there to listen to their concerns. ***2. Provide Youngsters With Tools For Problem-solving*** Utilize conflict as a chance to teach your children how to solve difficulties in the future. This will help you prevent such disagreements in the future. Make an example of how they might compromise, share, or treat a similar problem in a more positive, suitable manner. You could even serve as a point of reference and give them examples of how to handle sibling rivalry. ***3. Punishments Should Be Kept Confidential*** It is best not to make them talk about a disagreement between siblings public if it leads to the necessity for punishment. This might cause a youngster to feel humiliated in front of their siblings, resulting in increased hatred between them. This is the moment to impart knowledge rather than make a formal declaration. Privately punishing your child is an excellent way to handle sibling rivalry. ***4. Call A Family Gathering To Discuss The Situation*** Bring the family together and have a conversation to allow everyone an opportunity to voice what they want to say. It also provides a chance to set home rules that everyone in the family can agree on and obey. These rules should be displayed in a public area such as the kitchen to serve as a constant reminder to every one of their dedication to raising a happy and healthy family. ***5. Treat Children Fairly, Rather Than Equally*** When it comes to parenting, fairness is crucial, but fairness does not necessarily imply equal treatment. It is essential to personalize incentives to meet the specific requirements of your children. For example, you are not required to give... Thanks for Reading 📖📖

My neighbour Wouldn't Let Their Children Go To School Hello everyone, greetings and all thanks to those who create time in reading my write up The children didn't go to school throughout last term and this term again, they've been staying at home. When other kids in the compound have gone to school, this woman kids will remain at home doing nothing. The reason the woman stopped the kids from going to school is because she wants them to leave that part of Kaduna town and move to the developed part of Kaduna or any township part of north state. Invariably, she's using the kids staying at home to protest and punish the husband, maybe? I feel she's punishing the kids and not the husband. The man leaves for work very early in the morning and will not be able to take the kids to school himself. He's not financially capable of relocating at this time but I feel he can plan with his wife and save towards relocating, maybe in a year's time or more but I doubt the wife is taking the best approach. The wife said she's not taking up any job or starting any business until they relocate from that area. So for now, the whole burden is on his husband. Please, what's the best approach to this their family issue. I don't want to take side and go hard on the wife, but, don't feel she's taking the best decision for the kids... Thanks for Reading 📖📖📖

The love I have for Radio Good day and Happy Monday evening. Hello everyone please oo, apart from me, who else Love listening to radio? Seriously my friends and family do tell me I have an old man traits just because I love listening to radio and I'm still in my young age and undecided. I listen to radio on my phone with my earpiece, and I also have a rechargeable radio set. My favorite radio stations are Raypower and wazobia fm. I know most of their radio presenters names, I do call, participate and contribute to any discussions. Some of the presenters recognizes my voice, once I'm lucky and they pick my call (their phone lines are always busy) the presenter would be like cynthia is that you? Next thing they will ring a bell to celebrate me (especially wazobia fm)...we'll all laugh and focus on the discussion. Anytime I'm less busy I'm always on my radio, If we're going to church and my Dad is driving, I must turn on the radio in his car, he will jokingly say you this old man reduce the volume of the radio, Infact he confirmed that I love listening to radio more than him. My brother done tire me self, his room is just opposite my room, he's used to the sound of my radio. If my friends were to describe me to a stranger, listening to radio would be part of their description. There are some news I would first listen to on radio before I come across it here on punch newspaper, I will just be smiling. I commend punch newspaper, they're also trying when it comes to news. Truth be told. it gives me this joy and happiness that I'm contributing to matters arising and Nigerians are listening to me on air wherever they are. Seriously, who else is like that? And when did listening to radio became an old person traits Thanks 😊 for Reading 📖📖📖

My Neighbor's Son Fight With His mother. Good day my dear readers and happy Sunday to you all...hope you guys have a sweet Sunday service,,, My neighbor's son fight with his mother almost every week, they fight in public without shame and people in the our area are tired of settling their fight, what bother most is that their will not separate them instead he will leave this house, have been watching them for how many months now... The son should be 23 years old, and he respect people so much, he greets alot, he can run errands for you without stress. Sometimes he do come to my house to charge his phone whenever I have and they don't have, If I'm about to wash my clothes on weekends he will say bros don't worry I will wash it, before you say jack he's done. Some of my clothes I don't wear anymore I do give him, sometimes I do give him money at least 1k to hold side. He's fond of saying thank you a million times, Infact after a week he will still be saying bros thank you for the other day. People including me, do wonder why this he keeps fight his mother? they throw punches at each other, better Gidigbo....Anytime they fight, they do speak their Hausa language and the boy always repeat one particular statements, and I don't really understand their Language Hausa. So i asked a friend that speak and understand the language, it means "you ruined my life" Normally, I don't like to interfere in people's matter, Infact I'm an introvert, I just have few friends but I see this boy as my younger brother and I'm not happy with the way he fights with his mother, I would like to advice him to stop but I don't want to force him. So please how do I go about it? For the boy to use that statement "you ruined my life“ to his father, something must be wrong. Have try many times to talk to this boy but anytime I called him I found it so difficult to tell him why I called and this is bothering me a lot, and I really want him to change.... Thanks you all for reading...

