Of course not. People are innocent until proven guilty. Men or women. Justice must be pursued. But many people make false claims too and ruin other peoples lives.
The burden of proof is always on the accuser and a lot of accusers usually don’t have proof only word of mouth. Then everyone in society just agrees with them.

Because men are recognized as dominating in physical strength so there is an underlying stigma that's been established ever since.
This needs to be changed too. Gender equality must be practiced. Regardless of gender, we should always know each corner of the story.

Some woman told my partner that she can accuse him of rape and everyone would believe her because he works out and has big muscles, she ended with saying she was joking, but it wasn’t funny at all because she was right. He didn’t take the joke lightly either and made sure he never goes around there again.
True. Women takes advantage of the situation sometimes. Although, they know for themselves it's not true at all.

Of course not, valid evidence is a must and there cases that a woman plot such thing then put the blame on the man. But of course it depends on the situation, it's like a case to case basis
Even after proven not guilty most men still get called rapists and don’t get their job or family or life back

And the women don’t bear any consequences for their actions, they go on to live like it never happened and most people in the society would still be cool with them.
Things like that happened but we can't change how the society thinks if we just complain, we have to take action and the step should start with us
I’m glad women are speaking up against other women falsely accusing men because when men speak up they call them rape apologists.
Fairness includes stepping up even you differ in race or gender. Hope our society will open their ears about this kind of issue
No, not all men are rapist there are some who were abused and threatened by woman. This must be acknowledge. Gender equality. A proper evidence, a strong once is a must if this topic or case arises in the future.

We have a law now about rape, it's very big accuses, my neighbors accused oh having rape case into a woman that he never tough , even the medical record they didn't match on what the woman said , but they still inside jail. Weather your accused or not , one a woman accused it to a man. It's not easy to get out.
