BCHN supporters are "wishful thinking" that they will be attributed the BCH ticker when it's not even sure if their chain will be listed on exchanges. BCHN is the dissident chain and historically di...

Running infrastructure isn't as sexy as all these cool projects but if you build them on a weak infra it will ultimately backlash. It's concerning that this seems to not be well understood.

As a holder, I don't see how it would matter that 100% of the coinbase goes to miners or 92% to the miners and 8% to the devs. The coinbase is the same in both scenarios.

The lead maintainer of BHCN, freetrader, is definitely anon. I haven't heard anyone from BCHN detailing their vision for BCH. They don't even have a roadmap. Seems like an easy choice to make for se...

Maybe I'm missing something but the total coinbase would remain the same, wouldn't it?

I really doubt that miners are going to ditch the implementation and team they have been relying since the start of Bitcoin Cash for a team that has just been created a few months ago, has an anonym...

The problem is that a single person can change the consensus rules for their own benefit Majority hashpower changes consensus rules, not a single person. It has always worked this way with Bit...

Who would be importing from updates from Core on this chain? It may not be the most exciting part of the job but it seems necessary as it stands.

Aren't these implementations mostly porting ABC upgrades? Which client will be the reference implementation? Can these clients commit engineering resources 24/7 in case of an emergency? I don't buy...

Does bitcoin.com know who will be committing resources to ongoing client implementation maintenance if ABC were to close shop? If not, this seems like a careless position.

Thanks for the response. As someone who plans to launch a project that will rely on tokens, I can't take the risk to launch on a blockchain that 1) doesn't have a clear roadmap to deliver P2P digita...

Will the SLP Foundation reconsider their position if ABC gets miner support and funding? Until we know who miners will side with, taking a position seems premature. I think some are too focused on t...

A question I'd like to see added to this FAQ is "Where can we find the BCHN roadmap?". I asked the question on your reddit but got no answer so far https://www.reddit.com/r/bchnode/comments/i1ivk9/...

The thing is that this DAA is also correcting the coin emission drift which hasn't been the case in past DAA updates. The parties aren't disagreeing on whether or not to correct drift but on what re...

It's all good to have multiple sources of funding of course but I'm afraid that still leaves us with an unsolved problem. Maybe it's Bitcoin's sin to not easily allow for the funding of its infrast...

If I understand correctly, the risk will be solely on the devs instead of the financial contributors. If a dev spends time and energy and doesn't achieve the expected outcome, wouldn't he get anyth...

Who would whitelist the developers and who would decide how much a dev gets paid? How would these decisions be made? I assume the funds would be a % of the coinbase.