some Benefits of Raw honey 🍯 ***Hello everyone I'm sorry for not been able to write something yesterday, because of much activity in my primary place of assignments....so this morning I want to share some key benefits of taking honey 🍯...when I mean HONEY, IT'S THE RAW HONEY NOT THE FAKE ONE... So some of the key benefits are below..***.. *1. HONEY TREATS SORE THROAT* Honey mixed in tea or taken on its own is a common household remedy for a sore throat. One study found that honey was even more effective at taming nighttime coughs than common cough suppressants. Other research shows that honey is an effective wound healer, which means it may help speed healing for sore throats. *2. HONEY TREATS STOMACH ULCERS* Because of the composition of raw honey, bacteria cannot survive within its environment. Raw Honey is also known to kill the H. Pylori bacteria, which is the primary cause of peptic ulcers. Recent research shows that honey can be used to treat stomach ulcers. To verify their hypothesis, researchers tested honey on bacteria from the biopsies of gastric ulcers. As a result, the honey inhibited bacterial growth. *3. IMPROVED MEMORY* Honey has the ability to fight stress, restore the cellular antioxidant defense system, and as a consequence, improve memory. Besides, the calcium contained in honey is easily ingested by the brain, which has a beneficial effect on its functioning. *4. LOWERED CHOLESTEROL LEVEL* Honey has no cholesterol at all. Quite the contrary: its constituent components and vitamins contribute to decreasing levels of cholesterol. *5. MAY REDUCE COUGHING IN CHILDREN* Children are prone to upper respiratory tract infections which can cause coughing. Honey is rich in honey, which may help reduce coughing in children. However, it shouldn’t be given to children under one year old due to the risk of botulism. *6. TO BURN FAT* Honey acts as a fuel to make the liver produce glucose. This glucose keeps the brain sugar levels high and forces it to release fat burning hormones. To benefit from the honey diet, simply replace your sugar intake with honey, throughout the day. *7. IMPROVES ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE* Honey is an excellent ergogenic aid and helps in boosting the performance of athletes. It is a great way to maintain blood sugar levels, recuperate muscles, and restore glycogen after a workout, as well as regulate the amount of insulin in the body. *8. RICH IN VITAMINS & MINERALS* It contains a variety of vitamins and minerals. The type of vitamins and minerals and their quantity depends on the type of flowers used for apiculture. Commonly, honey contains vitamin C, calcium, and iron. If you check the vitamin and mineral content in regular sugar from any other source, you will find it completely insignificant. *9. SKIN CARE* Milk and honey are often served together since both of these ingredients help in creating smooth, beautiful skin. Consuming this combination every morning is a common practice in many countries for this very reason. *10. PROMOTES QUALITY SLEEP* The sugar contained in honey increases the level of insulin in the blood, which then releases serotonin. Serotonin is further transformed into melatonin, a hormone that promotes quality sleep. *11. GOOD FOR THE DIGESTIVE SYSTEM* If you suffer from indigestion, incorporating honey into your diet is definitely one way to get your digestive system back in working order as it neutralizes gases and relieves acidity. *IN CONCLUSION* `We're to be very careful in purchasing of Raw honey 🍯 because they are many fake out there in the market, and we should know how to differentiate between the fake and the real honey before buying.. and also there are many benefits which honey have that I didn't mention here....` **THANKS FOR READING...📖📖**

