Dear guys, good morning one and all.. I'm absent from here since two days and the reason being I'm extremely stressed mentally physcially these days, so much stress and anxiety that if I stress anymore, the nerves in my neck are hurting me. I'm unable to even eat without feeling pressure at the jaw.. I'm sorry for not showig up in your profiles, trust me, am going under a lot of depression right now. I hope you guys understand me being absent and ya'll take care.. I actually want to just give up and leave :/

Damn it with all the stress. Eat healthy food and do meditation for about five to fifteen minutes multiple times a day. DRINK water, take a cold bath and sleep at least eight hours at night.