Life Is Truly Short Always Care for Your Loved Ones I woke up this morning and i checked my WhatsApp and I saw a shocking message from my friend and at first, I thought it was a joke and I thought my friend was joking because I was in disbelief, my friend just lost his mom, and this woman is real close me and I dropped my phone and tears started rolling down my eyes. It hurt me so much because I can't imagine what my friend is going through, someone you were with the day before and the next minute they are gone and the worse part is that they are gone forever and there is no coming back. I broke down since morning till now and I could not do anything and even at my PPA I could not function properly, I started getting myself when i called my friend and i noticed that my friend is handling it properly as a man. Till now I still feel bad and I am still in shocked, this made me realize that this life is fragile and I wish people know this because if we did we would treat each other better and with respect. What happened to my friend made me see life differently again and I realized that you need to love and cherish your loved ones and we should live life as if every day would be our last. Love your parents and love your kids and love your husband and wife because when they leave this world there is no coming back, don't get angry at all, just scold them with one hand and love them with the other hand, may the Lord always give us reasons to laugh and be happy and not to cry, amen *****And I concluded with the fact that ....***** Most Important and Needful is for us all to Ensure we have Genuinely Surrendered our lives to the Lordship of JESUS Christ and that we are living for HIM and in obedience to HIS Word. This Is what truly and really Matters. Because Death is not really a big deal, but our Eternal Destination is a Huge big deal. Heaven and Hell are so Real, and No one should Joke with this fact..... Nysc just Remain a Month Hello everyone, greetings.. I'm so grateful to be part of this platform and all thanks to my wonderful friend who introduced me to this platform.. My today write up is all about my feeling now my NYSC YEAR REMAIN JUST A MONTH TO FINISHED, I was a graduate of 2019, but I found myself serving in 2021, after my 3 weeks experience in the camp, I was posted to southern Kaduna for my PPA. All my intention is to serve in town but I found my self here in Kagoro village, I never like this place because I found that most of the people I meet here don't speak English but all they do speak is kagoro tried language and Hausa language. And I also find it so difficult to make female friend because they all believe Copers will pregnant them and leave after their one year is over, but that's not my intention of female friend sha...just need so someone to be close with...I try for my couple of time but not to show out for, then I give up..I say let me face what I'm here for. My first day at my PPA,I was so disappointed in what I saw, because I'm the only young guy among all the staff in the school and the most disappointing part is my students most of them hardly speak English, I was so bored and lonely until they posted a new corps member to join me. But no matter how worst a place will be you must like it with one thing, and the only thing I use to console myself is the 24hr light, and watching of films in my phone after school hours. This is how I pass through all this boring life for over 4 months until i meet a friend that took me to the village water 💦 board. I was so happy the day I visit this water 💦 fall because I don't even know the village have a sweet place like...then I start to develop for the village, like if na woman,lol.. life continues and I started to fill at home after my six months of staying. On my 8th months of my service year, then I meet a sweet and lovely lady who I fall in love ❤️ too ,but I'm afraid of giving out my heart so easily because my last 2 year's experience in relationship was not funny;but in all I love her. On our first date I took her to the water 💦 fall I was so happy that day because we both have much fun..but I still imagine because I don't believe all this will start happening now I'm about to leave this town, and the other thing that bother my heart so much is monthly payment is about end and I don't have a single saving to start with., I will really missed everyone here in north mostly the one I love 💕 💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕 Thanks for Reading 📖

So disappointed about my country super eagle Hello everyone greetings, happy Monday morning 🌞 to you all hope you all have a wonderful weekend. Yesterday night I was so disappointed about my country match, and I never knew it will ends up so soon. After Sunday service yesterday I with my friends where discussing how Super eagle will defeat Tunisia with 3 -0 and I'm so proud of myself because super eagle has never loose match to anyone since the AFFRICAN CUP OF NATIONS MATCH START. Here goes how I was put to shame, by super eagle..my friend told me that , `"Tunisia is like the British weather, today they are shitty, the next second, they are flying. So we have to win it,”` But I didn't take it word's so serious, then I ask him let bet on this if super eagle will not win Tunisia with 3- 0 ,too much CONFIDENCE. When I saw this player Simon on the lines up, I believe myself 💯👍 that we will win the game, but my friend said he doesn't want to chop my money because NIGERIA WILL LOOSE THE MATCH. But I still insist to bet with him..I never knew it will end up so bad,I just looked down on Tunisia, because after a victory over the Pharaohs of Egypt, who is Tunisia to stand on our way. When I really start in believing what my friend said earlier is after the first half end with no goal, but is too late for me to collect my money back. In my mind I'm confused and afraid to loose my 2k ,but with the plenty argument in the viewing center,my confidence come back fully.. after when our Super Eagles legend, Jay Jay Okocha, has warned Nigeria to be cautious against Tunisia in the second half..I thought they will put that to work instead they put us to shame and make me lose my 2k Then here comes the loosing goal ...I thought the match will end up playing draw, when our coach make a change and bring Iwobi I was so happy when Iwobi come in the match then I tap my friend, you will see what iwobi will do in the match now with full confidence, but Iwobi end up getting Red card . Then I concluded that Tunisia have finally kicked us out,I never believe this will happen, but that is game, and that's how God want the match to end.... Thanks you for Reading 📖

My visit to kagoro Rock in south Kaduna Happy Sunday ❣️ to all Readcash...and thank to those that will create a chance to go through my write up today, which I titled My visit to kagoro Rock in south Kaduna. Today is a joyful day for me, because I visited the kagoro Rock call dusa...it was my plan for so long to visit the Rock , when I was posted to this village for my NYSC...when the first friend I make in this village told me about their Rock called dusa. So today after church service we decided to visit the Rock and to know how the village looks like...we all agree and we moved... Now the journey begins, my friend told me that the distance between from town to the village back of the rock is not more than 2hours...but don't know he lie to us...we have Trek for over 3hour but still no sign to see the village... Then we meet some of the villagers coming down to town....to get some food and also charge their phone, then I ask please like how many hours will takes us to reach the village and the boy said not less than 1hour that we will cross a rockey water 💦 After crossing the this water I thought we're close but still no sign of reaching out to our destination......then I said let me call my friend to ask him why he lie to us,but no need of calling because my phone network is off. We know option to keep going, and I was so disappointed by my self because i don't believe we will spend almost all our day climbing a rock After going more dip to the rock we all decided to turn back homes...We all waste all our time today without reaching out destination.... Thanks for Reading...📖 Once again happy Sunday ❣️❣️
